Bots + schlechter Support = Ende
Das Spiel wird immer wieder von Bots überrannt. Den Support interessiert es relativ wenig, sonst würde er präventiv etwas dagegen tun. Das Problem gibt es ja nun schon seit vielen vielen Jahren. Und wenn man sich dann an den Support wendet, bekommt man (wenn man Glück hat) nach vielen Tagen eine Standardantwort. Dann werden wieder ein paar Bots temporär gebannt. In der Zeit kommen aber mehr, als die die temporär gebannt werden. Naja, solange die Milchkuh noch gemelkt wird, wird sie nicht geschlichtet :) Schade um dieses ansonsten tolle Spiel. Es hat ja nicht umsonst mit massivem Spielermangel zu kämpfen. Sind die Entwickler leider selbst schuld.

Drei Nachteile
1) Im Kriegsfall kann man alles, was man monate- oder jahrelang aufgebaut hat, verlieren. Man startet dann irgendwo auf dem Server mit einer leeren Miniburg neu. Einige Bündnisse machen genau das. 2) Bots und Mehrfach-Accounts kriegt Xyrality nicht in den Griff. Folglich gibt es unzählige Angriffe im Sekundentakt, deren Verteidigung man faktisch nicht mehr bewältigen kann. Mehrfach-Accouts lauern überall als Spione, so dass die Server fast schon paranoid geworden sind. 3) Man landet am Anfang irgendwo, fängt an zu bauen und landet in einem nächstgelegenen Bündnis. Burgen kann man gegen (gekauftes) Gold noch umziehen, aber wenn man fleißig ist, hat man bereits Festungen bevor man feststellt, dass das Bündnis nicht zu einem passt (zumal man Anfangs in kaum etwas involviert wird (siehe Punkt 2: paranoid). Wenn man also ein anderes Bündnis sucht, sind die Festungen irgendwo weit weg oder werden vom Ex-Bündnis annektiert (und man kann wieder von vorne anfangen). Ich habe deswegen aufgehört.

Nur noch Bot verseucht
Spiele grade auf G14 und der Server ist nur noch voll mit Bots. Vom Support kommt kaum Unterstützung und wenn dann bannen sie die Bots nur für 7 Tage. Ist echt schwach, so vertreiben sie halt auch noch die letzten aktiven Spieler.

Great game, but it needs more improvements. Specially, if neglected servers again attack.
It’s a great game. However, since you guys keep making new service. They neglect the others. S for me I just wanna make my empire beg. However, if I’m gain attack and I lose all my work. It’s not fair. Especially if you’re gonna neglect a server after you make one. What’s the point to purchase goal, and work to get lords . If neglected Service are getting attacked.

Fun game love playing it. I do have some issues with technical issues though. Several years ago was playing in America too and completely lost my profile out of the blue. Start over in America three again for no reason completely lost profile start over again. Then once more had problems couldn’t access my account and I’m pretty sure my profile was recycled by my alliance. It again for this battle world two all things were going great then I’m not sure what happened. I don’t know if it was legitimate attack or abort attack. I was attacked by people who were quite literally on the opposite side of the server. They bypassed hundreds of free, fortresses player, castles, solo, and alliances, and wipe out my entire profile. It doesn’t seem logical that people will go from so far away when there was so many other cats for in the middle. Fortresses, single player fortresses and other alliances. I was wiped out coincidence I don’t know. I’ve tried now here on the new server so far so good except for one problem. Each and every server I try to start you have those welcome gifts and such. Newsletter registration. I’ve never been able to get my registration gift. I follow all the steps. I do all the things and then nothing happens. I’ve never been able to successfully sign up for the newsletter. Is it a voiceover issue? Is it technical issue is the game glitch? I don’t know. So from a technical standpoint, this game could use some improvements. From a gameplay perspective one of my favorite games of all time on any platform. The nature of the game Castle building Castle conquest, alliances I like it very fun very exciting And I will continue to play. I have now been playing for several years and I don’t see myself stopping anytime near future. hopefully my time here on America 13 will have zero glitches bugs. Except for the one :-) I was never able to successfully do the registration letter or other free gifts like that.

Gutes Spiel, technische Probleme
Das Spiel macht Spaß, auch weil die Spieler im Bündnis zusammenhalten müssen und strategisches Denken gefragt ist. Derzeit gibt es mal wieder kein Reinkommen - nur eine Fehleranzeige. Seit zwei Tagen. Es nervt. Ich spiele seit 2012 und habe ein großes Imperium aufgebaut, auf das ich nun keinen Zugriff mehr habe. Derweil läuft mal wieder eine Sonderaktion.

This is the best game ever. A game that is accessible to the blind community, and also fund for both blind and people of vision. Can’t wait to explore what other games this creator have created that is fully accessible! Keep them coming lol
Horrible Developer Response
I’ve played this game for years and many different servers. The biggest problem I have is developer response. On the newest American server, I spent 500 gold to move my castle into my alliance but it didn’t work. The game took my 500 gold and didn’t move my castle. Now it will not let me move a castle again for more than 60 hours. I brought this up to the developers and I have received zero response. It takes way too long for developer response. I have 19 forts that I cannot upgrade.
Great strategy game
This game has been in place for many years. It is fairly easy to create a castle and dominate free ones. The game has a great strategy and cannot be easy to win another player, but experience and assistance from others helps

This game used to be so fun years back before everyone made alt accounts and bots and the pay to win system just makes it impossible to be able to grow and not be taken out by someone who spends loads of money on the game. It’s become impossible to compete with it as people just spend money constantly with all the features that require gold and it’s no longer fun and enjoyable.

Lost money with this game
Twice recently I’ve lost a combined sum of £14 on this game. I’m a long time player and am very unhappy that after contacting support several times I was ignored and after a few days each message I sent the company were deleted. It’s not good when you pay for gold coins that you do not get them!!! With no recourse but to leave now a bad review I hope to warn other users that you may just lose your in app purchases with no one to help you!!!
I love this game but…
I’ve played this game on and off for many years, it’s a great game to play in the background of your life. You can take castles as many as you want, as in total control of your empires expansion. And then turn your territory into a stronghold not to be reckoned with! The progression is often slower than most games but always steady! You never stagnate. But developers hear me please! The servers are quiet enough as they are. I think I speak for most players when I say, The pay to win is frankly ridiculous, particularly in events. This Christmas one has been so focused on gold it’s really off putting. What the point of an event if you have to spend £100 to make the most of it! Please a little more balance if you would?

Просьба: исправьте это как можно скорее, очень мешает играть.
One of a kind and squandering it
Despite being the best of its kind, this game is slowly decaying. The social media team use AI, the support is slow but considerate at least. I really want to get in contact with someone about all the games’ problems. I love this game, I want to bring players to it, but what can be done.
What I’ve been looking for!
Finally a game I’ve been wanting to play for forever! It’s an RTS in the same realm of Whiteout survival and Evony and all those clones, however it’s got so much more thought into it rather than just “bigger number better” and you don’t have to go into debt just to try to keep up. It’s slower paced and graphically simpler, but feels like the strategic element is far superior to every other game on the market. Has that really old school Evony vibe I used to love, where a really smart and coordinated smaller player or team could actually take on bigger players and win. I am sad it took me so long to find this as it’s been around forever it seems and I just hadn’t heard of it.

Too many bots
Great game! My personal favourite for strategy and meeting others, it’s unique game and mechanics are the best I’ve seen. Sadly people using bots and using gold to grow faster than anyone is a problem. Plus they use second accounts also to boost on top of this is just killing it off. The game needs a better verification system to stop this happening I think so players face a bigger risk of being banned if found cheating. Long term more players will rejoin the game

Never New Servers
There’s almost never an new server when they’re actually needs to be one. Too many servers are overrun with several dozen players with more than 100 castles so close to the world border that any new player that chooses to progress will eventually be consumed. As there’s no way to defend against such a large threat and instead of giving new players, a server to learn and play on, they force everyone to join old servers. The game devs needs to consider making new servers or massive expand the map more often to offset this issue. And if more experience players are intentionally flooding new servers to kill off new players that don’t know any better than there should probably also be a limit to how many servers you can have an account in at a time. I don’t recall if there is an endgame condition, but if there isn’t, I think the devs should consider, including one so they can have their older servers close down in a natural way so that the players can enjoy themselves for one less hurrah for the server, but also so The developers aren’t running too many servers which can be taxing in many ways. Otherwise, this game is amazing, even before the inclusion of the Heroes, before cities, and before forts! This game has been amazing at it core and addictive, it’s only issue is as stated above with suggestions to fix the issue: once a server is open for a couple months there needs to be a new servers opened for noobs or make the maps expansion compensate for the growth of pro players. New players to a server should have a chance to play without being wiped out almost immediately after beginner protection ends, even handicapping the strength of bigger players when attacking someone small to limit the desire to do so. As the game stands now, it relays on the idea that larger players won’t purposely be toxic and consume any actively growing new player to limit competition any chance they can.

Not what it once was
This was the game to play many years ago. Unfortunately the servers have turned very nasty, bitter, spiteful and full of hatred. There are cliques and if you don’t bow down to them they will spread lies and gossip to crush your character and stop any chance of enjoying the game. I’ve moved over to Kings Choice. It’s less toxic.

Echo comments on poor support and how there are no checks and balances in game to stop big players wiping out smaller players in minutes. Long history of bots and hacks and turning blind eye to cheating from money paying customers. Biggest concern at the moment is the fact that the company appears to be supportive of Russian alliances who are able to flout the rules at will.
