Did not get 1 march slot level 9 VIP
This game is a scam. I tried to get in contact with customer service letting them know that I spend lots of money on this game and I don’t get some of my bonuses sometimes, and they ignore and ignore and ignore. I am supposed to be at levelnine VIP with five March slots. I have spent quite a bit of money on this game to be ignored. Get rid of the bright flashes
While the game is your normal war game, the bright flashes, mostly when summoning the great people, is too much, and everywhere else have got to go. Have you heard of seizures? Epilepsy? Bright flashes can trigger that. I can no longer play

No support - increasing bugs - no new features for 3 years
Update: latest update labeled as “improvements” actually ROBS all players who have been playing for 5+ years. The main update is the reduction of maximum troops allowed. Example: Players with 6million troops can now have only 2 millions troops. But RoE is VERY GENEROUS. The players can deareoy their own troops in excess for compensation. And the compemsation is TRAINING ressources and speed ups !!!! That CANNOT BE USED since the player will still be t the maximum allowed of 2 million troops. You cant train, you cant heal troops wounded….in a summary, you cannot use troops in a war game. A class action law suit is being initiated, based on the fact that most players cannot actually play. ALL players with excess troops have stopped playing so far. No activity. *********************** The game is dying. No new features for 3 years now. Bugs are increasing The last major maintenance has caused servers crashing for months. The maintenance consists in opening new servers every other month. The game is recommended for 13+ years but many players are adults engaging in insults, threats and sexual comments in public chats. It has become difficult to have fun. The Discord official game server is not moderated anymore. Accounts get hacked but are allowed to stay. Only Naver and facebook seem to get information, from time to time. My advice: do not install, do not even try this game. It is a walking dead, still surviving because there are still a few people paying to play.
I like this game
The only complaint is the cost in gold for an 8 hour shield is not conducive to game affordability. We are in a pandemic world wide and it would be nice if you lowered gold cost of some things. Thank you.
Don’t bother
The game was fine to start with. Was given K23 however the whole kingdom has been taken over by a relentless bunch of bullies called IGO and at the helm is a complete moron for a dictator. If you decide you want to risk the game - don’t bother with K23! Most people have left and uninstalled the game.

do not download this game, bad communication, no matter how many emails you send them they never answer, I was 3 years playing it, there are players like on continent # 2 who abuse their power and developers cannot control that, for example, if they destroy Your fortress constantly, you cannot have enough resources, to grow, you are forced to spend constantly to be able to grow, developers can stop that by creating and changing rules, there is a sale of unfair accounts, and no matter the evidence you present they ignore it.
I have been addicted for 2 days
I like the graphics, the many missions, the history is amazing, if my child was in grade school, I would have them all over this game. Awesome for history buff people. It’s very similar to many there war games like it.

Log in issues
I have to put two stars because I’m waiting for the issue to be fixed. There was just an update now I can’t get on and the percentage on the loading screen sits at 2 percent then give me an error message I’m sure my castle has been attacked and if so I will expect some concessions for it
Decent game so far
So far from what I see it a decent balanced game. Just wish the screen would be cleaned up a bit from ads. Notification of events coming up would be nice unless that’s already going on. So far reaching castle level 12 and picking a civilization how come units don’t match civilization in which you pick. Romans shouldn’t have ancient spearmen as soldiers. Legionary soldier Roman Calvary with armor that would go with etc for all civilizations so it goes with civilization pick. So far so good another review to come as I dive further into the game.

If you don’t have money to throw into the game then you will not have much fun, be able to significantly advance or keep up game play with those that do and many spend thousands of dollars in this game. Crazy! Best find a game you will enjoy spending your time playing vs. spending money.

Needs lots of help
This game needs lots of help to make it a good game imo. I’ve played worse combat games, but after three months Of playing, I threw my hands up and decided to quit it. The Koreans swoop in during the kill event(which is never announced beforehand as a friendly reminder, like most combat games do) and they just keep pounding your castle if you don’t have a bubble. My castle got attacked 63 times by the same Korean alliance in the course of a few hours! My limp-wristed alliance members sat there and let me burn and offered no reinforcement. I had spent several weeks gathering resources for my next upgrade and it was all gone. The amount of resources for castle upgrades are totally ridiculous after you get past level 15. You can’t store enough in the alliance warehouse. The warehouse storage level is way too low to allow you to collect enough to protect it from being stolen in attacks. I guess if don’t want to spend, you are screwed. The game is nothing like Evony, which I played 4 years. It’s very amateurish in comparison to it! I can tell they tried to copy a lot from that game of so it seems. I’m done playing this game!
Great game
I love the game they always update, however the customer service is not existent. I dropped two tickets with the help desk about a purchase in the store which was worded in a terrible way and NOT what I wanted... never responded to me it’s been a few weeks.

Im in a great alliance and I’ve made good friends. The updates somewhat take a while not bad though. I always see everyone paying to win. So I’m far behind, but that’s ok I will catch up for now I am constantly attacked by an alliance that can’t have enough of me. I’m out of shields, but I still like the game!
Zero stars
This game is good but major flaw is that they cannot or will not track their own commands. I have pointed out several times that an alliance has special talents that do bot fit their alliance tier rank several times yet nothing happens to them. Upon further investigation, i discovered that a couple players in the alliance are game developers. Against the tos... yet they still allow the alliance and accounts to exist. This game was great... but upon my confirmed findings... DO NOT PLAY THIS..you may have thick wallets but these devs have code access. No match. There is no way out of this. Tickets are useless. If not from a certain origin they wont help. That was taught. Game is great but they do not follow own terms of service (tos) . They merge kingdoms that make no sense and skip the ones that game devs play so one group can claim dominance; will merge that one in the next year. Game is total BÛLLSHÎT ZERO STARS BUT HAD TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE. I HOPE THIS GAME DIES BEFORE THEY REACH KINGDOM 100.

Hmm well this game is pretty much great so far, but this is very similar to ZGirls if anyone ever played it.
Frustrating
Seems to be a good game but I can’t play it for longer than 10 minutes without it crashing. Takes too long to load and when you switch from castle to field it crashes and shuts down. Please sort this out.

Surprising well done and balanced
This game has certainly surpassed my expectation: There is far less of a grinding theme with this game (unlike most other games of this kind), your advance through the levels is not as slow as in most games and not too fast either. It is a rare example of balance. Love the character designs. The game does not entice you into a play 2 win game style and you can advance pretty well as a free 2 play player. The packs in full price are however worth a damn fortune buts that’s in full price and you don’t need to purchase them unless you want to really speed through the ranks but most of the packs are on offer when you join. What would I wish to be added to the game: Germany, HRE and/or Austria
Don’t bother if you’re not Korean
Every server seems to run into the same issues. Koreans get major discounts on paid items and also seem to be hacking the game. Our server has someone who is claiming to be a developer and I believe it. They can be wiped to zero and instantly come back with even more power. They are able scout even when shields are up and have people running their accounts 24/7. They admit to being developers and have stated they’re trying to get people to spend more so they can get their bonus. Idk if that’s true or their just cheaters but this is a known problem amongst servers and unless you’re with them you’ll never get to play
Good blueprint, needs more work from developers
This game has the potential to be a really good, successful game. There are plenty of tasks and areas to explore within the game, to keep you occupied and entertained for a good while. The ability to build power at a relatively good rate is a hugely positive aspect of the game and it doesn’t seem to necessarily be pay to win. This is exactly what you want from a strategy game. However, the game is not without several bugs which have been highlighted and nothing further done so far. The game crashes, sometimes repeatedly on occasions and when you are in the middle of a task it is frustrating, particularly gates of ordeal. Today alone I have lost 2 tickets/levels I would have beaten due to this with no refund of the tickets or confirmation of passing the gate. The general chat is usually dominated by Russian speakers and the translation for their language is very poor, meaning the translations normally come across as rude or aggressive at times when that is not what they intend (sometimes they do lol). Translation needs to be looked at for smoother running and less hassle. The resources required to upgrade steepens as you level up which can be frustrating but it is not impossible to progress. However, it should be scaled with the number of resource squares available plus max level they can be upgraded to due to player level. Alliance building construction requires a lot of troops stationed there for a decent length of time which is not always possible. This should be aligned with alliance members plus the general idea of the game - how can players and alliances grow if they have to keep all their troops at a building constructing for anywhere from 1-7 whole days? These seem like huge complaints but overall the game is generally very good and one of the better strategy games out there as the servers are not dominated by pay to win players. If these small bugs are looked at and fixed either to some degree or completely, then this game could really dominate the market as a success.

Constantly freezing and getting errors and it was only the first day just normal game play generates errors every time the development needs a lot of work.

I’m addicted too this game but the update that occurred 3 days ago won’t let me past the loading screen. Why spend more money if I can’t even play off mobile data?

Won’t let me log on
Firstly this game keeps cutting out on a daily basis and today I have been trying to log on but it won’t let me even though it says update complete. Pity about this happening because I was beginning to enjoy this game. Hope when I do get back on I haven’t been destroyed.
Frustrated

Game WAS fun
This game WAS great until merger of servers. Now it’s a Korean controlled all out anarchy game. I have played this game for 1 year. Sad part all I built is now gone, good part is I have lost no money. It’s no longer fun because every time I turn around I’m attacked by, you guessed it...Koreans.

server under maintenance bug
The timer for maintenance has been at 0 for several hours and I don’t know how too fix it I’ve tried restarting but nothing works can I please get some help.
3rd party software being used
I have witnessed castles being farmed for hours on end and magically have hundreds of resources replenished.. I have sent tickets in with no response and I read other reviews where the developers give lame excuses for players complaining of the cheating going on... If this type of action continues in this app there will be an upcoming investigation from Apple.. The game was launched in Korea and its Koreans that are cheating in game,maybe devs trying to entice spending ? Idk
