Improve the game play
I only rated you a one star so that this message gets through to the developers. I have been playing the game since the game first came out. I am very pleased with the graphic design and the artwork of the game. It’s like nothing I have ever seen in other strategic war castle games. I give you guys a 5 star on that. ALTHOUGH. You guys are SERIOUSLY LACKING ON the ANIMATION PART of the game. You guys have an infirmary. Make the infirmary come to life. Have soldiers walking or being carriaged off to the infirmary. The Inn show some towns people and soldiers outside drinking beer. Have a farmer riding around the castle grounds carrying resources and dropping them off. Have towns people walking around in the castle. Make the towns people say random bubble talk clouds. Show the towns people walking to the market building and interacting trading/ selling/ buying goods. The barracks. Building is too small. Why is the barracks filled with all troop types. I’ve seen in other castle war games where each troop type has its own building. It would be fantastic to see the castle ground expanded and animated active coming to life. The set up is just too dull! Too plain! Have the boat that just sits there actually sail off and let it return with treasure! Get ride of that plain treasure box that a player can open every 15 minutes. Make that treasure part of the boat. Have a fisherman fishing catching fish with a net. That bear that walks around by the creek or river crest some hunters that actively run and spear the bear to show a source of how everyone eats. Have the farm building actively having someone harvest a field of grain. You guys get the idea. Make this game that much more better. Don’t lose your audience and players. You guys spend so much time on creating events creating packages and designs. New levels new castle skins and townscapes, but let’s slow down a bit and take a look at the actual game play!!?? Make the game come to life !!! You guys have graphic designers who already did and does amazing work but let’s have them focus on animation bringing the game to life. You will gain more players, more followers, keep players enticed.

Ich nenne es einfach nur Pay 4 Play. Das ganze Spiel ist sinnlos… alles musst du dir erkaufen. Wartezeiten von mehreren Wochen 😂 oder über ein Jahr 😂😂😂 So was sinnloses habe ich noch nie gesehen. Das einzig schöne ist tatsächlich die Grafik. Das wars dann aber auch schon wieder
Beware
This is a great strategy and teamwork game but as with most of these games you do need to invest heavily to develop your city. I have had to cut back as you can easily spend £600 a month. This should not be the case. I belong to a supportive team but you have to develop your own resources and Army. I am a 5 Billion plus player and have an army of 43 Million but I am unable without spending hundreds to advance studies. It is disheartening to see the next level on training or inquisitors requiring 1.1 Billion of your hard acquired resources. It is a fun game but aim to be a mid range player and you will not be disappointed or broke!!

I love the diplomatic options and the large-scale kingdom wars

This game has become boring. They do not have any additional content like Vikings Clash of Clans. Nor does it have equal power tournaments without other much larger players interfering. This game lacks additional opportunities for rewards like in Ants Legion. Just a stale and repetitive game that doesn’t grow for the players seeking fun and strategy. Plarium should consider major additions or shut it down. Snooze fest.

If you think this game is going to run smoothly and be a great game, think again. You will need to spend lots of money to compete but the game will also not run properly. You won’t be able to complete the achievements as those who work for the company ghost (spoof) towns and cities to prevent people who are not them or their friends from gaining locations. Those cities are not there as they are at another location. If you complain to the developers they tell you their terms of use say “ as noted in the Terms of Use that you accepted when you started playing the game, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and we do not represent, warrant, or guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or that defects will be corrected.” So they will take your money but you won’t have a decent game.
Money Rules This Game
As in all Plarium games ; money rules, you will find it impossible to keep up with your team mates without spending cash. In fact , after a while the game begins to be a waste of effort. If you do use cash, then it’s a great game , really challenging and the graphics are amazing. Plarium support will role out the stock answer along the lines of .... We are sorry you feel this way, but with carefully play you will achieve greatness, this is clearly not true, believe me !

Just like the title says customer support lost my account which I have spent most of money since I started playing back in 2022. Got a new phone wanted to transfer it from my pc to my mobile but customer support lost my account. Disappointing customer service, will not return.

Spiel läuft seit 2-3 Tagen sehr schlecht, Einloggen ist fast unmöglich. Und wenn man im Spiel ist, fliegt man in wenigen Minuten wieder Raus, was ist da los? Allen Spielern geht es momentan genauso
Auf Dauer langweilig!
Bin noch dabei, aber nur weil die Mitspieler so klasse sind. Nicht so umfangreich wie Game of War, aber ähnlich aufgebaut. Keine Gruppenchat Funktion, zB.für die Berater. Keine Übersetzung im Spiel, wie soll man da als Königreich zusammen arbeiten, das müsst ihr ändern! Nicht jeder kann zB. Russisch Am schlimmsten find ich, das man die ACC von einem Gerät, nicht einfach auf einem anderen Gerät anmelden kann. Ist auch nicht gewollt, sagt der Support. Komisch in der PC Version geht's problemlos! Unterwegs mal vom Handy und zu Hause dann das iPad, leider nicht möglich.daher nur drei Sterne!

They offer very small amount of gold for incentives in tournaments but is not a drop in the bucket of what you need for upgrading or training or anything else at that. Maybe enough to keep a shield on. But to achieve the goals in the tournaments, you would likely need to spend money…….
Will not load without WiFi
Been playing for years but since there latest update I can no longer get on game with just my phone service I have to be on WiFi. Makes it difficult to check in while working or away from internet.
Einwählen in das Spiel ist kaum möglich
Nach Spielbarbeitung kann ich mich nicht mehr mit dem iPhone in das Spiel einwählen. Einmal war es kurz möglich, dann brach es ab und nichts geht mehr. Keine Events zum Wochenende machen das Spiel langweilig. In der Woche habe ich wenig Zeit zum Spielen! Das Spiel verschlechtert sich leider kontinuierlich! Alt:Will in ein Anderes Königreich wechseln, hab alle Bedingungen zusammen nur Kutschen fehlen. Die kann ich aber nirgends kaufen. Irgendwie fühlt man sich nur verkohlt! Alt:Nach dem Update schon wieder: Mir fehlen 400 Einhalten Gold und mein gesamter gekaufter Stadtschutz wurde aktiviert! 25 Wochen und 3 Tage, wenn ich jetzt spielen will ist alles weg und der liebe Entwickler reagiert nicht. Das ist schon richtig Böse. Diese Ignoranz ist schade, weil der ganze Spielspaß eine sonst guten Spiels geht dabei drauf. Alt:Es reicht! Gestern Abend hatte ich noch 8 x 8h und 3x 24h Schutz. Der 8x8h Schutz und ein 24 h Schutz ist einfach verschwunden, wie kann das angehen. Die anderen Buster habe ich noch nicht geprüft. Da es anderen Spielern offensichtlich auch so geht, scheint hier ein Spielproblem (Bug) vor zu liegen. Allerdings wüsste ich nicht wie das geschehen kann! Von daher gehe ich davon aus das das Spiel manipuliert wird! Ich werde jedenfalls keine Käufe mehr tätigen und wir werden in der Spielergemeinschaft mal überlegen, ob man rechtliche Schritte einleitet. Das ist sehr schade um das Spiel, aber Vertrauen kann man hier nicht mehr haben! Alt: Die Preise für Buster sind so extrem überzogen, dass ein Mensch mit Verstand da nichts kaufen kann. Zum Verkauf stehen lediglich kleine Buster, von denen man für eine Spielhandlung in der Regel mehrere braucht. Angeblich kostet das Packet 109 Euro und ist vergünstigt auf 29,99 Euro. Für was? Spielsüchtige schlagen da vielleicht zu, ein Mensch mit Verstand kann das nur Verwundert zu Kenntnis nehmen. Das Spiel ist Klasse, die in inApp Käufe unkaufbar und mindern das Spiel für mich um 80%. Wäre schön wenn der Anbieter mal auf ein Normalpreisniveau käme.

Bad servers and customer service
Without any warning, my shield disappeared during the night and I lost all my troops and resources. When I contacted customer support, they were unwilling to assist, blaming me for not reading pop-up notes which I never received. All they want is for you to spend money on their packages. 👎👎
Pretty good game
I like this game a lot. I also have put in a pretty large chunk of money into it. Some small stuff I wish would be different with game play. The upgrade times after lvl 20 is very ridiculous. Weeks! Even months!! that’s insane. And when I buy a pack I use almost half of those boosts to finish that upgrade and then there’s a lot more with that same wait time.

Addictive and thorough Kingdom Buildrr
The tech tree approach gives this game considerable game life and the community is pretty well developed. That said, be ready to go head to head with some big Rusky clans dominating the kingdoms. But, hey, who doesn't love a challenge? I would give it one more star but I hate fake advertising. The ads and screenshots are nothing like the game graphics, there is no real time combat or battle animations. The game producers definitely lack some degree of ethics when advertising their game. Sad really.

100% pay to play
The game starts out well it's somewhat engaging just upgrading buildings but after a day you realize things start to ramp up really really quick. Upgrades start to take hours then days which is standard but then they start to take a week and you think oh I'm near maxing things out but no You just see the week counter increase and increase. At palace level 25 the upgrade to level 26 takes over 260 weeks a year is 56 weeks you cannot progress in this game without buying boosts and the game makes this very very clear by offering a lot of items and gold for cheap right off the bat but as you are forced to use it to progress at all they show you packs that cost double if not triple the starting packs for 1/10th the value it's extremely annoying and I will not spend $20 for 3million gold after getting 20million gold for $5 I'm not that stupid. I will play to help friends but I will not play to win because the only way to do that is to pay!!!

Poor customer service
A member of my order was accused of “cheating” during Dominion and her account has been blocked. The game alleged that her account was an alt account set up to score points for another order. Her account is not an alt. She has been a longtime player, spends a ton of money. When she ask how the game came to that conclusion, she received no explanation and was told that the decision was final. No actual proof of the alleged wrongdoing on her part was produced to support the accusations or the irrevocable decision. Not good customer service when someone spends money and is accused of wrongdoing without explanation or proof. No opportunity to defend against the accusations. The terms of use are so vague that only the game can interpret the terms as it sees fit without any recourse from the players other than to quit, after paying to play.

Highly interesting and great design is a must play for all town builders it also adds the challenge of upkeep that other games like this fail to have all in all great game but could work on the buy to win factor 4/5 stars

Great apple graphics, I’d work geography and coding to smoothen gameplay and movements. Apply the formulas to pseudocode. I tie in stocks too to tech, all really.
Beware of Plarium
Just beware that you can invest hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars into this game and they can ban you for basically any reason. Their “terms of use” are so vague that they can ban or limit your play for whatever they want without providing proof or means of recourse.

Spielbalance quasi nicht vorhanden
Völlige Zeitverschwendung, da eine Verteidigung der eigenen Burg quasi unmöglich ist. Nach jedem Angriff sind sämtliche eigenen Truppen vernichtet und man fängt von vorne an. In meinen Augen totaler Schwachsinn, mit diesem Game Zeit zu verbringen.
