Devs only help when you buy.
I had an issue and brought it up to the developers. They said because I didn’t have enough activity in the game, they couldn’t help. I paid for the battle pass every month except this past one as I was gifted one. I maxed out everything daily and weekly. So, no help because my activity didn’t include purchases. I canceled the account and won’t play again.

I have been playing this game for over 6 1/2 years. It is very complex. It’s not for the average person. I like that it consistently evolves and there’s always something new to learn. However the game has evolved into a cash game where only big money players can compete. Rarely does it give free players a chance at getting decent planes,Ships although they do offer events to get mid range carriers and planes. I have had many problems with the game through the years most were resolved. If you’re thinking of getting into the game I recommend you start playing in the newest server or the highest number server. If not you’re just going to be looted by stronger player. If you do decide to play the game. Remember that this is a game However many players are very serious about this game and it can get very personal real quick. This game is for someone who can devote a lot of time and money to it. It’s a very long game and takes time to build up everything involved and there’s a lot to learn. Good gaming and good strategy are key.

Too many alts . . .
The game is full of players that have multiple alt accounts (some with 6+ alt accounts) that farm uranium tiles. This takes away limited resources necessary for the relatively low number of primary accounts - (for example, for daily event points, tech, plane, and carrier upgrades) many, who like me, spend money on this game to play. In the (best?) case, these alt accounts funnel uranium to their main - giving them an unfair advantage. In the worst case, free players “sell” the uranium to paying players in exchange for in game items that can be gifted. Removing the giftable item feature could eliminate the “selling” of uranium for Battle Passes (but not necessarily the actual selling though, as I have had players ask me to send them real world money via PayPal in exchange for uranium) - but not the alt account problem - these alt/farmers could continue to funnel uranium to main accounts perpetuating this unfair advantage and resource imbalance. Perhaps a limit (daily limit) on how much uranium can be transferred from 1 base to another might put a cramp in their strategy to funnel large amounts of uranium to 1 account and hinder the actual selling of uranium for real world money. Shame, selfish players, who think that they are clever, circumventing the rules as they were intended, and ruining the game for those who try to follow the rules. This also undermines the wonderful work that the company tried to do with an otherwise excellent game.

タイトルの通りで、iOSの更新やFacebookなどのアプリを更新すると動かないことがあります。しばらくするとバグが修正されるのか、また使えるようになります。
They removed the content which made it 16+
Their new event gives you tons of power but if you read this 30 days later from Aug 10 your cooked and should start in a beginner server
Developers have gotten worse going into 9th year. This game should be removed from all platforms
This game continues to find ways to give back as little as possible to the long term players that have invested here. This is bar far the worst developed and managed game and platform I have ever experienced. The customer service reps are completely out of touch with the players and the game pricing is so insane combined with intentionally rigged drop rates causing every component of the game to cost hundreds of dollars while there are approximately 65 components to build a single carrier. The cost is that of an extremely generous and well functioning game, while the product is nothing better than what a teenager could put together in his mom’s garage.
If you can control your a$pirations…
…the game is a lot of fun to play. I rarely purchase anything (free play is my mode) and still enjoy it after 5 years of gameplay

とても良くできたゲームでやり込み甲斐があり、面白いゲームだと思います。戦略も必要で、深くプレイしていくのに向いているゲームだと思っています。 しかし、お金をかけずにプレイしたいという方にはまずお勧めできません。 私は約3年ほどやっていますが、おおよそ500万円は使ったと思います。それでもサーバー内ではまぁまぁ楽しくやれるかなぐらいです。 上の方に行こうと思えばこんなものでは到底無理です。 弱ければ地獄のようなゲームですので、強くなる気がないなら辞めた方が良いでしょう。 やり込みの努力も必要ですし、それなりに投棄できるキャッシュが必要です。 私は他の種類のゲームを沢山やってきたわけではなく比較する物が多いわけではありませんが、とにかく多くのお金を用意してダウンロードしてください。 面白いですよ。
Perfect if you are Single
When I started playing this game years ago, it was the best game and community I have ever experienced. The growth was slower and there was more merit to grinding pirates and resources. You built real connections in the game and friends that were better than real life. The strategy talks were fun and fulfilling back in that time deciding which setups were the best and how to control the towers. Fast forward a few years later and you simply can’t keep up with the spenders unless you spend your entire day grinding pirates, resources and purchasing speed ups. You can have fun spending a $100 a month, or even just a battle pass, anything less it’s just not worth your time.

Many players say it’s a cash cow game and cry on about players buying spending a lot money so they can kill a hole alliance even not the case I don’t spend a load of cash but won the best ships also aircrafts and everything else thus is from just playing events and exchange the rewards for gold which I save with thst I do deca draws where you win great things like submarine aircrafts along with many more great things so you can do it without use of thousands of bucks
Game is stuck in Japanese language
The creators updated the program and switch it the settings to Japanese. You tell us to switch the set up back to English. I don’t read Japanese. I don’t know where set up changed. English is.

I really love this game and if you put enough time into it it’s great and NOT pay to win. However, i can’t join the game anymore it says “session timeout or somebody else has logged in to this account” i cant joinnnn :(

The game overall looks cool but I have been waiting 30 minuets to get into the game and play, I thought that it would be something to do and be productive and it has wasted 30 minuets of my life that I will not be getting back . Could you please really sort that out.

This game takes a lot of bad press for the in-app purchases, but you don’t have to spend to play. Hourly and daily events give you plenty of opportunity to gain in game currency and defend yourselves and to grow steadily. The game is so so immersive there is lots to do, learn and experience and for a mobile game the graphics and game play experience are good. The game is constantly evolving and played feedback is taken into consideration. The demand planners are proactive and on hand to help whenever you need it. Would highly recommend.

Battle warship is a good game. Only problem is that game support does let players down on support occasionally even when there is screenshot evidence. They don’t listen to players explanations and only interested opening new servers. How come new servers get the new B2 spirit Illustrious, Apocalypse and Doomsday. And the ranger carrier. All the old servers can’t get these plane/carrier. Also HW is promoted as cross server war. Same server alliances should never face each other. Should only happen if they are the only two alliances in the day/time slot. Also coin and building/fighting events where top 3 get the prize should never be allowed for players who have already won the prize. It is designed for the buyers/big players only. WarLord Server 159
