Let’s just say I was in a server for an entire year with some very good nice guys the first year everything was good. We all had events that would help us improve our bases but as soon as that first year is up, you get no events to help you improve your base. Therefore, you will have to wait maybe three months for one event and who wants to wait that long.This game so does have developers that will go on a server just for you to try and spend all your money on one base just to try and beat him so that he can go to the next server and do the same thing.Next the players that are foreign will try and kill you just to get them to have an all Arabic server and will say horrible things to you and they get no consequences for their actions from being reported . I played this game once before and it’s like nothing changed. Just some developers trying to get a paycheck.

A very expensive experience actually not worth the money
Game is garbage unless you are Arab westerners who invest tons of money are ran out of game because of there race, management of the game allows unfair gameplay, which is against their terms of abuse when you file complaints such as other players selling and players buying bases they ignore you and then block you from reporting such game constantly lags and crashes. Events seem to be wrecked so only the Arabs win don’t waste your time and money or energy to find out I’m right.

It tells me to update the app but when I click update it tell me to connect to WiFi when I am already connected and in the store there is no update option just “open”. Tells me I can get a gift for updating and I am unable to get it do to the update.

After all my purchases would not let me claim my Genie rewards. Would not let me claim during the event and would not let me claim the Genie rewards after the event was over. If I knew that was gonna happen I wouldn’t have spent all that money!!!

Als IPhone Nutzer wird man schon ganz schön über den Nuckel gezogen. Das man in dem Game nur mit richtig viel Echtgeld halbwegs vorwärts kommt, geschenkt das Muss jeder für sich entscheiden. Das man für die Pakete mehr bezahlt als andere, naja geschenkt, liegt wohl an der Apple Kostenstruktur. Das man im Game gewisse Quest (Tower!!!) als IPhone Nutzer nicht schafft, ein NOGO.

Do not download this game. I did to get points for my Fetch App. After the promotion expired I contacted Babel Games to get my personal data deleted and to delete my game. They gave me such a hard time deleting, almost refusing to let me delete it. Broken English and everything. They asked me to verify things that I had no clue on because they do not provide action receipts. Once through that nightmare they told me I had to wait 7 days so I could change my mind. They asked me for my email and said they would email me after 7 days to that email which they did not do. They only messaged me within the app. They then proceeded to tell me that the deletion of my information would take months and goodbye. This all took 3 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ich spiele das Spiel auf dem Server 246 mittlerweile ca. 6 Monate. Es gab eigentlich fast immer einwenig Probleme im Spiel. Aber neuerdings sind zu 95% Abstürze bei Events im Spiel vorhanden. So dass man eigentlich die Lust daran verliert. Auch kann man das neue Update auf IOS 12.49 nicht runterladen. Und dass ist absolut nervig! Wäre schön wenn ihr Euch mal darum bemühen könntet.

I have approached Babil games to delete my Data three times. You start on their website and give them you game name and ID number than you receive an email in which they ask the same questions again . They also ask what your issue is . I politely replied with the info again and expressed that there was no issue with the game . My second email is always that the Ticket was closed . I also have another player in the game which I can’t access via facebook anymore. Like baby reindeer they just don’t let go of you .They are not helpful. Terrible

The game crashed a few days ago. Nothing will work, no update corrects the issue. Game support continuously sends vague and impossible questions to help fix the issue. I would be considered a “whale” in this game with the amount of money I spent and zero help. Do not spend a dime on this game. Find something with a real support staff. From Stillfront Games down to Babil it’s a racket.
