Excellent platform
Still does not work since last app update
This app no longer works on my iPad Os 26.6.1 since the last update, when I open the app the only option displayed is “account,” markets,trades, explore are all missing.
Widgets not working
Any chance you can fix the widgets? Not showing any information. iOS 26.6.1
It is a really poor app
Constantly logs out. The UI is incredibly basic and lacks most of the useful features you’ll find on other platforms.
Stuck account levels
The app is really poor nowadays. Used to get smooth price updates, now remains stuck for hours only update if turn it off and on again. Not good enough!
Brilliant
Have been using IG for over 14 years now and frankly they are the best. Clear and friendly interface on the app and website backed up by real human support when needed.
Update doesn't work
The Sept 2026 update works on my iPhone but on my iPad I just get the 'accounts' page with no means of navigating beyond it. So I can't get to my investments. So far three emails to their Helpdesk have gone unanswered.

Ok but could be so much better. Customer services know nothing about products. The margin call is illogical. The weekend oil is farcical for spread. The app is very flaky. So much better 25 years ago. Way more professional

Easy-to-Use and Reliable Trading Platform
I’ve been using IG for almost five years and have found the platform very easy to use and reliable. The interface is straightforward, making it easy to manage investments and place trades. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a user-friendly trading platform.
Lost all functionality after update
After updating app I can no longer see individual investments or make trades!
Good but could be better
Things I would improve to make 5 star. I don’t like having to trade on exchange. The quicker you can make a trade, the better. On exchange is too slow. I would like to be able to see how many shares I have when I am trading. I would like to be able to order companies on my list as I choose. I would like to be able to flick through charts of companies I hold or follow by flicking sideways (iPhone) without having to return to menu each time. I would like to be able to access records of individual companies on trade history. Thanks
Missing funds
I usually have a good experience with this app but funds I transferred from my bank account have been missing for a week, having not landed in my ISA yet- talking to a bot and not a person is hugely frustrating so I’m hoping a review gets the right attention to solve the problem. Such a shame because I’ve had great experience with the app so far.

A good platform for what i need
A good platform for what i need which is a uk and usa trading account and also have a s&s isa with them. Currency transfers seem expensive and also the USA trading costs on low value shares.
New update is really bad
New updated app is worse than it used to be. The 24hrs shares are not showing up to date percentage after midnight. Some of them are frozen and not showing current price after market is closed. When making order of selling shares you can’t see how many shares you have. If this will be not resolved I’m moving to another broker.

cannot see daily/weekly changes in values
You cannot see whether your account went up or down since the previous day or week. very limited visibility. Also, loading charts always takes way too long
Chart UX is terrible
The trading UX design has a lot to catch up with crypto trading exchanges. Their chart is more smooth for execution and analysis. I have to use tradingview just for doing basic TA…
New - low fees trading
Great app
New Upgrade is Pants
The previous version of the App was pretty good. This new look version is not user friendly. Too many doors & the graphics are horrendous. Simply put it is not a child grade App designed specifically for pre-school children. I’m not using it if possible. My advice? Stick to using IG on your PC. Great company but terrible design team.

他に5つほど証券会社等の口座を持っていますが、アプリの比較でいうと、他の会社でできることはほぼ全てできます。チャート上で指値逆指値を設定変更できたり、web版で設定すれば色々通知設定もできるし、チャートの柔軟性もあるし、特にノースリッページがあるので安心です。他会社にも個々の機能ではより優れたところがありますが、総合的にはここが1番だと思います。 -☆は休日中に指値逆指値を設定しようとすると一定幅設定できないこと、せっかくのノースリッページなのに状況により大幅に設定不可能域が広がってしまうこと、銘柄検索で先に株式や指数等口座の種類を選択しないといけない点。逆に、検索で出た色々な銘柄を各口座に登録する形のほうがありがたいです。あと、全体に作りが安っぽいこと、これは個人の好みの問題ですが。 また、最近ようやくFXの取引単位が1,000通貨以上になって少額でも格段に取引しやすくなりました。 不満なく使える会社だと思います。
Won’t let me log in
I’m not sure if anyone else has had this issue but no matter what it won’t let me log in. Love the platform but please fix this!!!!!

App works fine but is slow. Could use a complete rehaul from a UX perspective
SIPP Trade History
Can we please fix the trade history on a SIPP so it shows in date order? The trade history does not show in date order, why would you want it in any other order? Your technical team need to look at this again as they are wrong!
Buggy with no suppport
The app has been showing wildly inaccurate balances, and no ability to view active positions, for four days now. I contacted their pathetic excuse for 'customer support' about it days ago and have heard nothing from them (other than an auto-response saying they're busy). I've deleted and re-installed the app several times and it has made no difference.

Terms and agreement page not loading
I just downloaded the app and realised that the terms and agreement page has failed to load, which prevents me from moving on. Please fix the app.
Indicators
Not able to change the value in indicators by keying a number. Can only use the + and - which is very tedious if you want change to a much larger number. No problem with this with the previous version.
Great trading platform
Been using it now for a couple of years. simple and quick trading platform for experience traders all the information you need in one place
Broken charts
The charts with IG no longer can show current position or orders. In fact the only place it is possible to see either is on the positions overview screen as an afterthought. I have spent over a week trying to resolve this with tech, finally I was told this is an upgraded feature. Either that is rediculous or it was extremely insulting. I will be transferring out as soon as current loss is minimised.

Great beginner trading app
This is my first trading app. It is easy to start trading shares without too many features to confuse me. Enough to easily start trading shares but not to much to scare me away from trading.
Stability
App unstable, trying to trade, keeps freezing and crashing when u do a pt to pt drawing, order did not show on chart, re did ended up with 2 orders.

I’ve had a great experience with IG so far. The platform is reliable, easy to use, and offers excellent charting tools for trading. Useless
Utterly useless since transition to new underlying platform. Missing positions and unable to trade.
Loving the app so far..
Good clean simple app. Includes markets and instruments needed. Can we have an Alert not just for the instrument but for one’s P&L too. Will be good addition.
Chart won’t display in demo account

MAS should take a look
If the mobile application (especially on iPad) is unstable, it should seriously do a quick review and overhaul if it still wants traders to use its app. Else, just stick with the desktop/web version until app issues are resolved. How can you expect to execute trades, when after selecting a trade pair, the charts don’t appear and you’ll need to “exit and re-enter” to view the charts? Who trades like that? Also, responses from the support team takes at least 24 hours (best effort) to come back to you. Feels like “taking money from you is quick, but providing a service to you is slow”. Personally, I think platform instability equates to potential high success rate for a cyber attempt. Either fix the app, or remove the app totally to avoid such risks.

Account suspended for no reason when only using the demo
Cant use demo account
Im currently 17 and learning how to trade so that once I turn 18, I’d be able to start with some base knowledge I downloaded the app to try out the demo account to get used to the functions of the app but was unable to create an account as I am underage The app would be way better if it allowed under 18 individuals to trade with a demo account before they started investing in shares for real
