Yes the platform is quite simple once you get the hang of it . I’ve been using demo account for a few months to get the swing of things. As a beginner I recommend you should to if you are looking to get into trading. Icmarkets..
Disgusting Update
I’m sorry IC markets but why did you have to remove someone features, like I could make a whole list of things that are wrong but I’m worried it will be to Long for any one to care. But for the meantime if you could please return the rotate button for the fib and return the button to open and close quick trade. I know I’m wasting my time typing the but if others could include what they want and if it’s related lovely.

Ctrader is Great
Fact is that the Broker IC Markets takes you out of positions with a ridicules spread on the open of certain currency pairs. That makes it impossible to hold positions with a decent stop loss management.

New version is very slow
April 2026- I’ve had to take the app off my phone repeatedly today to reset the frozen screen. At best it takes upto 10 seconds to get between screens. Sometimes it’s completely un responsive and I have to keep closing and reopening to complete a simple task or to refreshing

The new updates for ctrader is just silly ! Why meddle with something that works ??
Good app, but some updates are ruining it
Was enjoying this app before. Although some updatesd features do make it better, majority of it reduces quality of trading experience. placing limit orders are not as good as the previous version, this has made a massive difference in my trading experience.

Since the upgrade the app is very latency. The chart takes long to open. The app crashes randomly and often. We cannot use the shortcut to deposit or withdrawal quickly.

Very good app for fx trading. Beginners can create demo acc and understand simply everything within 2 days. Some lags like when opening a chart have to rotate mobile to back to home page.

Very good, but….
Good platform for trading but still missing one of the most important and essential indicators. Fibonacci tools. Guys please, could you implement this on the next update? Otherwise a very good app….
Too basic
There is not the option to move stop loss and take profit with the finger from the chart of an opened trade, I think there should be to make this app as fast as trading on a laptop. Right now I would use this app just to check a trade or close it, working on the phone is still really slow.

Good to manage trades mobile
Good to manage trades mobile but unfortunately missing the Heikin-Ashi chart since a while. No problem on my workstation where I can use the Heikin-Ashi indicator. But on mobile app where its not possible to use custom indicators. Because the missing Heikin-Ashi only 4 stars instead of 5

You cant draw rectangle on chart
There is no point in adding multiple function and removing old basic tools/functions. I cant draw zones on chart anymore. Hence moved to old ctrader.

Ctrader web and desktop are fantastic but the mobile version is just not up to standard. It doesn’t even display full screen on my iphone7! Flicking through charts from a watchlist is a ballache.
