Restaurant Story
I have been playing this game for over 10 years and the game is great. The one change I would like to see is making the 15 day goals easier. They take forever to complete and can be very stressful. It would be much more enjoyable if the goals were a little easier.
Lettuce pray was my account
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My account was suddenly suspended for “inappropriate reasons,” but I have no idea what I supposedly did wrong. This is a game where you prepare food, serve customers, and upgrade your restaurant. I played the game as intended, spent months building my progress, and even spent real money on purchases. What makes this even more frustrating is that I never received an email, warning, or any explanation about why my account was suspended. Having all of my time, effort, and money taken away without any communication feels unfair and unacceptable. I enjoyed the game and put a lot of time into it, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. At the very least, players deserve a clear explanation and an opportunity to appeal before losing access to an account they’ve invested so much in. I hope the developers will review my account, explain the reason for the suspension, and improve their communication and support for players in the future.

My childhood game. I was playing when I was in primary school and recently I started playing again. It’s easy but addictive.
Countertop Clearing
Don’t get me wrong I love this game but there is no reason I should log out for 2.5 seconds and come back to an entirely wiped out restaurant. The time and money put into this game is NOT worth my work/patience not lasting one simple game close out.
Fun but buggy
Super fun game, reminds me of Restaurant City on Facebook decades ago. But buggy. Sometimes I would get an achievement and the game jumps back, takes away part of my money and progress. Also, the Free Gem button takes you to an ad you can’t exit and you have to kill the game to go back. Bought a special table it disappeared and took my money. Then my gems were gone the same way.

Cannot sign into my Apple account.
I was trying to move Restaurant Story to my other phone signed into my old account. Well, turns out signing into your Apple account does absolutely nothing and I’m stuck as a newbie. Deleting this until you fix this issue.
What a difference!
The latest upgrades are fantastic. The game is faster. Cooking and serving is so simple. And, as someone who redecorates often, the new floor tool makes my hobby so much better. Kudos!

The game is really good BUT when the food is ready I’ll take it off and it freezes so I’ll exit the game and when I come back the food is gone. The game stealing food that I’ve had cooking for over 12hrs is a bit disappointing and it’s happening or more now! PLEASE FIX THIS !!!
Ehhhhh, Nostaligic but shame you’ve added ads
Used to play this on my mums iPhone 4! Didn’t play for many years now I’ve started playing every day, the popups and ads are seriously annoying though, also why can’t you level up past 99? You should fix that rather than doing the stupid goals

Too many glitches
This game used to be fun. Now, the ads pop up while you’re trying to complete a task. When the ad is over, suddenly, your thousands of plates have disappeared. It is just too glitchy.
Learning new foods in the world
The goal recipes can be very difficult to master unless you are very regular player and timely. The recipes are often of food that I have never heard or eaten before. Hence, a small increase in knowledge.
Wayyy too many ads
I don’t understand why there’s a forced ad every time you open restaurant story, I’ve played this and bakery story for months now, and I’m to the point I’m deleting restaurant story because of ads. Every time I open the app, within the first 30-60 seconds I’m hit with a forced ad. It’s the most annoying thing on the planet. Ill stick with bakery story
Sets you up to spend Money to succeed
I have been playing this game for several years. A few months ago fun goals where you interact with others changed. Goals are set up where required food takes too much time to cook and pays out at very low earnings. It’s hard to complete goals in time to get reward. I do like that the graphics have gotten better, but the game seems more like labor now than fun. Update: Same game but the game is easier to complete goals. I have been playing this game for way over ten years. The income you get on selling completed food has remained the same during all this time, but the cost to buy equipment needed to cook has gone from about $10,000 per oven, stove or grill to $39,000 per the current game. You run out of cash quickly!

Some improvements needed but love it
Love this game, very easy to play. Couple of points which would make it perfect: 1. Fix ability to link to Facebook 2. Allow videos to save ruined food not just reducing time 3. More ways to earn gems or reduce price significantly 4. BIG ONE! Allow food to be sorted by time and or profit/xp 5. BIGGER ONE!! Allow people to view storage items in 1 place and not have to scroll through the shop 6. Show a sale price for items before you sell them Literally would make the game perfect!
So many adverts
when you open the app, you have to close around 7 (YES SEVEN) pop ups including a minute long advert before you can even do anything on the game. Makes me lose interest before I even get to pressing a button. Shame.
Pop up ads & Difficult goals to complete, coins & exp to gain
Played this game years ago, but I don’t remember so many game ads popping up in the middle of playing, nor do I remember it being so difficult to actually complete goals. I appreciate the ads we have the option to view for more coins, but I am really aggravated with the pop up ads during my play time. It interrupts whatever I am doing and it interferes if I need to pop on and off the game real quick… As far as the goals go, the requirements to complete the goals is a bit ridiculous. If it’s because you want gems to be bought and used, that’s not cool at all. It seems a bit unfair when we can’t gauge what all of our ‘nghbrs’ are sending us because some send what you need or want, while others are in their own world with sending whatever they feel like ignoring your requests. We are limited on how many gifts we can receive and how many requests can be filled in a day, but we can all the nghbrs we want. I love the building and designing, the coking, etc but these are the things that have me pretty aggravated.. if just the pop up ads were to go away, that’s would a big help. Plus, these ads that pop up are advertising ‘no pop up ads’ while they themselves are popping up in the middle of someone’s game. So dumb. It would be a more fun and relaxing game if the ads were only there for us to click on as we choose, not just randomly popping up. Racking up coins and experience is quite a task too. It can be rough trying to get anywhere with this too. I’m sure I’m not the only one with these complaints.

Overcharged. It’s interesting how so much cost money. When you get enough neighbors to actually expand it doesn’t expand. When you complain about it, the next thing, you go into your account and it’s 5 to 10 more neighbors required to expand. And finally they remove the option entirely. I took photos and 2 videos to prove it. I just recently I did buy some gems for 13.99 and had to go to a separate website or it was going to be 16.99 so I went to the website to pay the 13.99 and got charged 16.99 anyway. The game itself is fun but the shady tactics aren’t so nice. I submitted a ticket, but so far just ignored. I will update if they make it right.
Good but some glitch
I like this app ever since I was young but hate the glitches and it makes me lose coins and gems.. but love it overall just wish there’s other ways to speed up dishes and maybe an update to make it a little more interactive like setting up our own prices.
Too many popups.
Played the game for years, tried it again recently but the amount of promo pop ups for this companies other games is insane. Could be a good game if they weren’t in it.
It could be better
It’s a great idea for a game, it’s fun to earn coins and decorate your own restaurant but the amount of AD’s this game promotes is crazy & it ruins the game completely! Also, you can’t always skip the ADs and you will usually have to end the game and go back onto it in order to get rid of one. I have no idea why they would go to all that effort of developing a game to do this with it. You’ll hardly be playing it, you’ll just be watching ADs and waiting for food to cook. Most of the food takes upwards of 10minutes to make so it’s a game you would play for a short amount of time each day. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend

The game is whatever, but forcing you to watch one ad everytime you serve your food is sick. It’s usually a gambling ad. Today I finally uninstalled because I got through serving my food ad free, then started cooking some new food and was then prompted with a polymarket ad. Genuinely good game (besides most of yalls bs being hidden behind gems) and would’ve payed $1.99 or so for ad free; But alas, it’s 2026 so your time must go to the gambling industry

holy popups batman!
the general premise of the game is really fun and I enjoy going back after a few hours to serve and choose food, but the volume of constant pop ups completely ruins any game immersion and just ends up being extremely annoying every single time you open the app. I don’t want to play your other games! just let me play this one without having to exit off of a million ads before being able to!

Disappointing
i’ve played this game before i even learned how to read. my sister downloaded it onto my ipod touch for me when i was 4, and i decided to pick it up again, unfortunately feel like im always being advertised to, wallpaper and flooring is insanely priced, cant help but feel like progression is impossible without spending money. above all, it’s barely changed in the 15 years ive been keeping tabs on it

I’ve enjoyed this game for years. I do wish that we didn’t have to keep on building stoves that we have already built for events. It would be nice to use what we have already built.
Processing speed too slow …
This used to be a decent game but buffering and dropping out are really annoying. Makes tipping and gifting a nightmare. Takes too long to do basic things.

Peaceful
I been playing this game for 10 plus years and love those games that you can decorate your place and personalize stuff. You cook and earn money and goals to get more decorate and the only thing timed is the cooking. I love the Halloween themed stuff that comes out every year. It’s a peaceful little game and I love playing it.

So I was temporarily playing the game, and now it’s blocked me out and it’s stuck on the loading screen?
Great game, ONLY ON WIFI
This game is still a classic and still works well for such a simple idea. It’s quick and easy to hop on and off without any punishment if you stay away too long other than spoiled food The only issue I have… when using data and not on wifi the game messes up so much. You can set all your stoves cooking something and you can come back 6 hours later and nothing will have been cooking. It’s not my internet because it works great with everything else but this game. It’s very frustrating and makes it a game I can only really play once a day
Frustrating
All I want to do is play this game, but every time I open the game up, it tells me how much I have earned, I then go to my cookers to serve my food and it crashes & announces ‘processing’. Every single time. The second time round I have to go through the same process. The advert don’t stop, I just want this game nothing else thank you very much
Rubbish realisation today
You’ve changed it just like your bakery version, can’t watch any amount of adverts you want, can’t watch them on goal dishes, and unwanted adverts just as you start playing!! 24 hours ago I could watch them to speed up goal dishes, didn’t have to watch them when first loaded and not wanted, and I could watch as many or little as I like. Now you’ve turned it like the bakery version, you’ve made it FAR less enjoyable and now all your after is cash. What a shame

I have also been in various situations where I lost all my progress but, it is all is kept on Game Centre even if you decide to stop playing and delete the app. So make sure that you game centre is activated so that it can keep your progress. It works! I’ve played this game for a few years now, and it’s very fun! It only gets boring when you reach the highest level and it starts getting repetitive (especially for a daily player). But I’ve noticed that the game is VERY buggy. It glitches whenever I load the app and I get random pop up ads whenever I do anything.
Great game, ruined with Ads & Popups
Used to love playing restaurant story years ago, downloaded it again recently to start a new restaurant only to find out the devs turned into sellouts and now everytime I log in popup after popup flashes on screen with scummy deals begging you to buy coins, download more of their games, take advantage of deceptive sales and its getting to the point where the games not worth playing if I have to close 10 popups everytime I login. In Summary: dont be a sellout.

So. This game is good fun but the only downside is that every time you enter the game it gives you about 5/6 ads (by the same creator) that they say for you to download to get more money and more points. It’s got to the point where I’ve had the game about a week now and all my tasks are to download 5 other games made by the same creator and I have to start playing them as well to get money and points to get to the next levels. It has ruined the experience for me personally.

very relaxing game! I love ending my day with restaurant story :) the dishes are fun to cook and the design aspect of the game is very cool as well! If you are looking for a chill, low-stakes game to wind down with, I highly recommend restaurant story!
WHAT THE HELL HAPPEND TO MY PROGRESS???
So I have been playing this game since 2022 and it’s been the same- problem 1=every time I order food and then it’s on the counters the next day, The foods gone!! It’s like robbers stealing the food but that can be impossible since robbers don’t steal food they steal precious stuff like phones n money and u get it but even tho I said that doesn’t mean u keep the bug like that so fix that.. plz??.Problem 2 (most hurtful one yet)= so I swiped out of the game then I played it again the next time u know it ( the titles giving its away ;) ) WHAT THE HELL HAPPEND TO MY PROGRESS??? I was a brung to tears I lost my diamond tables and my dinner chairs😭😭😭😭 FIX THIS PLZ IVLOST ALL MY STUFF IMMA DELETE THIS GAME SUCH BAD USED TO BE MY NUMBER1 THEN TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE.

Ok so all my counters where full with food most which where just served, ill then leave the game for a moment and then came back in and id earned 34,000 and all counters where empty, im not complaining about making money that quickly but that shouldn’t be happening in the space of 2-3 minutes… some issues/bugs in this game, its not the first time this has happened
Great game but too many pop ups
Great game but far too many pop ups come when you first open and randomly as you play. The amount of times I’ve almost accidentally bought something is ridiculous. Remove the pop ups or give us an option to remove them. So annoying.
Diamonds
Love both restaurant and bakery story but now tasks getting much harder unless you buy diamonds (which I have no information of doing) so I never finish any tasks anymore and never get the end prize 😢 why make it so hard for players it used to be fun
