App
Down long time
App cannot open after logged in
The App Keeps shutting off automatically right after logged in. The App can be opened after removed and reinstalled. But it shuts down automatically again right after logged in
Petrof
I have been using it for several years. Suddenly this week it doesn’t work anymore. No use in reset. Its last news update was on 10 March.
A good financial news n info apps
Use the apps almost a few times daily, found it to be well designed n also being very user centric. Easy to use n info is presented in an easy to read n download manner, where in multiple versions in past 2 years, I can't recall there was apps hang with reload required. All upgrades manage to retain old data such as stock portfolio list, which is very thoughtful. Thanks
iPhone 16 pro
Thanks! 🙏🙏🙏
Cannot login/ login crash
I cannot login ejhk app this morning, 8:00am Hong Kong time. While open apps, then crashed. Deleted, reinstall, can open app no problem, but sign in, crash. iOS 13.7, iPhone plus 8
Keep crashing after I upgraded to v7.0.1
Cannot use the app at all after upgrade!
Re: App suddenly closed and others
This follows on my last review, to which you have replied - Thanks. Just so you know: the problem still exists and has not gone away. Your proposed solution did not work.
Very Good
A very good news&inf. board
Crashes
The App will not load and keeps crashing out.
Offline mode
Can someone improve it so the old (unread) content doesn't get erased until I choose to do so?
期待ipad版
......
Worst app I have ever seen
I can’t believe I just downloaded this app...... the worst app I have ever seen lol. It’s just not user friendly at all.
Good
Keep up the good work
Much of the page is occupied with click baits
This is a subscription news site yet when you are navigating around it is nearly impossible to avoid all the gigantic ads sitting between stories. Worst part is that a mistaken click will launch into another browser for more ads. HKEJ has deteriorated to the point when i am considering a termination of subscription.
Cannot detect the new day's update at all !! While the iPad version can, I don't know why the iPhone version cannot. Have to uninstall and then install again to start downloading the new day's news.
Waiting for native iPad app to become subscriber
This is waste of time the if the iPhone (and iPad) app is not significantly improved from the current state. Now the app can simply act as a lame ad for EJ, pointless as a portal for subscriber.
Very distracting ads
We subscribers pay to read the paper, not the ads. To pepper the mobile version with so many ads is a disservice to readers, and will ultimately lead to lower readership.
Very useful but crash quite often.
Group news into different categories. News are short and sweet. The only drawback is it crash way too often.
Crash
The app crashes right awaywhen I open it. Need to fix the bug.
Xina
Just limited contents, I m an online subscriber and can only access thru mobile site which interface is less user friendly
What's wrong with v2.1?
With new version 2.1, all contents will be erased when the app is closed? What's the point for offline mode then?
