国内访问经常掉线
不明白是怎么回事 在国内用这个APP时 经常自动提示没有订阅 连接外网后 才能正确获取订阅信息
Access issue
Not able to get onto the App this morning
Doesn’t load entire story even after logging in
The stories don’t entirely load after logging in… unlike in the browser
iPad version supporting please
Huge hunger for iPad version, really want to read news on mobile bigger screens. Please consider to develop iPad version, not so difficult, right?
Excellent additional source of information
Chinese driven news that does not hold back or feel governed.
It’s terrible
It only operates in one view. It denies access to articles despite subscription being paid. It is horrible to use. Shame because the journalism is fine but badly let down by the app
Needs proper iPad app
Excellent service, but a proper iPad app that fills the screen is desperately needed.
Very buggy
Have subscription says I’m in multiple log in when I’m not - great contact - help personal were not so helpful
Exhibitions Listings : Arts & Letters
Please keep this section up-to-date!
Good app
It’s not the best app, but it’s pretty good.
Constant ads, can’t cancel, lack of timely content
Constant in app adds, worse when you open on laptop or desktop. can’t cancel for a refund prior to initial subscription period. Not much added value, especially if you already have WSJ or FT. Nikkei Asia is much better app/website experience and has better coverage as well.
Too many stories every day! Filter more, be more selective!
Filter From
Wrong form size
The app has wrong form size for Apple iPhone 11. Certain things can’t be tap n scroll
Subscription issues
The app keeps periodically telling me that I am not subscribed when I have purchased a yearly subscription
Overall experience
Good content, really bad service
Missing logic in app technology
I have subscribed Caixin on my computer. With every article I get an ad there to uses the app. When I want to use the app with my account I can just subscribe, not register with an existing account. Furthering what do you want stars for? For the value of the news content or the app functionality?
Good content, sluggish UI
Biggest issue is long loading times for an article...literally takes 30 seconds (feels like hours) to load an article.
Easy reading
The app makes it easy to read
Constantly logged out
We have a subscription but the app often does not recognize it, this does not happen with SCMP and all other media apps I use
Somewhat clunky but great content
It’s not a very smooth app experience; you can’t download the edition so if you lose connection you lose the entire thing, and the don't is ugly. But it’s the best newspaper in China available in English, so...
The best financial news in EM.
Caixin is succinct and informative. They are balanced and always have the lead on breaking news in Chinese finance.
Too expensive
At this price why not get Apple News+ instead.
Great app, highly recommend!
By far the most useful app to find comprehensive information about China especially if you are looking for in-depth, insightful and credible resources! Keep up the work!
Non-existent customer service
I have tried repeatedly, since February 2021 to cancel my subscription and no one has gotten back to me. They raised their prices too much this year and I could not cancel because NO ONE got back to me. Good news coverage but bad, negligent, non-existent customer service. I tried to cancel via PayPal. Stay away, I want news coverage and customer service. If no customer service, do not want their product. Horrible.
Surprisingly smooth experience
The app works great and has no hiccups so far
Great content terrible design & UK
Hideous font, looks like a decade old design but great stories - except by subscription never syncs so I’m missing content or wasting time to login very frustrating
Most objective independent news on China
Title says it all.
Poor subscription management
Not user friendly. Always having difficulty to login or restore subscription
Superb journal gives the facts in China
Great reporting ..different than government papers Truth
iPhone version ONLY, not iPad
And it doesn’t scale either.
