Keeps lagging
I got this app and platform because of the high reviews. There are great aspects to the platform. But the app is not so great.l in my view. I have to reinstall every few days thanks to stalling. This is not great if you want to check trades. I’ve accidentally opened trades while working with the charts. The charts only have the default time zone. You can’t modify the size of your position in the app so you buy or sell the default position. Because of these limitations my trading plan now says “only use to the app to close out a position”
Very good
Good good dusting fantastic, it’s app help me for au
This brokerage platform is a fraud!! Stay away!
Open a VIP account in Australia last week. I attempted to open two tickets, while the application did not let me, anyhow without confirmation the next morning one hour after market open the positions were submitted automatically without my authorization. I call their customer service, spoke to Johan, he promised to verify what happen. Then call again to place two orders and be able to extend the expiry date since position have a very close expiry date. The same manager guided me through, and mention that rollover is easy and free if required. So I did my trading. Still had other problems with the application since often trades without verifying your ticket. The virtual version cannot be trusted due to the same glitch of the real. You don’t know easily if you are trading real or virtual. Then called them again today six times to rollover my position. The mangers after knowing it was me, he said that he had to take another call and would call me back. Four hours later called them again, kept speaking with different people who would care less. So, overall I am going to report this brokerage firm to ASIC as a complete fraud! Stay away! Date today 17 March 2020.
Excellent app but
I like the app very much but would appreciate a weekly and a monthly chart.
It’s complicated
The way market swing it’s difficult to understand as compare to other brokers... and the market it’s so slow as compare to other trading platform... I don’t if it’s the broker idea or???
Slow
The app loads very slowly...needs an improvement please.

Put in £50 into a trade and took £100 even after I had already closed the trade and it was going to continue taking money out if I had not have taken off my credit card!
Scam
The continues to automatically deduct funds from the card even if one is not actively trading. They continuously deduct small amounts to check if there are funds then they load big amounts. I’ve used other trading platforms like markets.com. You only use funds deposited.
Simple yet inefficient
This is a great app although sadly the company won’t integrate with MT4. The biggest gripe I have is that in a volatile market the app either hangs and “cannot perform” instructions so one is left hanging with an open position. Furthermore the speed that the app closes positions in a moving (up or down) market is absolutely never in your favour. I understand the complexities involved and find it strange how without exception a decreasing profit will always be the lower amount whereas an increasing profit will close at the correct rate 🤷♂️
Good game
Thank you! Good game! Very , very very nice ! I liked its game. Thank you! Goodbye! I just it’s game!
Not available to Ontario residents
Why do you have options to add Ontario residents onto the app but it won’t allow you to choose it saying it is not available in our region?
Easy forex
Easy to use,i like it..
用户反馈
软件用着还不错。但经常打不开，提示“网速太慢”“服务器错误，重启程序”，还经常会闪退。希望技术大牛们赶紧修复一下bug
Keeps crashing
It does work on iOS 4, but it does crash as soon as your mobile loses the data connection. The developer needs to change the code so that when it does lose the data connection, it just pauses the price updates rather than crash, otherwise the app is not bad. I would prefer the standard timeframes of m1, m5, m15, h1, h4, d1 and w1 but maybe there is not enough data for the higher timeframes. It should also have the option to display currency indices such as the Dollar Index and have the ability to do some basic charting such as drawing S/R and trendlines! Update is an improvement, but the app still crashes when it loses the data connection when on the go. Application needs to notify user of lost data connection rather than just crash! Update has fixed app. Still needs better charting like Forex OTG!

Complete SCAM
There’s so many reviews of them just keeping your money. They don’t respond to any emails or any forms of communication. In fact their emails subscription can’t be cancelled. Avoid at all costs!

Brilliant app for loosing money
I think everyone rating this app clearly is real human or a trader because this app is not for REAL TRADERS! I clicked a trade to see info on it and it opened the trade for me without me knowing. I lost my hol account in two trades because of this and there prices are to high! You place a £30 trade then your automatic in -£30 in red. for a profit trader you will never make money on this app. YOUR WELCOME Your response is a joke. You have missed all the info iv told you 🤣. THIS APP IS FAULSE ! You can’t trade from a Phone like this because EASYMARKET IS NOT REAL TRADING. This app 100%?Scam stay away!!!

Nice app
Easy to use! Good application!
What!
This is not a great app within an hour of downloading I get some guy calling me? It’s an app if I wanted to discuss it with someone I would have made a call, don’t expect calls at work or home don’t do it! Still getting e mails poor poor poor!
Unstable and charting function is buggy
When I select a new symbol from the upper part of the screen, the chart below doesn't follow or show a chart for a completely different pair of currency. Also, the chart period hasn't been implemented fully. The 1m and 5m charts are the same. 15m and 30m are the same too. Sometimes, the application cannot connect to the server or just quits unexpectedly.
