Pepperstone forever
Not good at all
Very slow to load and often crashes , not reliable . Needs to install and uninstall.Tried on multiple mobile devices 17pro max etc same issue persists.
Please remove “new order” button.
I like all navigational changes you make. 1 massive new order button in the middle of the chart is something that needs to be removed. 2 when you at full screen there is buy and sell buttons at the bottom. Make them remove need some sort tap to pop them up or hide away. Also, volume change button in between of them should be in the middle by itself without “buy or sell” little lines under volume button.
Connection Error
It was good at first, but recently i just could not login to my account due to “connection error”. My connection was all good and could login in the browser. Until now i could not use the mobile apps.
Good app but cannot enter Stop Loss and Take Profit by price
Cannot set Stop Loss and Take Profit by price level before entering a trade. Have to do by pips instead which is a lot slower.

-no drawing pen or anything like that -no curved lines
Indicators problem
When selecting some indicators in seperate sections, indicators not displaying properly. RSI, Stochastic, CCI levels are not displayed, unable to draw lines in those separate sections-trndlines.

La verdad plataforma cómoda, me gusta su idea, pero está muy lenta, fallas internas, queda deshabilitada por horas. Ocupan urgentemente mejorar muchas cosas y meterle dinero para hacer una plataforma de trading de primer nivel. Por mientras 2 estrellas

The CTrader app always disconnects especially during high volatility. I’m waiting more than 2hours then lost everything.

Doesn’t work on iPhone 12 Max pro in 5g
Great app. But it only works with wifi on IPhone 12 Maxpro and not on Telstra 5G. Earlier was able to reset network and it worked for Telstra. But that doesn’t work either. I used it for last 3 years, but the later versions just made unusable for whilst on the move.

I dont know.. i use iphone 11 pro max. But i get this. Place sell limit or buy limit can.. but cant see everything like chart and data daily
Not too easy to set protection
Sometimes I placed an order without setting my profit and stopping loss. Then on the position page, it's hard to look for the button to set the protection.
I like it more than MT5.

NEED IMPROVEMENT
As far as i know, this is the 2014 version of original Ctrader and have not been improved since that. Because when I download the original ctrader apps it is faster and has no bug compared to pepperstone version of ctrader. The pepperstone version is lagging and many times when i try to open 4 hour time frame the candlesticks are not displayed properly and i cant even see it ! Also it is frustrating when i have to open different chart to see EACH of my trade. If i open 10 trade of the same pair, then i have 10 chart of the same pair to see and it is very wasting time. I hope u see this post. Please keep it up to date. Because i love pepperstone. I just want u guys to improve. Thanks

Worst mobile Trading application
This has got to be the worst user interface more built from the 1980’s Not only very dated, it’s also not intuitive, bad unchangable colours, fon’t sizes, and information you would expect to see on resizable chart isn’t available till you exit out of chart. No quick fixes for this app, other than replace it with tradingview or oanda being the gold star on like ability and usability. Desktop app is much better apart from many customers complaints for years of app rebooting during core hours Go figure we’re dealing with millions of dollars and still after 10 years they have stability issues???

Great but some hiccups
I am experiencing some hiccups while placing my trades more specifically when am entering my TP & SL. It keeps resetting quite often. It happens for a limit and market orders both. But apart from that it’s fine.
