Niente , con qualsiasi aggiornamento non riescono a risolvere i problemi di bag , bisogno continuamente effettuare il login, i settaggi vanno persi ad ogni accesso!!!! Un disastro!!!!! sono anni ormai.Mi dispiace ma l’unica soluzione è cambiare broker.

Ottima piattaforma bisognerebbe aggiungere gli alert per essere al top.
Clunky
App refreshes constantly and all drawing/indicators I have set up disappear which mean I have to set them all up again and again. Finding stocks/commodities isn’t easy unless you have them set up on a list which makes it tricky to browse. Also the set up doesn’t transfer to the app on my iPad, so if I add any lines/drawings it doesn’t look the same when I pick my other device up like it does with other apps. Overall I use the app to trade as I use spread betting but use other apps to find what I want to trade. Frustrating to use this app.
Da migliorare
Capitato più volte di non farmi accedere; in alcune occasioni invece anche memorizzando il telefono per autenticazione con doppio fattore richiede codice come se fosse la prima volta. Decisamente da migliorare se paragonata ad altre applicazioni fornite da broker concorrenti!

Broker buono, app completamente inutile
Broker di per se è ottimo, con spread buoni e velocità di esecuzione molto buona. L’app d’altra parte è pessima: le candele del prezzo si aggiornano molto lentamente e molte volte rimangono bloccate su un prezzo e non si aggiornano almeno che non si cambia il tempo del grafico oppure non si esce e non si rientra. Se poi ci dovesse essere un po’ più volatilità sui mercati questo problema diventa talmente grande da non permettere trading del tutto dato che non si sa mai a che prezzo è l’azione o coppia di forex. Inoltre l’app è lentissima anche nel semplice uso come semplicemente cambiare pagine tra forex e azioni. Anche quando vuoi andare a vedere come sta andando una delle posizioni aperte l’aggiornamento della pagina dell’app ci può mettere anche 10 secondi prima di mostrare il prezzo il che rende scalping del tutto impossibile. Infatti se non avessero reso possibile di usare active trades con TradingView questo broker sarebbe completamente inutilizzabile dal cellulare.

Non hanno idea di come risolvere i bug
Sono mesi che c’e’ un grave Bug(ma ce ne sono molti di piu’ di minore importanza) , ogni tanto l’app ti butta fuori e richiede il login,ma quando si rientra la lista personalizzata dei propri strumenti viene cancellata,dovendoli riselezionare da capo.Buona fortuna a chi ha posizioni aperte su tanti strumenti,preparatevi a buttare tempo ogni giorno per dover ogni volta ricostruire la lista personale degli strumenti.Mi chiedo se mai sistemeranno questo odioso problema o se bisogna cambiare broker.

Ne ho provate varie do 4 su 5 solo perché non funziona su iPad e lo schermo su iPhone gira quando ne ha voglia (ovvero non si capisce bene come fare, non solo sul mio telefono ma anche su altri).

Ich weiß nicht was los ist, aber weder die App noch die Webseite laufen einwandfrei. Tagtäglich ab einer bestimmten Uhrzeit ist es einfach kaum möglich eine halbe Stunde Online zusein. Immer wieder kein Empfang und Aussetzer! Was ist LOS?
Bella interfaccia
Interfaccia molto interessante con paio di scorciatoie tra ordini e grafici sarebbe perfetta ma spesso perde la connessione o ci mette molto a stabilirla (capita frequentemente di doverla chiudere del tutto e riaprirla). Lo storico trade nei periodi superiori ad un mese non è affidabile.

Seid dem letzten update, werden die Login informationen immer wieder gelöscht.

C’est un coup de fusil dans le pied non? Je croyais que c’était le volume qui faisait vivre les brokers honnêtes (sans arrière-pensée).

The app is seriously flawed as you try and size your trade with stop loss on the move. ActivTrader development team should good look at Capital.com app or Oanda for an easy interface to use while trying to size your trade on the go. Disappointed
