Great broker
I’ve been trading with Trade Nation for nearly 3 years and the experience has been phenomenal. The customer support is incredible, and the team at Trade Nation are great.
Slow reconnect
Can’t it be configured to use background refresh. Going from tradingview back to TradeNation app and trying to take a trade waiting for it to reconnect is rubbish

Horizontal line indicator bug
Horizontal line will duplicate itself at the same level after each time reopening the app.
Best trading broker - lowest spread
This broker is the best with lowest spreads and if you withdraw before 12:00, money is in your account by 17:00
Please redesign the app
The app for iPad is absolutely awful
UI issue after update
Everything was working very well until the recent update where the data (market numbers, orders, account figures like Margin and Amount) becomes blank whenever I re-login after leaving the app inactive in the background. I had to close the app entirely and relaunch it for it to work again. This happens every time.

Shady broker — still no withdrawal after 6 weeks
Avoid this broker at all costs. I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for a withdrawal and still haven’t been paid. Instead of taking responsibility, Trade Nation plays shady games — pushing blame on my bank, sending fake “proof” in the form of useless authorisation records, and wasting time with endless and useless back-and-forth emails. My bank confirmed in writing that no funds were ever received. Case now escalated to the Ombud. This broker is not trustworthy.
Cannot rotate on iPhone 11
When i open the chart on the app and rotate the screen, the chart won’t rotate and i cannot use the tools to analyze the chart. Please fix this.
Simplicity
Its a simple tool to use without any complications, with less spread between Buy & Sell. Highly recommend to use it
Scam
This broker is a scam, their servers are slow and unresponsive at times. In addition, they don’t have contact information detailed on their site. I want to withdraw my money and their site keeps saying ‘ 401 unauthorised’ basically telling me I can’t have my money. Useless broker unfortunately 🤷🏾♂️

App Crashes after opening
The app crashes after logging in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Disappointed as this has been ongoing for the last couple of months and I was hoping that this update would have solved the issue

Worst app
Guys this is like worst app… you guys don’t even take feedback. So many people complained about the app breaking and closes itself as soon as you click open.
Not working as intended
Since i cant find a bug report thing any where i hope this works. It opens up and i see the bright red screen with the logo, then it minimizes its self and im back on home screen. Un and re install dose not help, or turning it on and off. Im using a iPhone 6 running 12.5.5.
Worst trashing app ever!
Thanks Trade Nation for blocking iOS devices from using a web browser, which was the only viable way of avoiding what otherwise is the worst developed trading app!! It’s countless issues and poor design, not to mention has not been developed for an iPad (super lazy approach btw!) using a magnified UI that doesn’t even rotate! For iPad Pro users it’s massively counter productive flaws to add onto the growing list of issues of a declining level of service that was much before you decided to quit on Core Spreads!
SCAM
Lure you in with no minimum deposit limits - I deposited £10 to “try it out” - turns out with that amount I cannot place a trade in any market. Tried to withdraw my £10 as I was totally put off - turns out you can’t withdraw anything less than £50. A scam that capitalises off of beginner traders who invest very little money. Disgusting.
