Stole my money
Stay away from this app. It’s stole my money. They never messaged me back to help. It freezes. Logs you out during trades. Pure trash.

Logging in problems
Hi. I’m simple words I can login via email with login, password and the link I’ve been given but when I try the app o have to use my and a password for which I try the one I was given but it doesn’t work. Please help me.

Really needs improvement...
Hi, I installed this app a couple of days ago to start copy-trading (which I have now started). The app just needs a UI overhaul in my opinion… It’s not the most user-friendly in the world (which I think should be improved). Also would be nice if you could provide more statistics on the traders people are going to copy, and the drawdown was more accurate. If you look at other copy-trading apps for inspiration (like E-toro or XM copy trading) I think that would help you out in improving things :) I will come back and improve my rating for the app when I see improvements implemented :)

No llegan las notificaciones
He dejado de recibir las notificaciones de las operaciones abiertas y cerradas. Cuál es el problema? En ajustes de iPhone están todas las notificaciones activas.

No hay servidor movil.
Cuando conecto mi cuenta broker y pongo el servidor (escritorio) porque es que el servidor (movil) NO ESTÁ EN LA LISTA! No me deja avanzar y conectar la cuenta broker!
Mala optimización
Me dejaron de notificar las alertas de las operaciones, notificaciones permitidas, actualización, reinicio e incluso reinstalación y no se consigue recibir ninguna notificación, por lo que tiene que estar constantemente entrando y saliendo sin vivir para comprobar cuando se venden y compran valores. A veces no aparecen las operaciones cerradas y abiertas, no dan soporte a la solución de las notificaciones.

Experiencia pésima
En mi caso, muy mala experiencia y 5k a la basura. Tienen traders con una rentabilidad muy alta teóricamente pero en la práctica, me han tumbado toda la inversión por operar fuera del margen. Ofrecen cero explicación y cero formación para controlar la App y evitar estas cosas. A mis amigos les ha pasado lo mismo. No recomendaría ni volvería a usarla, es tirar el dinero.

Slow app
The app is very slow when trying to start up. Also it doesn’t seem to work with mobile data. I can only use it via Wi-Fi which to me seems very strange. Also you can’t close our half trades and leave half running like other apps.

Not genuine drawdown stats
Please help provide genuine drawdown stats , I have seen traders with titles like low drawdown however in other times they have blown their copiers accounts due to silliness. Please provide things like last 30 days return % last 90 days return % . So we can have more accurate readings

Terrible app
Always crashes. Needs closing multiple times to get it to work. Sometimes you can’t see your open trades because it won’t load so you therefore can’t edit or close open trades (costing you money). The app is almost unusable.
