I have tried to contact live chat the apps keep freezing it doesn’t look like the withdrawal money ever comes and is it even safe in the uk
Application fluide et super pratique
Franchement l’app est hyper bien faite, tout est clair et rapide. Les ordres passent nickel, jamais eu de bug ou de latence. J’ai testé pas mal de brokers et celui-là niveau appli c’est vraiment top, surtout pour trader depuis le téléphone.

the problem is how they are working with fake company in u.k…these type of companies should be ban and legal action should be taken if they have any customer servicd in uk
Nice starting platform.
I was using vantage but switched over to this app, its just as well laid out as vantage, i do find when in landscape mode for watching the charts that it freezes and i have to flip the phone portrait and lay it flat so it keeps up with the time and movements, also i have found that when trying to move trend lines around on the chart it seem very buggy as in i will try to adjust the lines and when i scroll the chart it jumps back to original location? But on the whole i recommend this app to anyone its easy to use and very smart simple! Looking forward to seeing how it grows.

I know your wondering why it’s 5 stars hence what i’m about to say.. This app is terrible. If you want to keep wasting your money with this company you can. You will mostly loose ur money and when you have earned it which it was there game is, As much as u loose they will manipulate the chart which we reset ur capital or put you at a bad loss, If i was you stay away, I got this broke from a. friend on snapchat. Never again. HIS snapchat is @LD.appereal please anyone with anything trading related don’t go to him
Withdrawal issue.
StarTrader is a fake trading app that they will not provide a proper solution for any issues. I have requested for withdrawal request. I have done a withdrawal request. I have not received any amount And they are not responding. They provided ARN number which is fake. I have enquired with my bank, which is a fake number. I never do trading in it again. Stay way.

Not trustworthy
Happy to take your money while you are depositing. You trying having â conversation with them when there is â problem. They will completely ignore you until you simply give up. Also they have no charts on TV and their volume profiles are not even close to being useful.

Crashes all the time. Couldn’t close open positions to book profit and ultimately led to losses. Terrible app!!! In reality deserves Zero star rating. Absolute disgrace!!!!
Greet platform
Great platform. One of the missing bits is the ability to see SL and TPs without having to click on the button again. Just by scrolling through like the t4 trade app does it. Also the ability of setting one TP or SL for as many positions as needed only once.
High Risk Broker
Dear All, I would like to share my recent experience with the Star Trader broker, which has been extremely unsatisfactory and financially harmful. I deposited USD 3,000 on 09/09/2025, and within 23 days, my account was completely wiped out due to incorrect trading signals provided by their Relationship Manager (RM). Based on this experience, I strongly advise anyone interested in trading to choose only authorised and reputable brokers. Star Trader DXB has demonstrated practices that are unreliable and comparable to high-risk, Ponzi-style operations. Furthermore, their customer support becomes unresponsive once funds are deposited, which makes the situation even more concerning. I hope this information helps others make informed decisions.

Finally found an app that aligns with my trading strategy. I have tried several forex apps, and this one stands out. The analysis tools are comprehensive, and the in-app support is a game-changer.
Not user friendly
Have been using this app for the last few months, but this new update is not a user friendly, like we cannot place “new order “ from the orders screen , and there is limitations to but lots Ex- for XAUUSD we can buy only upto 0.31 lots. In the running orders page we may not need open /close directly, as the previous one was safe enough to enter into that particular order and can close it. And the same time, for mobile users we need to scroll more to see our orders which is not necessary I believe as we may be clicking the close button only once in the cycle ( and we also have stop loss) to close automatically. Like wise this update has made a user to be very attentive while using this app. So please change it to previous version as that was more user friendly
