- Prices keep going up.
Ok
Okay
Streaming on phone doesn’t work
Paid for monthly subscription but the live streams don’t work on phone app. After 10seconds get the buffering wheel and video freezes. It’s not a wifi or phone signal issue as I can stream on other apps and tried it in multiple areas and on different networks. TSN is the only one that doesn’t work. Not worth the money.
TV app
After the latest update the tv app kicks us out when in the app and we now have to log in every single day. We never had to log back in previously. Please fix this!
Ok but expensive
They have a quasi monopoly and it shows, hello CRTC are you listening? to canadians that is... Plus impossible to view full screen on my projector Videotron, "contact service provider for issue" they discharge themselves. Not a great company, not great at all. CRTC, do you copy? or are you listening to someone else?
TSN Review
TSN app is outstanding ,with outstanding reporting and video reviews . The brand has been part of my sport interaction TV/APP since I was a teenager keep up the great work looking forward to what’s next .Overdrive is by far one of the best 2 hrs of my day, hazy, noodles, and Odog . Funny as heck and truly educational. TSN YOU ROCK
Scammed me out of $80 for TSN+ which is no longer available no refund!!!
I renewed TSN + in March recently tried to use it just to find out that TSN+ is no longer available and never was refunded the subscription
Not that good
It’s terrible the app doesn’t have a test period. I subscribed to watch some tennis games, but they show only the men’s game. Doesn’t matter if an American player is playing in the center court, they decided to show any other game that has a men playing. All the Chanels are showing the men’s game like of the tournament didn’t have women playing 🤡
Where is multi view?
Used to be able to watch multiple feeds at same time on iPad and iPhone. Where did it go? Was hoping it was added to AppleTV but now it is removed from iPad? Unacceptable in 2026. B1G10+ app can do it. TSN no better than a college conference network?
World Cup 2026
Excellent coverage. Every game was available on demand.
Too buggy, too many ads
Even with a paid subscription you’re bombarded with ads. What’s worse is the app glitches out and when you restart your video, you have to watch the ads all over again.
TSN
Your app sucks, your app on Samsung and lg sucks. Always cutting out. And of course every nascar race you cut off immediately or even before the end as you did switching to fifa soccer even though it was on every other channel.
overrated
An app with many problems, it doesn't have good language options and has few or unreliable replays, a bad experience during the 2026 World Cup; the app is more commercially focused, it works for streaming but doesn't justify the price, it leaves much to be desired.
TSN
TSN has all of the sports in the world such as soccer basketball baseball tennis Badminton volleyball and they stream the World Cup
No consistency 😤
Between the TvOS and iOS they lack consistency. The game is on TSN+ as many other games. Since their live on TSN you would check on the iOS app and it shows up, you check on the TvOS app its not there. I take a look on the Roku app and does appear. 🤷♂️ its annoying !!
Terrible streaming experience
Despite 5G connectivity, streaming World Cup games was never smooth or reliable. Taking my business elsewhere for big tournaments.
Wondering..
Why am I paying for this app, when TSN is 10-15 seconds behind the play on the broadcast?
5 star
This is the best sport app out there there is basically every sport every soccer league and it’s great
Ridiculous Price Increase
Price is going up $5 a month for possibly the worst app available. Not user friendly, slow, glitchy and unbelievably frustrating to use and to pay $30/month now?!? They are lucky there is no other competition for sports streaming in Canada. Corrupt and gross.
Video Quality is unacceptable for 2026
Using TSN app on Apple TV 4K to watch World Cup. Very disappointing video quality. It looks about 480p to 720p Internet speed is not the issue. Why no 4K???? It’s 2026
Constantly refreshing
Frustrating to watch sometimes. Always refreshing and have to reload.
TSN+
I can no longer get it on my TV since the latest update even though I’m paying because BOTH logins are through Bell Media. One is supposed to be through TV PROVIDER!
It works but has very poor buffering
Whether I am at home or at a bar that uses the app, I can expect buffering delays throughout any game I am watching. Bandwidth is fine, other streaming apps work just fine. It’s an issue with this app or the bandwidth allotted by TSN. They MUST know this. Everyone I speak with has the same experience, but we are forced to use it.
Update bug
The app hasn’t worked since the august 12 update. It gets stuck in a loading loop. Uninstall, reinstall, hard reboot, nothing works. Just when you thought tsn couldn’t outdo themselves.
Awful Customer Service
Accidentally bought RDS in French and when I bought TSN in English they would not refund RDS. Bell sucks.
Stay away
I bought the service for the World Cup and I’m annoyed I paid so much and still had to watch commercials, on the Home Screen and menu screens it would display the final scores. So if you worked all day avoiding hearing the score of the match you wanted to watch and wanted to watch a game after work you would know the result as soon as you loaded the app. Absolutely ridiculous. Why did I waste $30?!!!! I actually want a refund.

Its hard to see games with lots of advertisements
