Waste of memory space
The app constantly has notifications for the user to give money, there is more notifications about wanting money than any other app. It also notifies you to remind to buy really over priced events.
Great until you can’t update anymore
If you’re phone can’t use iOS 17, you install the “last compatible version”, open it and get told to update the app.
App issues
Would give a higher rating as it’s usually a good app but recently for some reason, it is not allowing me to open the app anymore. I’m having to go to NHL because the lease app will not open. I can click on it and it might load and then crash immediately or it won’t even open at all. I don’t know what’s going on. This is recent.
Live Updates
I’m enjoying the app and its utilities however the images in the AppStore show I can put live scoring widgets on my Lock screen however when I go to set it up there is no option. I’m able to throw it on for my home screen but then I have to unlock my phone every 2 seconds just to see the score when I’m not able to see the game. Help?

Notifications Spam 24/7
Way too many notifications. More granular control required otherwise we just turn them all off and miss out on drops and contests. We don’t need 50/50 ticket notifications mixed in every. single. game.
Pretty good
But whenever I try to open the app it says update on my iPad and when I open the App Store it doesn’t update so then I go back onto the app and it doesn’t work

When you click the Fan Access tab, it says “You’ll need the Leafs app for this one!” YOU ARE ON THE LEAFS APP

Not working after update
My app has stopped working after the last update. I cannot access my tickets. Help!
Won’t allow usage for my OS
Says I need 16. OS. My iPad OS is up to date at 15.9.3 I can’t get past the first page.

Cannot put on watch face, the score or anything. Only showing app but it cannot update the score , and the notification does not work it always shows the message but it’s different
Live game day chat
Did they get rid of the live game day chat where you could chat with other fans, do trivia and chat with moderators???? I’m lost.

Why can’t I select the seats on the tickets page?
Needs work
The information is good when it is updated, but that takes longer than at other sports sites. This was especially true with draft lottery info. Used other sites. Desperately needs to provide landscape orientation. Without this it is clunky.
Marner is useless
Get that useless Marner off the ice. Nothing but an overrated show boat. Can’t wait for his overrated time in Toronto is done. And he can take his whiny old man with him.

App is easier to use. Many improvements over the past year. Once In a while you may hit a hiccup but not nearly as much as before. Quick updating after games. Videos readily available. So much better!
App will not play video
Good day. Is there a fix for the Leafs app not playing player and coach interviews on IPads. I have tried the app on both IPads that have the current software updates. The app works on my phone but not the IPad. Thanks Leafs forever
Nicer now
The last update resulted in the loss of the ability to updates goals as they happened, giving only updates at the end of every period. When it did do live updates goals that were under review or disallowed were shown as goals as soon as they happened, got my hopes up more than once! This latest update brings back a new layout but also live goal updates. My one wish is for landscape view when I rotate my iPad!

The app is great but often breaks when updated. Currently I can't get any schedule info from the app for games not yet played.

Forces setup with only option of “enable location settings”. Forces login and sharing of information for tailgate tickets only to later be told they are sold out. Just wants your personal data.

Blah app/lame duck at best
I am a huge Leafs fans, and not a fan of Rogers. Case in point, there is a Live access trivia question today, I open the app on my iPhone 5, goto the love access area an choose my answer and "attempt to scroll down to submit my answer". Well as soon as I take my finger off the screen to hit the submit button the page springs back up to put the "POWERED BY ROGERS" ad picture front and center. So 2 things, I am already in the app, so why are you printing the app to people that already have it open, and since the ad takes up nearly 40% of the screen where it is supposed to be a trivia question and won't let me scroll away from the ad it makes me more incensed. Then there is the game tracker when a love game stats are being reported. The stats for live games are a jumbled mess. There is a reason all sports apps report stats in specific formats and columns, because it is a standard fans are used to reading. So why mix up stat columns all over the place making me scroll through 15 columns back and forth to get the same stats other apps provide in 1 quick overview? Goalie stats are messed up too. When a live game is on I can't tell which goalie is in net without scrolling through 15 columns to see the shots on the goalie stats to figure it out. Where is the box score during live games? You know, the 10 lines that give you a quick overview of the game, without having to scroll through the messed up stats page. Please clean up the mess of an app. It is embarrassing for fans to sift through mediocre organization because you take up 40% of viewing areas for ads for the actual app you are using. P.S., before or during a game do you ever want to list the starting line ups or set lines for the game?
Poor Accessability for Visually Impaired
As a life long fan of the Leafs from Scotland I was excited when this App hit my iPad, I'm visually Impaired & Registered Blind and have a need to keep up to date with all things Blue & White But !!! Unfortunately that isn't happening with this App !!... The problem I have is, I need VoiceOver to read text and most of the pages deny me this, when I touch the screen it simply won't allow me to access most of the features throughout the application and denying me accessibility to my teams news and information and as a Registered Blind user I am entitled to access this page like any able sighted fan. I have already e-mailed someone to no avail, perhaps the designers of this application should turn on VoiceOver on their iPads, wear a blindfold and try accessing their own program !!!..... I sure hope it's fixed for the new season.... A Challenge !!!

Glitches and Zero Support
The app has bugs here and there but has been largely ok. Recently though they introduced a new Fan Access section that has draws for tickets if you can manage to connect your Ticketmaster account. I’ve wasted hours trying to get this to work cause my son wants to enter the draws. All my accounts have the same email address But it doesn’t work. (The new avatar generator also doesn’t work for me). Their support has been non-existant after day one with the usual “make sure your email address is the same”. Subsequent requests for support don’t get answers. After years of use I deleted it. Finally pushed me to set up the Apple sports app and will use that and Apple News for updates from now on. If the extra features don’t work there’s no benefit to the app if it’s just for stats and news. There are better sources for that.
Seems to be fixed
Just downloaded this app and it seems to be working correctly now. It posted a penalty within a few seconds of it happening in the Lightning game tonight. Giving it a 4 since I have not used it much yet.
Hate the new app
Schedule is way worse, standings look bad and too cluttered. Go back to the older update!
Good app but needs an update ASAP!
Great app guys! Especially for us Aussies. But why no update? Why is the Leaf's app the most clunky one out there? Would love for you guys to update this soon and get it up to date with the other team's apps in the league.

Can’t update, but can install the app?
I’ll change my review if this gets fixed. The app doesn’t update unless you can use iOS 16.0, but you’re allowed to download the app and open it. Just to only to be held back from UI by a grey message on the screen prompting me to update(which I can’t). I shouldn’t be able to download the app if I can’t use it, simple as that. Please fix the app, or make the app accessible from URLs. Thank you sincerely.

It's been 3 days since the Leaf/Buffalo game and still no writeup. This is not unusual, but unacceptable. Nice pictures, but what happened during the game? At least the schedule is helpful!
