Great platform
Your platform has increased my enjoyment in all the pools I entry
Can’t login after authenticating through website
The website app lets you authenticate through google or Facebook but the app does not. One you authenticate through the app, it won’t let you add login information to use the app either. Terrible experience. Embarrassing and unusable.
Heading in a better direction
Haven’t had a chance to see if there is improvements to add/drops
Too many bugs and issues
I used to have fun with this app in previous years. It was free and you got to compete against people across the network. This year they charged a small fee for the admin which I did not mind. This year however was quite disappointing with the scores and results being delayed, system glitches that made entries not able to be entered before game time so the little fee in my opinion was so not worth it. Too bad, it is not worth it if you can’t get it to work.
LB
Not everything works. And we haven’t even started the season . Once a person adds a profile picture there’s no going back. It cannot be changed or deleted 🥴
Fun
Lots of fun playing with family’
Worst app ever
It deleted all of my point basically when my friends and I had money on the line and it also reset my whole team. I will never be using this app again!!!!
Great
For now my only complaint would be to add a section in Help for descriptions of short forms or legend Aside from that, great app
Just brutal
The app takes too long to load the stats. I also can’t find the pool I recently joined. I would never start a pool on this app.
Not good during Playoffs!
Can’t log on. Slow Slow Slow 👀😩
Amazing
Long time user of Office Pools!! Love the look and functionality of the new update!!
Question?
How do you join a existing playof pool ?
App is not user friendly
The app is terrible. So hard to navigate and you can’t access everything from the app.
Needs major improvement!
App is a very basic design and is missing major functionality available on the web. Also there is a stats refresh issue where you don’t get scoring updates for hours !!!!
Learned a lot
My husband is obsessed by hockey! So I joined this hockey pool, downloaded the app. Thought I might well play along. Absolutely love it! I click on the players and have their stats. I’m addicted to this app!
Draft!
Terrible ! Where is the draft entry on the App!!!…what is this 2010, first two picks were auto drafted by the time I figured out I had to go on safari and login there. Sooooo bad
Decevant
Je l’utilise pour la première foi pour le pool de hockey Et les pts en temps reel ne sont jamais disponible
A WINNER!!
I have been using Officepools since it came into existence. As a Canadian hockey fan I think it’s important to support this Canadian company. The platform has always been stable the tech-support has been efficient and responsive and the price is very reasonable. No need to go anywhere else
Terrible
This app is terrible. At least once a week our entire league resets to zero everything. The daily points are rarely updated until close to midnight. They can’t keep up with live scoring. Ridiculous. No wonder so many people use Yahoo instead of this garbage.
Can’t see all teams. 🤪
Not sure how to see all teams.
Amazing App
Great app gives you great stats and everything. Although, wish the point system updated live and not just after the game.
Categories available
No longer display things like games played, games remaining, per game stats etc. Why remove these?
Great App!
Great app easy to setup and easy to navigate. Would recommend it for anyone wanting an easy way to manage a sports pool.
App sucks
App never works
Great app but..
Once you click on messaging, you can’t go back to the previous page, you are stuck on that page and have to exit the app.
Can’t even get to my account
So far it’s garbage. Keeps saying it’s going to send an email to restore my password, and I’m still waiting a day later. Tried agin. Same thing. Fix your app.
Great improvements
Real time updates are great.
Only on it because I like my league and some guys prefer OP
Can’t do picklist reports on app. Very limited access to stats, especially year to year. Can’t initiate trades or accept/deny them on the app. Could be so much better with even a little bit of effort.
As promised
Everything works well Easy to learn Participants love it
Worst app ever
Full of glitches, both website and app.
