Game changer
The developers of this app thought of everything. Hats off to this team! Thanks for making it easy
New update breaks schedule
The schedule just got really annoying to use. I used to be able to scroll through and see all the events. Now I have to constantly click to the next day and I can only see the details in the bottom 20% of the screen.
Chat function has a bug
The app does not allow me to navigate through the other menus once I select the chat. Closing the app and restarting is the only way to get back to the other menu items.
Stats
It would be nice if there was a place for adding in game scores.

Problem receiving messages
I almost always have a hard time seeing messages that come in if I’m not where there’s Wi-Fi or vice versa if I restart my phone then it’s the opposite. I have it when there’s no Wi-Fi and then I can’t see any updates when I’m in an area with Wi-Fi.
Crashes
Enjoy the app but find it crashes and logs me out of the app frequently
Needs improvements
There are other apps that offer features and settings that should be included in ramp to make it atleast up to their standard. 1) The notification bubble on the app disappears when you open the app… not knowing if it’s a game or a chat or an email. 2) all other team apps allow there to be scores into the app for each player to see. 3) the home tab will only show you future games, not games from the past and not showing the scores
Good but could be better
Most of the app functions are good, but the chat feature needs to be separated by teams. I have 3 kids playing and up to 20 chat strings per team, it is practically unmanageable trying to keep up to date on that many chat strings. We ceased using the app because this became such a problem. Seems like an easy fix, just make the chats by team rather than having them all under one tab.
Cool
I like the app
Missed games and tournaments
App does not sync. We have missed practices and tournaments because the app communication chat doesn’t work for many of our users.
Glitches often
For weeks at a time we will lose our whole team schedule for no reason
Repetitive entry scheduling games
Creating functionality to schedule many practice/event/games at once would be super
Map function sub par
Map is not very interactive, should open up a map app
Just amazing
I love it
Welcome to 2026
Update the user experience and interface. This is 10 years old with no updates.
Just so-so
It glitches sooo much. It makes it very difficult to communicate with the team. I find the layout confusing compared to similar apps
Works ok
Would be great if the location description tied to a map. Simply having a name is not enough to know the location of play.
RAMP Team
It’s just tells you so much information that is so important
I wish I never had to use RAMP
The design of every single ramp app is absolutely hideous.
Needs some work on the chat function
I struggle with this app a lot. Suggestions would be to improve the chat function firstly. When you have multiple teams each with multiple chats, it’s very challenging and honestly frustrating, to keep up with. You don’t know what messages you’ve missed throughout the day because it doesn’t indicate unread messages, there also is no ability to respond to specific messages in the chat which could be very helpful in organizing a chat with multiple ppl in it. Knowing what I know now pulling the team into a WhatsApp chat would make much more sense. Ive used team snap and TeamLinkt, so this is new for me but opinion is it’s the least user friendly team app.
Works
Worked for me last season. Kind of bad user interface.
Ramp is so good
I love ramp because it’s easy to talk with coach teammates etc…and you can easily know where to go for your practices. Also I love how it gives us directions to the place we have to go to. I love ramp so much and it’s a perfect app
Update is not an update.
Had one of my kids filtered out the other day before latest update. New update offers new and improved Filter feature according to App Store description. The auto update won’t open at all so I can’t re-activate my filtered out player. An app to keep me updated with teams calendar is not helpful when it doesn’t work. I’ve tried deleting app and reinstalling. The way it re-installs makes me wonder just what they me by delete app as it reloads so quick and reopens in exact last place I was before deleting no re login nothing.
Could use enhancements
At its core the app functions as it should. However, it does it does lack certain refined, enhancements, such as icons are too specific to one sport and not - ie too hockey focused. The team finances management is nice, however it doesn’t provide a clear view of both expenses and income in one view - does not show what your net balance is.
Assistant coach
I am a none parent coach and so far our organization hasn’t been able to get me signed in to ramp with the teams I help coach as I have no kids playing seems odd to me
It would be nice to be able to stop receiving emails for every app notification.
Needs work
Not as user friendly as other team apps. Needs to have an “arrival time” along with “game time” field when scheduling. Most team coaches want to let their team know what time to be at a game, and also what time the game starts at. Also, new/unread chat messages are not identifiable. Unread messages should be bolded so team knows what messages they haven’t read. App should also have email option.
Amazing
Amazing
Garbage
Really glitchy and unreliable. And there is NO technical support.
Errors
The app often malfunctions. Error messages and can’t access chat or schedule.
Best sports communication
BASKETBALL
Awful App
Not sure why are you association moved from TeamSnap to this app. It’s awful. No email capability. And cannot be set up to provide any email notifications when new things are added. I’m sure as I use the app more. I will find other things that I do not like about it.
Struggles
The app worked pretty good last season but we have been having a horrible time this season with teams getting mixed up, getting notifications for games we aren’t playing and not able to find where our notification was coming from. Please fix!
Great
Great
Needs more work
Team is moving away from TeamSnap and went in with an open mind but this needs improvements. It’s hard to enter individual calendar entries into my iOS calendar. If changes are made to calendar, notifications don’t tell you what information has changed. If new event has been entered, you have to download the whole schedule and compare to your previous entries. If you want location, it doesn’t link to a map app. Maps issues will be more problematic with out-of-town tournaments and trying to find location for games 8’ a new city. Hopefully these issues are resolved. Or if they are already there, then more use friendly.
