Easy to use, and favourable bonuses. Can’t wait til the NHL and NFL start.
Scam
The betting options are suspended way too often. Most of the time, when you actually want to place a bet, the market is unavailable. Then the options suddenly become available when the match is almost finished, which makes the app frustrating and nearly useless for live betting
Not bad
We’ve been there and some have lost, not me though lol
Better sites available
There bonuses never populate! Frustrating.
Not Enough Bonuses
The interface is smooth and I like the functionality of the app. But being a new to Alberta app, you would think they would offer more bonuses. Fanduel and Draftkings give back way more to their customers. So I will only use this app very scarcely. Makes more sense to open up fanduel and have mystery boxes, wildcard rewards, and no brainer bets. Then to open this app and have no offers and the ones that are there require 50 to 100 bucks to activate. Not very fun compared to the rest.
Truly Safe Gambling
Easy to enjoy as entertainment - you can disable casino access and it has a lot of responsible gambling aids. Gambling should be fun and should never take over your life - this app gives you safe entertainment
In decline
As a VIP at multiple casinos, theScores quality and reliability as a source of fun and potential value has evaporated. Severely declining quality and value of promos, and regularly declining RTP on casino games over long periods at an almost guaranteed 80% or lower, have made any upside potential or fun impossible to be had. When winning a jackpot hosted by the casino itself as well as the bonus still fails to cover the losses of their promotions, it is nearly impossible to see an upside. This provider has fallen quite far from the exceptional standard they once set.
Bonuses and match deposits
Wish they offered more match deposits and bonus bets like they used to when they first came out. It’s a great site but just seems like FanDuel and MGM rival the bonuses.
Unethical
Typically this site has been good and half decent promos but they are very unethical, recently put out a promo to split $50,000 in the home run derby if a player hits the sign, which happened, the sites twitter page even posted about it, then they randomly cancel it due to an “error”. No proper explanation and a measly $10 credit. Very disgusting work.
Not the best app
This app is probably one of the worst sports betting apps out there.Just to link a card you have to make a deposit and withdrawals take forever .The smallest amount of funds you withdraw takes days just to hit your bank account ,it’s crazy !!!
Great deals
Nice interface
Bad
This site is horrible with the worst customer support I have ever seen
Pretty decent
Decent Interface, reliable odds, quick withdrawals. Could use some more boosts which is why it’s not 5 stars. Other apps like FanDuel and bet365 just have that advantage
Terrible promos
The app started off fine but honestly the promos are terrible. There isn’t many bonus matches for existing users or as frequent deposit and spin bonuses like the other sportsbooks
It’s alright
You guys can improve on a few things. Early Payouts in soccer matches for one. A lot of your competitors have that and that’s why people betting in that sport go to other apps. Second, you need an automatic login…. Your app randomly kicks us out and we have to re-type everything. Gets annoying after a while. Would definitely turn this into a 5 star if those get improved.
Love it here
Love the app, great promos
No injury protection makes this one of the crook books, user beware and use a Sportsbook like DK!!
Horrible unfortunately.
Review after using over 1 year
Lost a lot, never gave any free bets, like other apps do. Use this as last option
Awesome
Good offers and easy to use
Bad customer service
No help from the customer service department. Also I have a huge feeling the 22k likes review on this is app bogus.
Best betting app in Alberta
Interface is very smooth, payouts are quick and winning is easy, amazing.
Ggay as fock
Ask for bank statement for every withdrawal. Then delay withdrawal process because banks dont usually provide statements for same day deposits/withdrawals. Whoever works with them needs to get a life asap and possibly take their brain out their azz
Betting
Best apps for parlays!
Always logs me out during casino sessions.
This app wont let you play music on casino games and randomly logs you out when you place a winning bet on a casino game.
Experience so far
Download it for a day, I found it very smooth would recommend
Disorganized and not honest
I signed up and won a bet and withdrew part of my winnings and left part in my account to continue to use. The bet was regraded days after it closed and was withdrew, and the regraded amount was less than half - why wouldn’t your system automatically do this? And then the funds I left in my account disappeared and after contacting customer service numerous times, I was told it was escalated internally and I would be contacted - never was. I finally wasted more time contacting them again and they requested a bank statement?…how would this show what I left in your account from the amount I left from the money I won from you? This had nothing to do with my bank other than I withdrew funds to it. This betting platform is sub-par compared to its competitors and gave me nothing but a headache and wasted my time over a minimal amount of money. I would never recommend this site to anyone and strongly suggest you pass and sign up for others.
Fast deposit and withdrawal
Good app I highly recommend
Hidden Reward Details
They will add it details and restrictions about your option in rewards without telling you.
