Big raptors fan
Thanks for this app
Horrible app for managing tickets, extremely buggy
As a season ticket holder for the last 2 years, this is an awful application. I constantly have to log in and out because it gets buggy. It takes me 20 minutes just to post tickets for sale and cancel listings because the screen never freaking loads. Seriously, this is a pathetic application and you should fire all developers involved as the clearly do not know how to build a production grade application. It’s frustrating to the point where I may have to cancel my season tickets since managing them on this app is extremely time consuming and frustrating
Good app
Nice app but why’d you remove custom app covers
Can’t get Tailgate tickets
I try to get tailgate tickets for the raptors playoffs but the app crashes everytime. I wish the raptors would go back to how they did it before back in 2014 where it was first come first serve or get another app to get tickets. Smh
Two apps to access ur tickets lol?
Ridiculous to have to view tickets on another app where it was previously usable thru the ticketmaster app.
Much improved!
This is the first season the in seat orders actually arrive quickly. Past seasons if you ordered before tipoff you might get your order before last call. Also rest of app works as it should.
Not Functional
The app simply does not function properly. I can see that my ticketmaster account is connected in my profile but whenever I try to enter a contest, it takes me to a different page asking to connect my Ticketmaster account. I sign in to Ticketmaster successfully on that page, go back to enter the contest and it takes me back to that sign in page. Just a loop of sign ins making it impossible to enter giveaways making this essentially a useless marketing app. The app works for my partner so it seems it simply does not function for some people and does for others.
LEZ GO RAPTORS
Just cool. Nice games to play. Maybe add more articles to read and match reports to read.
Sad
Not a computer savvy but, I bought 2 tickets online, had to download an app, had to create an account, to see my ticket, had to download this app, create another account, and now… cannot even see my tickets… way to complicated.
Navigation
Simple and easy to navigate
Great App
Love this app and the raptors team❤️ go raptors!
Absolute Garbage Experience
I just wanted to buy a ticket to my girlfriend for fan days but you force me to install this dumpster fire of an app that makes me go through a million hoops just to login and then once I am logged in I need to create another account with another password to access the fan section. Well congrats, I gave up. Your app is absolute trash.
Good detail
I typically use safari to follow the Raptors, however after downloading the app everything is much more organized and more accessible. It’s also really nice to have the score as soon as you open the app.
Can’t connect to ticketmaster
I’ve had issues with the Raptors/MLSE app not properly linking to my whenever I try to enter draws, the app says my Ticketmaster account isn’t connected even though it is. I’ve tried reinstalling, logging in and out, and even contacting support with no success. The Fan Access and contest features are very buggy and need improvement. Hoping this gets fixed soon.
Suggestion
I have no complaints. This app has the scores, stats and other features that make it so good. I do have a suggestion for an add on. Have the ability to listen to and watch all games. Also, if there has to be a price, only have it for watching the games and make sure the fee is quite low and only a one time payment, so that users like myself would be interested. If my suggestions and the entire rest of the app was free many people would use and give high praise to this app.
David was amazing
We had such a great experience at the Scotiabank Arena. David was so helpful and we can’t wait to be back again!
Notification Spam
Way too many notifications and promos. More granular control required otherwise we just turn them all off and miss out on drops and contests. We don’t need 50/50 ticket notifications mixed in every. single. game.
Chat bot for concession food would be cool
I’ve got access to my tickets, and food delivery is easy through the app. Also, easy to find any concession too. I like keep tabs on Raptors scores! That said, a chat bot for concession food would be cool, or just amenities in general. See the Jays app for a good example.
Tickets
Went to view my game tickets day before event. Not found! Had to go inner web and open ticket master to find them. What a mess
Notifications
Suddenly stopped giving me notifications a few games ago. Worked great before then.
Nice
App runs smoothly :)
Tickets dont show up
I clearly see my tickets in my ticketmaster app, which ive linked to the Raptors app, but the Raptors app says i have no tickets…
Easy to use and useful
Good UI and easy to navigate. In saying that there is still a lot of options and it could be more concise. Has a bunch of extra uses like in set ordering for food and merchandise. Finally I feel like a core software update would be useful to add extra animated navigations and interactions
Flakey
When the app works it’s pretty good but it constantly kicks you out and makes you sign in. As a season ticket holder I’m transferring and selling tickets and the apps unreliability is annoying. The integration with Ticketmaster is not a plus.
App review
Good app, does what it needs to me in the venue!
Ticketmaster connection
Cannot connect the account with Ticketmaster so I cannot enroll any ticket draw.
Solid App
I just use the app to see what games are coming up and previous scores, but when I do look to find standings and other information it’s kinda confusing. I think there are too many non important parts of the app that make it hard to navigate. But if your just looking to find the upcoming games it’s very easy to use.
update
The old AP was much more more user friendly
Can’t get better a team
Best team! Go raps go! Always fun content :) OG3 for life
Invasive App
Pushes notifications even when they are turned off and no way to turn off the Dynamic Island widget.
Widget Please!!
Consistently solid app to follow the Raps. But we gotta get iOS 14 style widgets 🙏
Can’t use it anymore
Gametime was so fun and such an incentive to open the app. Miss it…But now..can’t open the app because my iPad is too old, so it’s frustrating…🥲
Raptors
Great app, gives me access to all things raptors!
Confusing and inaccurate information
Part of the app make no sense. The game flow is inaccurate with the scores switching teams incorrectly. Similarly the play by play is confusing to read. Why does the score flip flop left to right after each play? Keep the visiting team score on the left and the raptors on the right and keep it that way. Look at the nba app to see how it’s done
Time stamp error
Lost a star bc the time stamp on the Feed is wrong - 5 hours wrong. I really do t think Boucher was interviewed tomorrow at 4:17 am.
Changed phones, notifications not working
I upgraded from an iPhone SE to and XS; all my app settings remained the same and I’ve updated this app, however it will no longer send me any notifications. All I want it to do is tell me when the game is on!!
Easy to access
Great app and easy to use. Everyone should use it
Error accessing tickets on app
Constantly getting an error trying to access my raptors tickets and membership information on the app
Nice but...
Really nice application but there is a bug when I try to use my facebook account to connect. Moreever, it will be really great to add a "download part" with wallpapers and others things like this :)
Apple Watch app?
What happened to the Apple Watch version of the app?
Solid app! Use it for everything!
5 stars
Keeps getting error on account creation
It is not very usable with errors happening again and again
