What people like
- Scanning tickets at the gate is super easy
- Real-time schedule info is really helpful
- Great way to see amateur tournament results
What they complain about
- App crashes constantly on my phone
- Hard to find who is playing when
- Ticketmaster link makes viewing tickets a nightmare
- Schedule updates are often wrong or late
Great
One of the best apps I’ve ever interacted with.
Can’t open
I have 5 bars on 5g and it won’t open
App is trash
I love tennis and this tournament but this app sucked. It was messy and unorganized . And I found myself struggling to find the scores. The cincy tournament app was much easier to navigate. I look forward to seeing your improvements.
Service 327
So proud
I have that feeling of civic pride when I watch and attend the Canada tennis tournaments. To have such well run venues in Toronto and Montreal is just wonderful.
One of the most frustrating experiences with an app
Because of the connection with the Ticketmaster, the app is working horribly, and any action, such as transferring or even viewing your tickets, becomes an hours long adventure with no guarantee of the result. Next time - mb let’s just use one app? Why do I need 2 simply to view the tickets?
Terrible app
Compared to apps to follow other Masters 1000 tournaments, this app is clunky, impossible to find the draws, scores or updates.
Not refreshing the scores
In the first 3 days the app did not show the real time scores. Even the next day was showing scores from previous day.
Link to players
When the score are listed, there should be hypertext links to the players
Bravo!
Needs Investment
The app needs improvement. The schedule is not updated, Google actually shows more updates. The grounds themselves wish could be more permanent courts as the squeaky stands so distracting.
Meh.
It worked to order drinks in the stadium but I had to try about three times because it kept crashing, even with restarts.
Absolute trash app
Garbage
Needs work
This is a busy app that makes it hard to find the most important infomation, like who is playing when. It is also missing players in the draw. Maybe remove marketing blah blah and focus on the basics.
Improvements needed at Jarry
I suggest that the people in charge at Jarry go and visit the tennis site at Indian Wells. This site shows how it should be done in terms of washrooms, eating facilities and outdoor lounging areas. Hopefully the Jarry people will try to copy some of these amenities. If Tennis Canada can send all those officials , coaches etc. To Paris for the Olympics, perhaps they can invest on improving the site of their biggest money maker!
Needs serious improvement
it’s the Ads. The Colours. The messy sections. Set tournament default at beginning yet both tournaments still mingle. Much more complicated than it ought to be. Halfway through the tournament and I’m going to find the info elsewhere and faster. Good luck Victoria we are rooting for you!!!
Just not working
Unable to get anything done, keeps sending me to Toronto even if I specified Montreal many times.
Application
Merci
App keeps crashing?!
Poor compared to the Grand slam events’ app.
Complex
Really difficult to navigate and find information.
App stability
It always closes simultaneously by itself once a little while.
L’application plante tout seul!
L’application plante tout seul à tout moment!
Crashes
Keeps shutting down.
Drops immediately
Impossible to use because it crashes after 4 seconds constantly. Using iPhone 16.
