Great service.
Aside from the great quality clothing, I love how easy it is on the Hugo Boss site to buy and return any unwanted items free of charge via their courier service.
Worthless
When originally released the royalty program offered some good benefits, now even if you spend £5K per year to maintain level 4 you get no meaningful benefits
Bug dans les favoris quand le produit est indisponible
Bonjour, dans l’ensemble l’application est top cependant il y a un bug dans les Favoris, je m’explique: quand des articles ne sont plus disponibles ou en rupture, ni l’image ni le nom du produit n’est affichée dans favoris et on ne peut pas les supprimer non plus.
Not good enough
Won’t accept debit or credit card payment, only Apple Pay and PayPal. Cant see the order I’ve placed or my past orders, just get an error code. Not good enough.

Excellent purchase but have to be quick to get your size, great value for money for quality Boss Clothes. Efficiency online in my account.

An sich funktioniert die App wie sie soll. Sie hat jedoch zwei Bugs, die meiner Meinung nach schon längst hätten abgeschafft werden sollen. Erstens: egal ob man markiert dass man angemeldet bleiben soll oder nicht, man muss sich immer wieder anmelden. Zweitens und meiner Meinung viel störender: wenn man Artikel in der Wunschliste hat und es diese dann nicht mehr im Angebot gibt, lassen sich diese nicht mehr aus der Liste entfernen. Somit habe ich eine Nutzlose Liste, weil sie leere Felder enthält und diese sich nicht löschen lassen…

The Boss App is complete garbage, none of the discounts work and you do not receive any of the benefits stated, really poor from a company like Boss. Obviously German design quality does not extend to App’s!!!
Female snd male icons are wrong
Hey guys, not sure if you’re aware or not, but the icon shown at the left top of your app is wrong for women and men. You’re showing the “Venus mirror” for men and vice versa.
Sign in again please
It’s frustrating that even after a few days of not having the app open you have to sign in with email all over again. Sign in with faceID works after you’ve logged into the account which seems silly if you’re just going to sign people out.The whole point of an app on your personal phone is to have a secure app you can easily access, improve the sign in experience please
A Reasonable app with a couple of issues.
The app is easy to use and is clearly layed out. There are a couple of negatives, one being that when you select your item size it will automatically put the item into your basket which is frustrating and the other one being that if you put something on your wishlist and you logout and then login again and comeback to your wishlist it duplicates the items, meaning you have 2 of the same item on your wishlist. A glitch I’m sure, hopefully they’ll notice this and fix this issue.

It’s a hoax
A scam. All vouchers they provide are useless as they don’t apply to a checkout but a basket. Add or remove a product, or unknowingly have one item on sale in the basket and you’ve lost your voucher.

Rate the app, not the store
Noticed many people rating the store and brand but not the app. That doesn't help development or fixing bugs in the app. For me the app is rather disorganised and inconsistent. For example, I was looking for a gilet. Searched gilet. An odd assortment of gilet in beige suede and a few jackets, some t-shirts, but not the gilet range I was looking for. Had to take the long way and scroll for ages through the app until I found what I wanted.
Boss is the Best
Easy to use website and when the delivery was delayed I received a free voucher to use online. Great service
No functionality
Can’t click on any options, app doesn’t recognise my login details and ‘forgot password’ doesn’t send out an email. Search function also doesn’t work, get ‘demandware error 0’ I just want to be able to see my previous orders and browse items and the app won’t let me do either.

Fix the Bugs!
This app is buggy! Apple Pay doesn’t work. Attempting to use a Debit card for payment results in an error. The only payment option that works is PayPal. Also, if you try and update your wish list to remove a product that’s been discontinued it doesn’t work. So many bugs! Fix your app please.

I've stopped buying from boss. This app needs fixed. It can't even differentiate between shoes and trainers. If I want to shop for office shoes I do not want to see trainers and running shoes

Ich brauche eigentlich nichts in den Warenkorb legen und warten bis ein Artikel wieder in meiner Größe ( L ) verfügbar ist, wird sowieso wieder eine Fehlermeldung kommen und alles im Warenkorb ist weg, ist schon 10 mal passiert, auch wenn ich es in die Wunschliste lege wird eine Fehlermeldung kommen und alles aus der Wunschliste verschwinden, ich schlafe eine Nacht drüber und überlege mir ob ich einen Artikel wirklich haben möchte, bevor ich ihn dann kaufe und wieder zurückschicke weil er mir vielleicht doch nicht so gefällt oder nicht ganz passt, ich trage gerne Hugo Boss, eigentlich schade, ihr habt ein Haufen Geld, bekommt es aber nicht hin.

Very slow
The app is unbelievably slow. Whenever you save items in your favourites, it always somehow becomes unavailable but when you search for the item, it is available. Completely put me off buying anything!
Très bien, un axe de progrès
Fluide, sobre, rapide, moderne. Manque juste le filtre « disponible en magasin » vers chez soi. Cela permettrait de faire du vrai repérage avant de retrouver les articles dans son magasin habituel.
Cannot view anything
After the most recent update to the Hugo Boss app for iPad I have found that when I select a product from the list, I can only see the top 20% of the image of the product. It is therefore impossible to see what is offered for sale in its full form using the app. I am using an iPad Pro 11’.

Site keeps removing items from basket. Keeps asking you to add payment details again. Keeps asking you to log in again. Hasn’t applied my 10% first order discount. So frustrated I stopped shopping any more.

The advertising of sale items leaves an awful lot to be desired. Having an item in the sale but then when you select a colour to find out that is not in the sale is misleading at best and false advertising at worst. I would have purchased more items but got majorly browned off finding items that were in the sale but on selecting the colour to find out they are not. Boss pay heed as the people whom you are targeting do not take kindly to false advertising !!
