Great tech and process
Easy to order and to return using Next who simply scan bar codes for pick up or return. No dramas.
Terrible App
- Can’t properly filter by size, still retrieves irrelevant sizes or out of stock items - can’t click on the item in the basket to access its page; nor can I add an item to a wishlist from the basket. Meaning if I need to check something one more time before completing my purchase, I’d have to search for the item by its name and even then it doesn’t show up sometimes. - during the sale period, when I add a size to my basket, it shows as sold out sometimes even though the page of the items still shows available stock. Horrible experience !

Great quality but shipping costs
Great quality clothing with a premium feel. The fit runs slightly larger than expected, so keep that in mind when ordering. My only disappointment is having to pay for both shipping and returns.

Not a very good app
Can’t edit my address unless it matches PC listing - which is incorrect. Was promised discount for registering and not received it
Open product from basket view
It would be nice to be able to open a product from the basket screen otherwise good app.
New update has issues
Latest update in APRIL 2026 crashes when you open the app.

App seems alright but once stuff is in the basket you can’t click on the product to see the pics and details again, bit annoying when trying to review what you’ve added

Broken, useless support
The UI is broken for live chat via a smartphone. You cannot see what you are typing! AI responses are also useless - there is no human support.
Cant send link anymore
Why doesn’t this have the icon anymore intop right corner to send the link to someone on your phone and text them this seems llike a dumb thing to do especially from a marketing perspective and tell customers to update the app when not needed
Where’s my order
Placed order Then wanted to see what it is I ordered at a later date, can’t see my orders

Awful
No search function and cannot click on items in my Orders to see them in the app either. So trying to find things I have ordered to show my other half and will have to go back to the menu and find them through a process of elimination (Men’s > Shoes > formal etc). Except I won’t, I’ll just not bother.

Unavailable Stock appearing for purchase
It’s very frustrating when searching for items of clothing, then adding them to your basket and trying to check out to only find out at that point that it’s out of stock. There are always items listed for sale that are in fact out of stock also. I enjoy Reiss clothing but this puts me off shopping on the app.
Please consider
When a model is showing an item of clothing for example a cardigan and trousers are also being sold. They are not showing separately and together. So then you have to filter out a whole lots of different items before you find a secondary item that grabbed your attention. Everything should be together and flow.

Filter doesn’t work
The filter doesn’t work when searching products. Keeps bringing up products when the size selected is unavailable or out of stock. Also keeps resetting back to original search after using filter.

Cannot access my account
The password reset system by Reiss is not working. This is so frustrating - especially when trying to order items on the sale ! This needs problem needs to be addressed !
The clothes are fab, but sizes
Love Reid’s style and have bought tons over the years. Just would appreciate more online info on what works best for tall ladies. Inside leg measurements , whether model is wearing standard leg length,etc. sometimes very difficult getting the fit right
Waste of time
The worst app ever, app shows the availability of the items but if you want to buy, change to sold out, waste of time !!!!!
