Best deals for hotels
Best deals for hotels nearly every time. Sometimes direct to hotel beats it but often not. And far better than so many other comparison sites
Poor and can’t change currency
Only wants to show me prices in USD rather than local currency. Kept taking me to a hotel nearby rather than in the city I want to stay in! Deleted it as there are far better apps that don’t have these issues.
great prices easy to use
priceline is my go to ap for booking accommodations worldwide. great easy to use . only had a few hiccups. my only criticism is when there are those hiccups there is no human customer service to talk to or fix issues which tainted a perfect experience. go around in circles trying to fix still no resolution until now hence one star missing. but that’s 3 instances out of 100 so I guess still good.
Customer assistance
I found it hard to get a human over the other end of customer support. Computer voice assist was useless. Please have an option to contact human customer support directly.
Misleading
Quoting prices before tax. We’re not Americans. We include tax. Costs ended up the same as booking.com.
Impressed
I have been booking small stuff here and there with this app. I found a price for a flight that it was too good to be true ( instead of $900 paid $550 ) and so far it looks like it’s true hopefully all good and I will be booking more travels with it. We’ll done Priceline.
Worst on the market
Do not use these guys. They have scammers listed with them who charge your card and then disappear without providing the accommodation

Prices can suddenly not be available a lot more frequently than you’d think but otherwise fine
Pls don’t use to book Cars
Priceline is only good for hotels booking. pls don’t use it for booking car as their service is very disappointing, they show u good and cheap deals but they don’t provide collision damage policy which is very important in USA/Canada and Other countries and if you want to buy it then they force you to buy it at the vehicle pickup counter which is 3 times more expensive, so what ever deals they are offering to get the cheap rental gets covered in the extra premium policy. They are basically fooling the customer.

I have a couple of friends who get better deals on the app than I do . Wondering how I can get better pricing ? Like they do .

I had never heard of Priceline before and was surprised how easy it was to navigate and find the desired property. I was extremely pleased with the price I paid and will use again in the future

Does not offer the cheapest flights.
I was checking for flights from london to Amsterdam, and this app does not offer the cheapest flights available. The functionality is great, but the point is to get the best deals. There are many better apps out there.

Tried to delete my account and you can not tried different ways using the net. Nothing. Ending deleting the app. Not happy they keep your data . Stay away from this company!

First time I used this I got a great deal from the express service!! Does what it says - great hotels for great rates. Haven't tried the flights yet but will update my review then.
Sem controle das reservas
Fiz uma reserva porem o voo atrasou 12 horas e ao chegar no aeroporto não tinha ninguém para eu pegar o carro.. liguei no dia seguinte para pedir ajuda e me pediram para voltar ao aeroporto.. estou com uma criança de 6 anos e não vou ficar me deslocando de um lado ao outro da cidade. Pedi para entrarem em contato com a locadora e a reposta foi que era impossível.. ou seja suporte horrível ao cliente!

WORST COMPANY EVER, STOLE MY MONEY
Be very careful with this company, they are a scam with different ways setup to fleece people of their hard earned money. And if you ever have a problem they would keep you on hold for hours till they drop the call and never assist you. They STOLE $2800 of my money for a flight I needed another visa for and didn’t refund or provide a voucher even after the airline was ready to do so. Had to book another flight for $3200 to meet my appointment. RUN FROM THEM THEY’RE THIEVES. ZERO STAR SHOULD BE CREATED SPECIFICALLY FOR THEM
Good but could be better
Generally good and very user friendly for the searching part of the process but it is very frustrating that sometimes the app remembers your credit card info and sometimes not - remembers on name price section but not standard booking. Also wouldn't let me use a certain card but then let me use that same card through PayPal...?

What a find!
My friend in NYC recommended this app to me when I couldn't find anywhere to stay. I managed to get to stay at the Hilton in Times Square for just over $100! Amazing! Easy to use too and quick to book. Ace!

Creating problems and paying for the problems
Booked hotel in Maldives, Priceline possibly work with agoda, paid full money for the sea view room, but on arrival we offered a small corner room, hotel says they haven’t received money for sea view room so need to pay £300 on top for a sea view room, tried to contact Priceline, never got any email reply. So waste time, money and energy

Its a great concept. I saved over $400 on the cost of ticket on other web sites. But one small problem. It only caters for us addresses. But there are ways around it.
Fairly Happy with No problems
Booked to travel between Jamaica and Barbados on Caribbean Airlines. Every aspect of the booking, check-in and flight was trouble free. At check-in our seats came up as Standby but this was soon resolved. Apparently if you don’t check-in online your seats are allocated as standby. I did not try the Airline online check-in.

I found the same price iand even lower in different apps plus free cancellation

Absolutely disgusting service, booked car to get me to Sydney with the last of the money I had left and didn’t receive any confirmation email so I could collect the car, noting but an automated voice to talk to so no way of getting money back or asking how I can collect my car, they just took my money and didn’t give me a thing for it
