Just a Wonderful Hotel
Wonderful customer service at check-in ! Room is perfect ! Large and well stocked. No noise. Beds are very comfortable (coming from a person with chronic back pain).
No personal experience
No way to talk to a person just prompts that get you no where. No help at all.
Oramel Inn
This little hotel was very average. Right by the main road so noisy. Snacks were provided. Tub needs updating. Bathroom mirror too high for me. Clean.
Need improvements
It’s a very unstable app. Everything you ask or touch, it ask you to login again and again. Hard to get a simple .pdf from your itinerary, difficult to navigate. Hope they do it better next time!
Very Disappointing
This hotel says its name is country Inn and suites and so when I made a reservation, I was expecting to be staying in a suite. However, when we got there, we were told that they have no suites. So I find this very misleading. The pool and the spa were closed apparently due to a leak in the pool. I found the rooms to be very small; there was no sitting chair in the room other than a chair that could be used for working purposes. Our room had one very large window looking out at a brick wall. They did provide a hot meal at breakfast, which was adequate. The receptionist and staff were very friendly. On the fourth day I asked that our trash cans be emptied, which did not happen. We had plenty of towels, but there were no beach chairs or beach towels available to take to the beach. Relative to all the other hotels there in Traverse City, this was a fairly inexpensive option. However, I think it’s worth the money to stay at a higher end facility. I would rate this place as one step above a Super 8.

Hotel V Nesplein is one of the better boutique hotels in Amsterdam, located in the center of the city and convenient to all teams and trains. The vibe of the hotel and restaurant is chic, modern, bohemian. The rooms are clean and wonderful and comes with great amenities. I’ll definitely stay here again and refer to all my friends and business associates
Horrible Company
I can’t say bad enough things about Orbitz and every person that works there. I am out thousands of dollars and they are unhelpful. They are liars and I never write bad reviews, but this warrants it because I have never worked with a worse company and I will never fly using them again. I strongly encourage you not to ever book through them as they are liars and will steal your money and not help you.

Elevators
Elevators were a constant problem. Yet repairs and maintenance were completed in a timely manner. They have 3 and only two and sometimes one was all that was functioning. Pools were great. Plenty of space even on high volume days. Outside pool cafe was great. Hospitality was excellent. Breakfast buffet was great constant refills of food everyone had enough to eat. Very clean lobby. Parking is great 4 level parking garage. We’ve stayed 3 three years in a row.

Disappointed Client
Horrible Customer Service. I have been booking vacation trips through this App for years. Never needed to call customer service for any issue. However, when it mattered most they left me to fend for myself. When I booked a package and selected my travel dates, for some reason it booked the hotel to end on my vacation date selected; however the flight to return home was for another day (the next day). I was stuck in a foreign country with my wife and our two young daughters, with no hotel room and a flight for the following day. I called customer service and they were no help at all. BE SURE to check your return flights home, they may not be the same day as checkout. BE WARNED!!!

I use to buy airfares very often for international flights but every time i try from a few months ago it does not work , if there restrictions to or from Asia send a message or do something i can understand but not only let the system stops at the middle of a reservation
No AC only 1 window opens a little
In the winter, I’m sure it will be fine but in the summer since there is no AC and the window does not open the room is very, very hot. The only room I would suggest would be a balcony room where the door could open.

Billed incorrectly
I have used Orbitz for 10+ years and have not had an issue. I booked a trip through them recently and was sent the 2 iteneraries plus flights and billed under AA and Avis. Another charge appeared on my credit card for over $500 as an Orbitz purchase. I did not receive an email, receipt or any type of notification for this service and it still has not been resolved. The person I chatted with couldn’t find this transaction either. Check your bill and card after purchases
Colour coded dates
Wish there was a way where cheaper dates were highlighted or colour coded like green for cheapest, orange for medium price and red for highest price. That way people will use the app more often than other travel apps. Or if price for every date was stated in a form of a calendar per one way, and we get to pick two dates to match together depending on price & date, then that will be beneficial for two sides. Thanks

Room was ok. There was a smell coming out of either the AC or the carpet. The breakfast was ok. The scrambled eggs seemed like they were frozen and reheated.

Very practical when it works
It closes very often but when it does decide to work it's a very fast and practical way to organize your holidays. I love Orbitz best discounts than anybody else!
Not good enough. Prefer the website
This comment comes from an avid user of Orbitz.com My problem with the app is that it does NOT have the “Multi-Segment” option and other details you can find at the web site, so the app may be useful for getting a price on a simple flight but gets useless for buying an entire trip. Love Orbitz. Not the app.
Excellent Bridge US to England, Especially with Kids
Great hotel to book with kiddos. This is my take, as I am a young widow and travel globally with my kids on an average budget. List below of things parents will like: -check in is easy and had kid friendly area. -Room has large smart TV (If you have kids, you know how this can help after a long day with multiple kids. Don’t judge.) -Best fold out bed I’ve had ever. Kids didn’t mind sleeping on it. -Breakfast has many options and the staff is helpful. -Small snacks and candy in lobby area was good for kids. -Lunch in the hotel is surprisingly good. Service staff were patient with my kids. Room in the fridge for leftovers. -They have various outlet types in the rooms. Less need for multiple converters. -Giraffe and Pret are literally across the street. Good family options, if you need them. -Steps from Victoria Station. You can get anywhere you need to be quickly. -Manager checked in while we were at restaurants each day. Great sign of management style. If you have kiddos, book this place for a less stressful transition from the US to the UK. It can be overwhelming for first time visitors. This hotel is the bridge.

Love The App, But Passbook Passes Never Work
It’s frustrating that the Passbook Apple wallet passes never work. Passes didn’t work in the last version, and it doesn’t work in this update. When you press, “Add to Apple wallet” nothing happens. I like to collect passes as a kind of virtual momento of my travels, so it’s an important feature to me. It also makes it easier to view details quickly and easily. For example, after jumping in a cab at the airport and trying to give directions.

I have been using Orbitz for years without any problems. Whatever the recent update they did got rid of my Orbucks reward points and I cannot use it anymore. What a waste of time and money.
