It’s my go to app for all my last minute travel stays for like 5 or 6 years. Never disappoints

The app has been my travel sidekick for many years and like an old friend you can count on, it always comes through with a good bed to rest on and hopefully a free coffee maker in the room!

A lot of these hotels info are outdated and misleading. I have had several back to back issues with this app

Bait and switch platform
The platform offers non-cancellable rooms for 2 people but when showing up at the property the rooms are of different class (ex: full size bed instead of queen or king). There is no recourse or support being offered. Do not recommend this shady company
Hotels tonight is great…
Hotels tonight is great… but the booking is based on rooms and gets tricky when you want another person.
notifications feature doesn’t work
on iphone 13 pro max with latest app version pressing the bell does nothing.

Missing important features
One of HotelTonight’s main limitations is its lack of specific filters. The app does not allow users to search for hotels based on important features such as a pool, balcony, complimentary breakfast, pet-friendly policies, free or paid parking, or an on-site restaurant. This makes the search process more difficult because many customers need accommodations that meet specific preferences or needs. An even more significant issue is that I could not find an option to select the number of guests. For example, if the reservation is for four people, the app appears to automatically assume an occupancy of two. As a result, it may display rooms that cannot accommodate the entire group or prices that do not reflect the actual number of guests. In a hotel-booking app, selecting the number of guests should not be optional; it should be a basic feature.

Have used this on off for a number of years. Still a delight to use. Wish it had ability to show map full screen and slightly better deals
Last minute only
I had a great experience with this app when booking last minute hotels. Then I used it to book something slightly in advance and it did not go well. Based on my previous positive experience I booked a stay and quickly learned there was better pricing available with other companies and the hotel directly but with HT everything is non refundable and the customer service was not willing to rectify the situation. The app is fine but for LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS ONLY.

Essentially the same as Hotels.com now
Prices near enough exactly the same as hotels.com. Hotelstonight used to have far superior prices and deals. Also it would be good if there was more filter options. Add breakfast in-app would be a good option for hotels that offer it, on other sites. HotelsTonight, Evolution not revolution!

App really needs to display “all in” price
Yet another app that displays a price and then … when it’s time to book hikes it up another 30% percent wjth fees and taxes. Please display, while browsing before booking, the price I’m potentially paying.

Great easy to use app and great customer service from their rep Ranz I believe was the name.
No fees equals $156!
If I could put a negative rating I would! I clicked the button to book a room for $224. It said there was an error try again. I tried again and it charged me $356!! They claim it’s not a fee it’s a tax! And that it’s charged by the hotel. It’s not their fault. Of course there was no cancellation because it’s hotel tonight. I would not recommend this site to my worst enemy!

Please include the public transport S- and U-Bahn Stations (as a minimum) in your map Further it would be helpful if you include name the closest S- and U Bahn Stations in the description of the hotel and not just „near tube station“ Apart from the above it‘s s great app

Outstanding customer service. It takes a few minutes to handle bumps regarding a reservation, but be patient, this third party hotel company will handle the problem. Competitive prices. Very pleased.
Do not use them
Each time I book I go to the hotel and they do not have the booking. It’s happened several times. Look at their reviews on TrustPilot.
It's all at your fingers
Handy tool. We have mainly used it as a research tool but also recently used it to book a hotel. Best rates are normally late the day before or on the day of your hotel stay. So,basically, it does what it says on the tin. User friendly customer interface. It has become one of our go-to apps when travelling.

Total Nightmare Of Epic Proportions
Do you want the extra headache of an app to be unsure if you actually have a room reserved at a hotel? If so, this app is for you! Arrived at hotel to a “sorry, we’re sold out. We have no rooms. Try another.” Called the support line and they offered a refund with a “whoops, sorry, sometimes there is a discrepancy in the inventory.” Wow, I will never use this again.

Pretty nice looking pictures. Navigation in the app is clunky forcing you to sign up. Selected deals are ok. Map is great. Good for mid to premium travellers looking to discover new hotels.

Confirmed reservation, but no room available
HotelTonight allowed us to book an overbooked hotel. We drove all way there with our kids only to be turned away and had to return home. It was a frustrating experience. We won’t be using hotelTonight again.

Bonjour Nous étions contents de notre séjour jusqu’à la facture Car le petit déjeuner était inscrit à 08€50 et quand il a fallu payer, on a voulu nous facturer 12€50!!!! Je suis très déçu de cette tentative d’arnaque surtout que le petit déjeuner manquait de fruits ( que des pommes pas très fraîches), le deuxième jour il n’y avait pas de yaourt nature

I booked a room in Manchester, New Hampshire before leaving Boston so I would have a place to stay that same night. I arrived to the hotel that I booked a room at and he told me they were overbooked, and did not have a room for me. Now it’s 1:30 in the morning and I can’t book online any place because they already think it’s tomorrow, And I’m exhausted and this is a hassle. Super lame.

Life Saver
Easy to use and genuinely helpful for last-minute stays. The app made it simple to find a good hotel at a great price without spending forever comparing options. I liked being able to see the hotel details, amenities, location, and final price clearly before booking. The reservation process was quick, and check-in went smoothly. Careful when booking as they have sudden price drops
Great if you’re booking last minute or within a few days. Don’t book in advance - just had a hotel go from £159 to £93 in a day. Won’t realign payments and non refundable
Beautiful.. But!
The grounds the hotel is situated on is beautiful . Amazing views and peaceful. However when we arrived our room was dirty and we needed to call and have housekeeping attend to the room. Other than that it was very enjoyable.
