Sou usuário do aplicativo a vários anos era melhor usava como rede com meus colaboradores hoje ja nao mais é possivel!
Leider eher immer schlechter
Auch wenn die Release Notes regelmäßig versprechen, man würde immer nach Möglichkeiten suchen, die App weiter zu verbessern, so ist gefühlt eher das Gegenteil der Fall. Aufgrund von zwei „Verbesserungen“ der letzten Zeit ist es inzwischen kaum mehr möglich, auf dem iPad Ordner mit Fotos vernünftig zu durchsuchen. Zum einen lässt sich die Preview Pane nicht mehr ausblenden, so dass ein großer Teil der Bildschirmfläche fürs reine Browsen verloren ist. Zum anderen werden Fotos in den Thumbnails mittlerweile nicht mehr vollständig angezeigt sondern gnadenlos aufs Querformat zurechtgeschnitten. In Ordnern mit Hochformatfotos ist es damit so gut wie unmöglich, die gesuchten Inhalte aufzufinden. Zuvor konnte man wählen, ob man die Thumbnails vollständig oder abgeschnitten haben wollte, womit jeder glücklich werden konnte. Ich kann nicht verstehen, warum man solche simplen, aber essentiellen Features ohne Not entfernt und damit einem Teil der Kundschaft das Leben unnötig schwer macht. Jetzt ist die einzige verbleibende Möglichkeit, die Dropbox stattdessen über die native Dateien-App zu nutzen – aber dann kann ich eigentlich auch gleich auf andere, erheblich günstigere Anbieter wechseln…

I’m trying to open an album shared with me but you’re trying to force me to pay for a subscription rather than let me view someone else’s album. I hate dropbox so much

It’s a superb for storing digital files but it’s has very less limit for free user but once you have a subscriptions many amazing features get unlocked

Can you do a few upgrades to the video player
The video player on the app isn't great. Everytime I swipe to a new video I have to press play then tap again to remove the UI. Maybe a setting to disable that?

File viewer broke in last update
When viewing pdf files inside the app full width, closing and reopening the app randomly moves the file being viewed into the narrow left hand window. When this happens nothing is shown in the right hand window. Need to close the file and reopen to put it back in the big right hand window.
Unstable since update
The app has become unstable since the early June 26 update on my iPhone 16 Pro (current iOS)

Die Desktop-App für macOS entscheidet ständig selbst, dass meine lokal gespeicherten Dateien wieder auf „Nur online“ umgestellt werden – obwohl ich sie ausdrücklich als „Lokal“ markiert habe. Dadurch sind meine eigenen Dateien am Computer ohne Internet plötzlich nicht mehr verfügbar. Das ist keine sinnvolle Funktion, sondern ein massiver Eingriff in die Kontrolle über die eigenen Daten. Wenn ich eine Datei lokal auf meinem Mac speichern möchte, sollte Dropbox diese Entscheidung respektieren und sie nicht eigenmächtig rückgängig machen.

Permanent Split Screen Makes It Unusable
The app now shows a permanent split screen, even when no file is selected, resulting in the majority of the screen being empty, dead space. This is supposed to be a ‘feature’!? It frustrates me no end when developers break things that are perfectly fine as they are. In the past it would show the filesystem in full view when you weren’t previewing a specific file. Now with the permanent tiny sidebar all the filenames wrap around, making them difficult to read and making it difficult to navigate.

It’s pretty good, and handy for my daughters dance videos, recommend for dance mums and people who really like to be organised.

Mehrere Dropbox-Fenster gleichzeitig nicht mehr möglich
Hallo, ich nutze Dropbox seit Jahren auf meinem Mac und bin grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden. Allerdings ist mir seit Kurzem aufgefallen, dass es nicht mehr möglich ist, die Dropbox-App in mehreren Fenstern gleichzeitig zu öffnen. Für meinen Arbeitsalltag ist das ein erhebliches Problem: Ich arbeite regelmäßig mit mehreren Bildschirmen und benötige dabei verschiedene Dokumente parallel geöffnet. Diese Funktion hat früher problemlos funktioniert. Ich würde mir sehr wünschen, dass diese Möglichkeit in einem der nächsten Updates wieder hergestellt wird.

Latest update adds huge split screen
Honestly loved Dropbox for over a decade. This update on my iPad makes my workflow slower. Would prefer to rollback. Add an option to turn off the split screen. And yes I did check your help page but that only affects the web page of Dropbox not the mobile app. Review gets seen. Feedback ignored

Vorsicht
Anfangs funktioniert alles tadellos, man bekommt bis zu 7 GB freien Speicher, später wird der Speicher verkleinert und man kommt nicht mehr an seine Daten heran ohne ein teures Abo abzuschließen

Unable to close account
I have been trying to close my account for over a year for an email address that i dont have access to and a password i dont know. I have emailed support previously but now unable to contact support via the app as the “contact support” requires me to log in again even though im logged into the app. No phone number to call and no email to email them on. Disappointed.
Always clunky
So many people use this app for work and data share and I swear everytime I have to use. It always crashes and doesn’t do what you think it will.
Bug
There’s a new bug over the last few month.. viewing a folder of photos, when you flip forwards (swipe to the left) it functions as normal, however if you flip backwards (swipe to the right) there is an intermittent issue where the screen will grey out slightly and when you continue to flip it just takes you back out of the image into the list of files. Very annoying since all I use Dropbox for is storing and accessing images, if you are looking through a lot of images it’s hard to find your place again. Please fix this bug.

As above. "Your Dropbox is over its storage limit". Access the account. Mada. Nothing. Zero. Zilch. Do you know why? Because I never used it more than twice and found it cumbersome and unsatisfying. I use other Apps now and the world has definitely moved on so this App is of no use to me. So this review is a response to the ... hourly daily (?) messages. Avoid
