TERRIBLE new update
I've used this app for YEARS and it's always been great, but since the most recent update the ads have become buggy and some of them are unskippable, the "continue to app" button doesn't even work most of the time and you have to completely refresh the app, I have no doubt that this was done specifically so people buy the paid version. No thanks. Will just check the times via Google or the official transport for NSW website, free and reliable.

Amazing app, perfect timings. Transport NSW? A completely sht. Every week there’s something wrong, specially weekends, weekends r a NIGHTMARE
Useful-ish
The app has promise, with slick ui and a decent user experience. But, the fact that you can’t save trips and still get served ads makes it worse than my city’s native app. Maybe if there some functionality that wasn’t the entire core function being locked out unless you paid it might have some use. As it stands it style with no substance.

inefficient route suggestion
TripView has been directing me to unnecessary transfers between stations for several times in Sydney, particularly from Clyde to Central. I’ve been guided to transfer at Strathfield, where I could have taken the same train down to Central otherwise. Hopefully the route planning could be improved in a more efficient way!

The app is like a good concept and the aim in good but the execution isn’t the best. When you have a regular bus route it doesn’t save and it only stay for like 5 minutes so that’s annoying when you want to know when your bus is coming regularly. But the only other con is the adds as soon as you open the app but overall has been pretty useful.

I searched up my bus this morning and it said it was 15 minutes early which was completely off its actual 3 minute latency. Fix your app

Ghost buses are those buses that appear as arriving on the app at your stop, then display that bus is here now, yet never arrive. You just hope the next bus actually arrives. Katie

Very good way to not waist your time waiting for a ghost public transport. Also, bus 440 is absolute hopeless, it always coming too early for 21:05pm at opposite Orange Grove Plaza towards to Rozelle. Better take off 21:05 timetable.

There are too many ads and I can’t get the normal paid trip view for my kid, as it is too expensive for a normal bus route viewing app.
It’s good but
It saved me from being late to work today because of the train cancellation but it doesn’t save your trips so if you go off of it you’ll have to type it out again

Regional northern train from Wauchope to sydney 32
Train was suppose to arrive in central at 8.10. Then told 9.30pm. Now revised by passenger on board expect time of arrival is 10.25pm. Unable to get this information on their sites
Nice App
Nice app. It helped me to get to school on time, and I always consider that a win. A feature that could be better is the timing of when the bus / train arrives, because the app says that it arrived while it’s still picking up passengers from the previous stop. Devs this app is awesome!!!!

I used to enjoy using this app because it was fast and reliable. However, the recent advertisements have become very frustrating. Many commuters use this app in a hurry to check train times, platform changes, or service availability. When an advertisement suddenly appears, it interrupts the experience and wastes valuable time, especially when trying to catch a train. I understand that ads help support the app, but please consider making them less intrusive. For example, avoid showing full-screen ads when users are quickly checking train schedules, or offer an affordable ad-free version. The app is excellent, but the current advertising experience makes it much less convenient to use.

This app does the job I guess, but there are some things that I think should be fixed please. After the update, if I'm not connected to the internet it freezes when I choose my destination for bus trips now. Also, every time I leave the app (I'm not talking about closing it completely), my trips disappear. I know in the full version you can save trips, but I don't think the trips should disappear just for clicking the home button and leaving the app for a few seconds. Also, there are a lot of huge inaccuracies in train trip times. For example, last night I looked up my train trip for today. Today when I went, the train came three minutes earlier than it said on this app. For these reasons I'm hesitant to buy the full version...

Useful app . . Needs option to save trips
Hi, I find this app useful that allows me to track bus location real time and also learn about different routes. An option to save trip details would really help as the trip details disappear when the app is closed. This means the trip details will have to be added each time you want to check the status. Thanks
