Why
No graphs. No analysis. Just cold tedious data. Why?? Confusing because its the same icon as the watch which has graphs I WISH I COULD SEE LARGE AND IN LARGE DEPTH ON MY PHONE. are they NOT related??? Why wouldnt the the charts be here? Just dumb and misleading

Cannot understand
I accidentally deleted the sleep app on my Apple Watch. I tried to replace it with this app, but I can’t seem to figure out how to set it up correctly or get the information I want from it. It has the same icon as my previous app, but it’s not user friendly.

Not helpful data and difficult to analyze. Fitbit was better when it came to sleep honestly.
My new favorite
I like that it in addition to the times to wake up, shows the number of hours you’ll get, and highlights the two best ones for a full night’s sleep. And I love that it doesn’t collect any data or otherwise compromise user privacy—and that it’s FREE.

What kind of sleep at what time? Unknown by this app
Perfect
I like how I can easily see what time I should go to bed or what time I should wake up based on my cycles. I have noticed that I’m not as drowsy in the morning (if I follow it and go to bed). It would be cool to eventually be able to see more data from Apple in the app like if my cycles align with the typical 90 minutes but for now I’m not complaining. Thanks for this app!

No Graphs
This may be user error, but the info isn’t set to a graph. I’m a visual person and enjoy a good graph. Also, it’s just data. No other helpful information as to how my sleep is affecting me…as in general research about my specific sleep patterns. It did say that “a (generalized) sleep cycle is typically about 90min” and that more cycles are good. I didnt see it show me how many “sleep cycles” I achieved. Again, may be user error? Not a very helpful app.
Flexible
I like the ability to change the wake up and going to bed times. And how it shows how long to sleep! It helps to know if I will be getting enough sleep cycles in that night!

Where I found this app helpful is, I noticed I naturally wake up near 7:40 am most days. If that’s normal for me, then I might consider being in bed by a certain time. It is something to try for be better sleep health. The app offers two choices.
Doesn’t actually do anything
All this app does is tell you how many hours of sleep you’ll get at 6 possible times based on what time you tell it you want to go to bed, or the exact reverse, what time you need to go to bed if you want to wake up at a particular time and want to get X hours of sleep. IOW, all it does is 1st grade arithmetic, which you can obviously easily count yourself, whether forwards or backwards, by just adding or subtracting X hours from your desired bedtime or wake up time. It actually skips two hour twice in each section, so if you want a time in between those pairs, you’ll have to manually calculate it anyways. In fairness, that’s really all it says it will do, and the changes are instant, as you turn the dial. The problem is the app came up when I searched on “sleep tracker” - and it just doesn’t actually track anything at all, so it seems that the developer has miscategorized it. But s/he *did* say it’s a sleep tracker, so the fact that it definitely isn’t what I’m basing my stars on. *And* the thing about the skipped hours.

Sehr simpel aber effektiv
Die App gefällt mir ziemlich gut. Sie ist sehr einfach aufgebaut und genau so einfach zu bedienen. Wünschen würde ich mir noch mehr Optionen, um zum Beispiel Wochentagen von Wochenenden getrennt zu berechnen und nicht immer umzustellen. Ist aber nur eine Kleinigkeit. Noch mehr wäre ein Wecker wünschenswert, der eingestellt wird, wenn man seine Schlafenszeit berechnet hat und das mit häufigem Gebrauch die Einschlafzeit berechnet wird, anstatt die selber einzutragen. Die Kirsche auf der Torte wäre ein Kalender, der die Schlaf- und Aufwachzeiten protokolliert, für Auswertungen: Schlafzeit -> Einschlafzeit -> Aufwachzeit So könnte man die Regelmässigkeit verfolgen und die Gewohnheiten. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung, gleichzeitig aber auch ausbaufähig mit viel Potenzial.
