Very easy to set up and clear view
APP stopped updating statistics page???
Today the security camera APP suddenly stopped updating number of alarms and number of detected? Security cameras have no problem recording and playback videos. APP just not updating the statistics page on Wake Up of Time/Preview Time/Number of Alarms/Number of Detected.
Video Doorbell
Great piece of kit. Easy fix to the door or wall. App is very good and easy to negotiate. Although it took several attempts to pair with the internet. Love it so far.
Doesn’t load
Occasionally it will allow you to see the video stream but loading the screen takes an AGE. Really wish I hadn’t bought this camera as the app is useless. Can’t even use the SD card it recommends to buy with it as it says it’s not compatible even when you format it to the device requirements.
Home frontdoor camera
So far it’s doing what I need I’m more at peace of mind I wish it would at lease save without SD card to play back recording other then that I would’ve gave it a 5 star

app not working
my camera worked for about a month before it stopped working. i can still view live footage but i can’t view recorded clips at all. it just never loads the videos ever.
DUAL DOORBELL CAM
We just got the Boifun Dual doorbell cam that allows you to not only see away from your front door, but also down by your front door to see if there’s any packages left there. It will be installed tomorrow so I will update this review when possible. This is the second Boifun doorbell camera that we own. It takes place of our ring camera that just got too expensive and started to fail. The single Boifun doorbell cam we have been using has been pretty good.. It’s nice, not having to pay for the cloud or any kind of service, however, there are an app purchases that haunt to buy services. It’s sort of annoying and I wish I could shut them off. You would think that this company would know why people are buying their doorbell cams, which is that you do not have to buy a service of any kind use it. Then why would they just keep trying to sell you service services? Anyway, these cams are well worth it and I will review the Dual door doorbell, cam as soon as we have some understanding of it.
Constantly logs us out and doesn’t give the option to log back in
When me or my partner log into the app it logs the other one out and then it does the same to me and we have to delete the app and both log out for it to work (which only works sometimes). Also after having it for a year the monitor battery life is awful

The app is good but can be better and need to be improved for easier navigation and to become more user friendly, small enhancements can make a huge difference

Keeps kicking me off
I click the app to view the motion alert and within 20 seconds it says session expired and kicks me out to re-log in. It does this anytime I try to do anything within the app. Can’t even view who is at my door.

Just set up extremely easy. Great coverage with “fish eye” cam effect. Good night vision although I have complimented with a spotlight. Just need to sort sensitivity settings then should be 5*
App stopped working overnight
I like to use the app with the monitor itself. It desynched overnight and I’ve done all the troubleshooting. I deleted and redownloaded the app, and now I’m only prompted with two screens that I can swipe through, with no option to pair the camera to the app. I’ll spend the rest of the day troubleshooting, but it’s annoying if I can’t use the app anymore.

Full photo album access needed
Now the app is requiring full access to your entire photo albums in order to download a video from the memory cards I’ve installed in the cameras. Very strange

Disappointed
Rated 3 stars because the app works way better than the sluggish unit that comes with the cameras. Also 3 stars because the developers of this app decided it wasn’t important for 2 people to be able to view the camera from their phone at the same time. Not to mention you can’t keep the live cam in the corner of your phone while you do other things. What was going through your guys heads when you made this app? These are obvious things that should be implemented and it doesn’t take a parent using it to know that.

Notifications stopped working
The notifications have stopped working on both my phone and my partners. I have been using the camera for four weeks now and it has just started, before this it has been great. I have tried all troubleshooting suggested, including deleting the app, restarting the camera and monitor, the router and my phone, nothing has working. I am now a very anxious mum and won’t sleep until I find a solution.

Not ideal for apartments
The quality of the camera was great but the camera itself was not enough view. I wasn’t able to see nothing but the neighbor door in front of me only the top half at that. It’s not a wide range view very close up. I need more in my line of vision
Disappointed
Was really pleased with this Camera until recently. Battery is pretty good, picture is great but certainly some issues lately.. Keeps logging us out of the app on a daily basis and now keeps disconnecting the doorbell altogether every couple of days so not at all reliable anymore and only had it 18 months
Easier set up
It’s a great camera but the set up was very difficult and the instructions didn’t help they should have been more thorough but great camera quality overall
Lost notification
There is no notification anymore since iOS 26. This is the main feature that we are using for monitoring our baby!

Good app but the only irritating thing is the constant notifications of the motion detection for the smallest things.
Will no longer connect to app
I have tried everything the instructions say to do for this baby monitor but it will NOT connect to my app. It disconnected one of my monitors back in October when the update happened so I deleted and tried to reinstall that monitor on my app but it WILL NOT no matter how many times I do it by the book. So frustrated. I love this monitor but I’m seriously debating on trashing it and buying a new duo combo.

Why did you get rid of motion detection??????????
This app was amazing and worked great with my camera prior to the most recent update. After the update there is no option to do motion detection and why did you guys remove the option in settings for how sensitive I want the sound detection???? I have been using this camera for over a year with no complaints but after this recent update I have a few. I no longer get ANY notifications on my phone for movement OR sound. Kinda pointless to even have the app. Will be looking for a new camera to purchase as this is annoying.

The app has worked great for a really long time, but recently all the notifications stopped working! We didn’t change any settings so not sure what changed. Super difficult for us to know what is happening now. Hopefully it gets fixed soon!
Not as good as VTech, but it’ll Do for the Price!
There’s a severe lag in what’s happening and what appears in the app. It’s very off. Also, the app won’t let you use the down button to position the camera for some reason. You just have to do it manually or sometimes through the standalone monitor. It works all of the other different directions, but with work with down, so I’m not sure what’s happening here. I like that it automatically records clips of events that you designate up to a certain time AND the feature where you’re able to talk through the monitor to your baby, but the rest leaves a lot to be desired.

This is a Baby camera so on the app you obviously expect a dark mode. The current setting is too bright and not ideal to use x20 times a night. Other systems are cheaper and have that option.

Muting Alerts
I’d give this 5 stars but the last update removed the ease of muting the motion/noise alerts for the cameras while I’m home. I normally mute the alerts when I’m home and toggle on alerts when I’m going to work. The option to mute used to be on the video display of where your cameras were located on the main screen on the top right corner where the 3 vertical dots were but that option has been removed. I still haven’t figured out where the new location is in the app to mute but if the manufacturers could just put the option to mute back on the main screen, that would be lovely

Stopped working- few months old
Inconsistent, Works perfect for approx 5months and then stopped connecting to the monitor. Camera has great signal strength but the monitor won’t connect. Have to go through amazon for refund as they won’t refund you. Now the app on my mobile won’t work with the camera. Terrible!

App super annoying, disconnects all the time from the camera, says offline when it isn’t - given up with it. The monitor is okay but doesn’t hold a charge so if i want to use it, it has to be permanently plugged in! Was a Xmas present in Dec 2024, only started using it now. Will review others & buy something else.
