Great App and Diary Feature
Got this app for the perfect prep and sleep trainer. The parent diary is also a really great addition!
Developer needs to understand parents
Our child is so used to having the clock on now that when we go away and it won’t connect to the network it’s a nightmare. Surely in 2026 there is a more intelligent way for the clock to connect to the phone!? Echo other parents’ feedback that no automatic bedtime is bizarre and irritating. If this clock had been designed by parents it would be incredible. Sadly it’s just sloppy.
Like the purpose of the app
Great idea to use the app to control your in-bra wearable pump. Comment to the developer - the timer button does not work. It wasn’t working on the previous version of the app, nor is working on the updated version. The slider button is not working.
Worst app. Worst pump.
This app is sooo confusing at first to understand. The app doesn’t even work 100% of the time when pumping. And not to mention you can’t get all your milk out of the container!! I had to use a syringe to suck the rest up. My pump just went out this morning so I’m on the hunt for a new one 🙄I don’t recommend this at all so don’t get it.
Good app, needs improvement
We have a perfect prep pro, and it sends us notifications when things need to be cleaned or refilled so it doesn’t come as a surprise to us when we go to use it. It also gives us step by step guides on how to clean different parts. For this, the app is great What we mainly use the app for however is the diary, and this needs serious improvement. First off, me and my wife have to share an account to ensure we both can view the diary. Each member of the home on the app should be able to view the diary. The information on feeding and nappies is only saved for 30 days and then deleted (this may also be be the case for the other information pieces, but we haven’t got to that point yet) Which makes it impossible to keep a track of long term trends like the amount of milk in feeds. If it’s a server storage issue, then there should be an option for the information to be stored locally on the device. There is a section on the “detailed information” tab, that shows the trends for the last day, week and month. However, when trying to have a look at the month tab, instead of the expected information from the last 30 days, you see only the information from the current month. So when you start a new month, you only get to see the information from the 1st and not from the last 30 days as you’d expect, which is very frustrating. If these issues were sorted, I would recommend this app as a “one size fits all” but for now, this app is great for notifying on Tommee tippee appliances, but I’d recommend using a different app for tracking feeds and such.

Prep Machine
App doesn’t show anything when Prep Machine device is selected. Opened and closed app so many time but still can’t see anything. Please fix bug as would help to track feeds and tell me the time gaps
Good with quirks by why oh why
Better than the previous gro clock which was so fiddly to set up, UI is a mess really but you can get around it. But why oh why can you not set a regular sleep time as well as a wake time? Some of the quirks make you wonder if the designers were even parents ?
Temperamental
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it will connect to the breast pumps via bluetooth, sometimes it won’t. Sometimes it times the pumps, sometimes it doesn’t. Never gets the amount pumped correct, barely gives you chance the manually change it. Lots of work to be done on the app before it’s less stress than it’s worth.
Could / should do more
I expected the app to offer more than it does. Right now, it just mirrors what the machine already handles, like filter and cleaning notifications. I was hoping for practical features, such as changing the oz amount, starting a feed remotely, or logging the last feed time. Basic, useful stuff. As it stands, the only real control is the water temperature, and after testing it with a thermometer, the difference is barely noticeable. Overall, the app feels underpowered and could do much more. Maybe a future update will improve it, but I’m not holding my breath.

When using the tommee tippee products and app they have served me well as being a first time mom things are stressful but with this app it has allowed me to keep track on my child’s fluid intake, weight and even document down doctors appointments even watching via camera l feel like this has put me at ease many times and allowed me to be in full control. Thanks again x
Do not buy the dream sense monitor
The dream sense monitor is Absolutely worth nothing, so faulty, unreliable and not cheap. Will have to buy another brand
Great sleep trainer
Bought to replace a groclock as it was suggested the blue light would disrupt sleep because you have the ability to set the colour you want for sleep mode and wake mode. I chose red for sleep as it’s the least disruptive for sleep and green for awake. It has white noise which I like and you can change the clock from your phone for awake time and turning the white noise on which I love. And it has a lock so he can’t change it on the base himself. Some additions I would have liked, the ability to switch to night time mode from my phone I hate doing it in front of my child on the base because he figures these things out. The ability to set a timer for the white noise so when my husband gets up at 5am the white noise would drown out his crashing about and I wouldn’t have to wake up at 4.30 to switch it on. And a temp gauge would have been handy

Please add auto sleep time
My daughter has a bedtime of a certain time and I regularly forget to go and manually change the light colour to bedtime and then she thinks when she wakes early that it’s morning time. Surely a basic app enhancement that’s a choice for parents.
Love this app!
I love the features I has for tracking feeds, wet nappies etc especially in the early stages when I had anxiety about everything. It allowed me to show my doctor when there were issues so I could track them with new mum brain. Find it really great and useful with the prep machine and also food so I know my child’s having the right foods at the right time
Niggles get worse
Love the premise of the function, but it is rather limited and currently faulty. I have the connected Sleep Trainer. It is far better than the original gro clock with its Wi-Fi connection however, No ‘auto set’ the would be much improved if you set a schedule and the colour of the went into sleep mode automatically White noise is very good to have. However it only runs for 2 hours. This means another white noise machine has to run as the kids will wake as the white noise clicks off
Enforced ads ruined my experience
I was happy with app and the sleep training, worked like a charm until they introduced ads to the app that you cannot skip for 5 seconds. Huge disappointment.

Cannot find delete functionality
Cannot find the delete functionality for my partners wireless breast pump, it currently has incorrect readings that I cannot remove from the app.
Disappointing
I’m not a fan. I looked up how to work the app on you tube and the app isn’t working properly and I can’t do much of anything like the person can do on you tube. I was really hoping this was going to be a great product. At least I can pump, but was really hoping for more quality. I’ve been using momcozy for the last 8 months. So far momcozy was the better option.
Pas de programmation du coucher
L’appli est bien faite. Il manque la programmation d’une heure de coucher pour ne pas avoir à le passer en mode sommeil tous les soirs.

This app works great along any of the prep machines, makes it so much easier to keep the machine clean etc. couldn’t live without mine now 😊
Appalling
I have to reconnect my clock to my house wifi everyday. It is so frustrating that whenever we put our little one to bed it has dropped and says that is to not connected to the app or house wifi. Definitely would not recommend
No Opt For Lights Off as advertised
Nope. On the 0 light setting there is still light coming from the face of the grow clock.
App has issues
I wanted to get my feed back. I’m 3 weeks postpartum. I’ve been using the hands free in bra wearable pumps, just a few things. The pumps are heavy. You have to wash all parts after 2 pumping sessions which has always washed off the marker that help you line up parts to the pumps, so now it’s a guessing game til you figure out how to put the parts back on correctly. Also the parts feel like they get wore out quick, I’ve already had my pump leak on me at least 4 times. Overall the pumps are handy and great for hands free, but the app is a while another thing. The app freeze, which makes it loose count and can’t control pump from app, until you turn pump off and back on which then make the pump session for that pump start all over again. You can only get massage mold through the app. Pairing the pumps was a little bit of a struggle to say the least, too about 20 minutes to pair both pumps because the app act like it couldn’t find the pumps. Not to mention you have to pair both pumps separately. Personally if I have to get another set of pumps I will be going with a different brand.
Great app
I was scared to set up through app due to many having issues with set up. I believe they have listened to issues many have been having and have acted in improving. I made an account, logged in and set up both pumps in a matter of minutes. Super easy to use very self explanatory. App gives good steps on what to do next.
Camera feed constantly freezes
Worked well for about 2 months but now the camera feed in the app constantly freezes with no sound and it looks like our child is asleep but is in fact awake. We have to keep checking the timestamp and if the seconds aren’t moving we have to manually relaunch the app. So we have now decided to buy another product as this one is useless.
Doesn’t work with iPad
Really winds me up when a developer makes an app that is for an iPhone only and then just has a compatible feature on iPad so you have a crappy tiny screen. Expect much better for an expensive baby monitoring camera really as the chances are you’ll be at home and use an iPad to view the camera. What’s the point in having a high definition camera to show a tiny screen in an iPad?

This is great but would be 100% better if you could set the night time mode to automatically come on at a certain time each night in the same way you can set the wake mode
Great clock
The tommee tippee clock helped my toddler sleep from 5/5:30 to 6:30/7. Being able to chose the colours of the clock were amazing. We went for red and green and he understands traffic lights. It’s also great to control the clock from my phone lengthening or shortening the time in bed to suit us
Stopped working since last update
Worked fine before but since the last update, it’s just stopped! It doesn’t wake up when I press the button and it often says it’s offline when it isn’t. Very annoying when trying to do bedtime with the little one.
Needs more features!
Needs an update that allows you to set a sleep time in the same way you can set a wake time. Please!
Poorly designed UI in app
The button to switch from day to night mode is tiny and right next to the back button at the top left, so if you accidentally hit it while changing the wake up time all hell breaks loose! Please move the button and make it bigger.
Needs a wake override button
The app is great and easy to use, however one major flaw is that the only way to wake the clock remotely early is to change the timer. You then need to set it again for the next sleep. It would be great to have a ‘wake now’ button to wake the clock and keep all the settings. Thank you!
Poor Appliance, Poor App
Bought the Smart Baby Monitor, planned to test it for a few weeks before baby was due, he was overdue so it turned out to be a month. The app was continuously warning me of baby noises and environmental noises whatever the sensitivity was set to (I tried 0 and 100 and in-between for prolonged periods) even when no baby existed and the windows were closed and there was nobody in the house. The parent pod emits a permanent static background noise even when there is nobody in the house and the whole product feels cheap and plasticky. Was expecting better from a reputable company, definitely not worth even a quarter of the amount I paid for it. Buy something else.
Supposedly a “smart home” app - not really
Why on earth can you not set the clock to automatically enter map mode at a certain time? Instead, you’re obliged to open the app and switch it into map mode manually. Please can you at least enable the app to work with Siri Shortcuts? That way I can manually create a suitable automation.
Great clock, won’t replace white noise machine
Just about to use the clock for the first time tonight, but I wish I could set the sound to last all night. It’ll only do 120 minutes. Please please could we have this option on a future update? Other than that I’m hoping the clock will help us with our early morning riser
A great app and device.
I use it for my Sleep Trainer and it works wonderfully for my daughter who loves the different colours and is bewitched by the different sounds. Very easy to use and fun even outside of bedtime!
Sleep clock
The sleep bottom (zzz) is not working in the app! Before I was able to press the bottom from my phone instead of the actual clock
Not user friendly
I have just downloaded this and find it not user friendly, I don’t know if the nap time is set or counting down it is not clear if an alarm will sound in the morning or just the colour change. And there doesn’t seem to be any user support for the app. I would normally think I am pretty tech savvy but this app is just not doing it for me!
Missing a few things
Decent app, but would be much better with the ability to manually switch from sleep to get up. The only way seems to be to reset the time for one minute in the future. The problem comes when you forget to set the time back afterwards.
