All my paramedic friends (US) are using this but when I try to use the app it says it’s not supported in the United States. Ridiculous.

Not supported in USA
Great technology even shows USA in its graphics. But disclaimer pops up preventing its use in USA (since the world now hates America). To use in USA, obtain a few proton email accounts, run Proton VPN under anywhere else, and claim Canada or Albania (or anywhere else during setup)…just not #1 world enemy America, and it will work at $300 / year.
Excellent app. When you can log in.
I’ve been using this app for a while now and I love it. However, it has signed me out numerous times and now it is saying “account with these credentials don’t exist” even though I can log onto the website. Frustrating.

Took my money then it became unusable in the United States. Tried many to reach customer support. No one gets back to you. Do NOT sign up if you are in the untied states
Gute App, aber...
... hat mich noch nicht ganz überzeugt. Eine voll freigeschaltet Testmöglichkeit gibt es nicht. Ich finde das Abo-Modell ok, aber der monatliche Preis ist mir definitiv zu hoch. Ich nutze die App, hin und wieder, im Rettungsdienst, bleibe aber damit bei den 5 Freianalysen am Tag, auch wenn ich sie gern mehr nutzen würde.
Price and limited usage with new update
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent update that limits usage to 55 times per year for a subscription that costs $300 annually. This is especially frustrating considering that the service was previously advertised and offered as unlimited under the same pricing structure. As a paying customer who subscribed in good faith based on those terms, this sudden change feels not only restrictive but also exploitative. It gives the impression that the company is prioritizing profit over user trust and long-term satisfaction. At $300 per year, users reasonably expect premium and unrestricted access. Introducing such a drastic limitation without a corresponding reduction in price or a grandfathering policy for existing subscribers undermines that expectation and reflects poorly on the company’s values. I urge you to reconsider this decision and restore the service to the original terms promised. If not, I would at least appreciate transparent communication and fair compensation options for current subscribers who feel misled by this change.
Disappointing
Was excited to get the app given positive review on social media and by some of my trusted medical colleagues, especially the queen of heart protocol. However the app hasn’t lived up to reputation. Majority of the ekg scanned give an error stating that the leads are too short, code 500 etc. Thought lv sense would be a fun experiment- has been 50/50 in terms of accuracy. Have found myself barely using it after the first week.
Unsupported region
Getting an unsupported region msj for United States for a week at least yet the app was updated a day before this review.
Überhaupt nicht zufrieden
Vor ca 1 Jahr hatte ich das Probeabo mit freigeschalteten EKGs und war begeistert welche EKGs die App, neben OMIs, an verschiedenen EKG Bilder gezeigt und erkannt hat. z.B Trifaszikuläre Blöcke, SVTs etc. Für eine nicht Internistin super und ein echter Game changer. Nachdem ich mich jetzt durchgerungen habe endlich die App zu kaufen (leider sofort das Jahresabo!) bin ich super enttäuscht. Die Frequenz der meisten EKGs ist falsch, trotz richtiger EKG Voreinstellung. Nicht ganz so offensichtliche STEMIs werden übersehen und auch sonst spuckt die App nicht mehr aus was man vorliegen hat. AVNRTs werden nicht erkannt, Schrittmacherrhythmen erkannt wo kein Schrittmacher ist etc. Sehr sehr schade 150€ vergeudet. :-(((

“Not supported in your region” "Not available in the United States" Um, it was a couple of months ago and now it’s disappeared with no help from support staff

I was looking forward to using this app in my role as Volunteer responder same the use of its reserved for only HCPs I’m sure it’s a great app and I can see great potential for Non HCPs who in the field still need to look at ECGs.
Revolutionary technology
This is the only EKG AI model that diagnoses acute coronary occlusion beyond ST Elevation. It does so with unbelievably high sensitivity and specificity. If the PMCardio queen of hearts AI Model says that the ECG represents STEMI or STEMI Equivalent, you had better believe it. In the present standard of care, 1/3 of Acute coronary occlusion do not get treated soon enough to prevent permanent irreversible myocardial cell death. With this app, almost all of them will be recognized immediately. You will save myocardium and lives, and prevent heart failure. Moreover, it recognizes the false positives, the mimics which lead to unnecessary Cath Lab activation. This will make your interventionalists happy that they do not need to get out of bed in the middle of the night.

This app helps me identify subtle STEMI patterns that would otherwise go unnoticed. Thank you also for the recent update that enabled AI explainability - with this update, the tool became a tool with educational potential.

Subscription money is gone
I paid for a subscription and all of a sudden the app stopped working and message states not supported in the USA. Paid for nothing.

Its helped me and my mates a lot, but we want an spanish version or the posibility to change the language to spanish.

This was an amazing app. But after the latest update it no longer works in the U.S.

Was working well, but then I just went to open it and it states the US is an unsupported region. Sad.

Mittlerweile läuft die App reibungslos und erkennt die ekg Bilder sehr gut . Auch die Auswertung von der ki stimmt bei allen Unterstützen ekg Bildern immer überein . Eine sehr gute App um schnell ein Feedback zur ekg Auswertung zu bekommen .
