Great app. Excellent support
I contacted George at Schengen Simple to enquire about travelling from Spain to Gibraltar now the border has been removed. I received a very quick and detailed response clarifying that Gibraltar is now technically part of the Schengen travel area and any days in Gibraltar are now included in the 90 in 180 days rule. Thanks George. 😊
“Hidden” Low Price
Only after paying FULL $US9.99, plus tax, did site reveal a $SEVEN.99 annual rate. Poor way to start with a new service!
Good but not great
Somehow while this seems like a simple straightforward tool, it does get a bit confusing. It’s helping me to track the days but I think it’s overthunk à few elements.
Misleading “Allowance Today” Label
I believe the developers should change the “Allowance today” label to “Days Used” or “Allowance Used” because the current wording is incorrect and misleading. The number shown represents the days that have already been used, not the number of days remaining. I recently went through immigration at Copenhagen Airport, and the immigration officer also pointed out that this label is misleading and could confuse travellers about their Schengen stay. This is an important issue because travellers rely on this app to stay within the Schengen 90/180-day rule. Please update the label to the correct wording to avoid confusion and maintain the accuracy of the information shown.
An essential travel companion!
As a very regular traveller to the Schengen area from the UK, with multiple journeys every year, I have found this app to be an essential travel companion. The recent improvements to the app have made a huge difference to the usability and practicality of the app. I thoroughly recommend it!
Bugs galore
Random trips that I did not take appear in calendar and cannot be deleted
Nice tool to help plan out our year’s trips!
The Schengen shuffle can get tricky if you have a lot of trips overlapping in the same 180 day rolling window. I love that it allows me to record past trips and then plan out upcoming trips making sure we are compliant. In the past, people took advantage of lack of cross country data sharing and overstayed. That’s getting riskier and riskier these days as they improve tracking cross country. One improvement request: offer location tracking where the app automatically suggests logging days as you travel in various Schengen countries. Your planned arrivals and departures can be altered slightly last minute and nice to have planned vs accurate actual for historical tracking of your days used. Thanks
Why is it subscription based?
The app is so nice and beautiful, however, there is no need to make it subscription based, that is just insane There is nothing that requires any subscription, and it should be just one time purchase or a paid app and that is it

An App that does precisely what it says it will do, take the fiendishly non-intuitive Schengen rules and makes them simple to understand and better still easy to adhere to.
No longer calculates days left correctly
No longer calculates correctly; still useful to keep as record of when you fly and how many days per trip, but you must do the final calculations for X Days out of the past 180 because the app no longer calculates that correctly

Coming from Australia I was getting so confused with the Schengen days I had left between travel and study and this app was incredibly helpful and made it so much easier to understand seeing it visibly on a calendar with the countdown. Adding prior and upcoming trips is great too!
Best 90/180 tool out there!
I’ve been using this app for quite a while, and I’m thrilled with the changes in this latest version. As a FREQUENT business traveller it became evident that I needed to track my days in the Schengen area or risk overstaying my allowance. This app has been a lifesaver. The best bit might be the look-ahead view where I can see how many days I WILL have, not just how many I ALREADY have. With its two modes (planning and passport control) I can easily see where I stand and whether I need to recruit a colleague to cover upcoming needs. The newest upgrade includes some terrific additions that now let me include non-Schengen trips too, so I can easily plan my entire travel itinerary. They’ve also tweaked some features, added same day exit/entry options, document storage, and other useful upgrades. Everything was well thought out and works flawlessly. I recommend this app without reservation to anyone who needs to be mindful of their Schengen time. It’s clean, simple and very easy to use.
Scam
I loaded this app and when I saw that they charged $9.99 a year, I clicked the close “x”. Instead of closing so I could remove the app, it proceeded to charge me $9.99. I have cancelled and will monitor my credit card to see if they still try to charge me
