Aplikacion kot fare

Excellent
On time and fast
It won’t open anymore
It was working fine until recently but fit about a week now whenever i open the app it gets stuck in the patako logo and doesn’t go any further I’ve also unistalled and reistalled the app but the issue remains. I even downloaded it on another device and the same things happens
Too many frequent updates!!!
Stop updating the app so frequently that we cannot use it without going to the app store and giving it an update. Some of us are in a rush. That is why we are using the app. And for it to ask for an update almost every single time you use it! Honestly it is so nerve racking, and makes u freaking delete the entire app!!!
Weird
In America the drivers are not allowed to consistently keep canceling customers because they don’t want to go to that place or they want more money! That is not allowed. The amount of time I sit and wait when I get off the plane is insane because they don’t want to go a short distance and want more money!
The app is having lots of issues
For the last couple of weeks the app is not working properly. Now I’m unable to use it and this is only way I get around in Albania. I’m completely disappointed
Good app experience, reliable
Patoko works fine - the app is reliable and the taxi experience is nice too. No in-app payments yet though, which is why I’m not giving it a 5th star yet. My referral code is “BG60”, it will give you a little discount.
No so reliable
Limited drivers even in city center. Drivers can cancel the ride and if you schedule a ride there is no guarantee they will get you a ride at the time you scheduled. Drivers cancel all the time and then new ones may just say the will show up later anyways. Payment system is strange and one of my drivers had a different license plate than the app displayed.
The prices went higher
Patoko is great, but lastly, the prices have been higher than other taxis, which I have compared side by side. I can say a year before patoko was the cheapest taxi solution and getting discounts using TOKO was the best, but now in many routes I have found that Patoko is 400/500 lek higher than other taxis. Overall it’s a great app but if only you can lower the prices a bit more. Thank You!
Vlore Taxi
Mire. Successfully got a taxi, got to destination and in app translation helped.

Kisha 1 vit qe e perdorja patokon dhe sot duke pritur taxin , kishte ndaluar 5 min larg meje pasi prita 10 min , dhe gjithashtu me beri cancel trip duke mos dhen asnje preteks!
Okay but don’t use when you are going to the airport
If you are going to the airport from Tirana, do not use this app. The app won’t find drivers (I guess because of the discount) and we got really stressed because we had to find another taxi and get more cash because this app allows you to pay with card and we counted on that. Otherwise the app is great for daytime trips that don’t involve a thight schedule.
Mr
Very good driver friendly
CHECK CASH / CARD METHOD
I downloaded the app because it said you can use card. Booked the taxi and added my card and by that point he said I had accepted cash and forced me to take cash out of a machine which charged me 15%! The app doesn’t help or support you to ensure you add a card first and to pick your payment method. Don’t make the same mistake I did!
😑
Funksioni primar per taxi eshte ok👍🏻 Per autobuzat eshte KO 👎🏻, “GPS not avaiable” thote perherë
Easy to use
Dropped where we wanted
Taxi meter is a scam
App says taxi meter is better pricing when it will really cost you 25 euros to go 2km. When a trip to the airport which is 40km is only 30 euros
THE BEST APP
Patoko is the best app to use for Taxis. It’s easy, fast, cheap, and gives you the best experience. It has great drivers, and gives you rewards for everytime u use it, which is great whether you have long-distance rides and use TOKO to have discounts, or when you just need to go home and use TOKO for free rides. Thank U PATOKO
Too bad
Just call a Taxi!!!!!
👍🏻
Udhetimi i pare me Patoko me la mbresa shume te mira.
Horrible scammy app
Got scammed on my taxi ride from Tirana airport using this app. Submitted a report and haven’t heard back. 100% would not recommend

Customer service
Best customer service I have ever received!! Patoko is very reliable, safe and convenient.
Signs me out everytime?
Every single time I need to re-enter my phone number. So annoying. Keep me signed in lol
THE BEST APP FOR TRAVELING TO ALBANIA!
This was our first time visiting Albania and we were worried about how to move around as there was no Uber here, however this app was all we needed and so much more! It works just like Uber or other apps, but also has incredibly nice drivers! Specifically our driver Klodian went above and beyond by not only driving us, but along the way telling us the history of Tirana and the buildings we were passing. This app is truly the best kept secret for traveling to Albania and I wish we had a similar app in the US. Thanks again to this app and all its drivers! We will be back again soon :)
