I've been charged twice for a year with their subscriptions. I cancelled a year ago, and today I woke up to being renew for for another year. When I called, they tried all the way to keep me using their app, wouldn't return my money and offered a bunch of credit. Do not use it because then you will be be able to cancel them.

L’hotel è in posizione strategica e dotata di un grande parcheggio che si paga a parte. Servizio navetta molto comodo verso le vicine stazioni della metro. Il prezzo non include la tassa di soggiorno che a Milano è la bellezza di 10 euro a per persona al Giorno!!!!

Já várias vezes tento pagar com cartão millenium, faz a reserva mas está depois informa que falhou. Devido a uma má experiência na minha última compra com bilhetes na ryaner pelo aplicativo da edreams, tentei comprar na mesma mas direcionava me para aqui. Não percebo porque, para fazermos o check in é criado outro e-mail. Na minha compra anterior não consegui fazer o check in devido a isso e tive que pagar 60 euros. Depois mostrando todos os comprovantes a senhora do balcão lá entretanto fizeram me o reembolso mas eu poderia não ter dinheiro para outra passagem

La camera che ci è stata data all'ultimo momento non era quella dell'hotel che avevamo scelto. Era distante dall'hotel ma comunque molto bella al piano 41 con un vista eccezionale.

Hätte ich gewusst, dass edreams so unfassbar viel aufdringliche Werbung anzeigt hätte ich meine 200€ Flugreise woanders gebucht. Allerdings muss man eDreams nun lassen, dass der Buchungsprozess wirklich wahnsinnig gut durchdacht ist und keine Details unter den Tisch fallen - Chapeau! Und die Preise sind dann wirklich im Gesamtpaket in Ordnung. Selbst die Kündigung des “Prime”-Abos wird nicht irgendwo versteckt sondern aktiv drauf verwiesen! Und das alles elektronisch und ohne Reisebüro-Besuch. Hochachtungsvoll

Todo muy bien los vuelos bien y el hotel muy bien acogedor y muy limpio . Pero hubo un problema al salir a las 3.30 am de la mañana la recepción no pidió el taxi al salir avía una persona que decía de cóbranos el doble 50€ por el taxi vamos una estafa menos mal conseguí otro taxi pero la información de la hora sólo la tenía recepción del hotel , muy mal por dicha persona de recepción así que tener cuidado y pagar el taxi ida y vuelta en el aeropuerto cuando llegues
Problema com cartão de embarque
Quando você abre a App, e clica em cartão de embarque à App simplesmente trava tudo e não funciona mais, a sua sorte é que eles enviam uma cópia para seu email, mas no email não tem aquela opção de cartão de embarque para sua wallet.

Exceptional Prices
I had my doubts about eDreams when I became a Prime member because it wasn’t my original intention to become one. For that, they gave me a discounted monthly price a while back because I felt suckered into becoming one. My experience today was the easiest that I have had for years buying an airline ticket. And the price was phenomenal. I have been looking for tickets for the last few days, using multiple methods, and only found tickets that were exorbitantly priced. Today, I bought a ticket a third of the price that I was considering a day earlier. I even got a $250 discount on the flight because of my membership— and that was apart from the initial price reduction.

They are a thief actually somehow out of nowhere they charge me and without any permission they took money from my bank account. Don’t share your bank account with this app!

Slow app which frequently crashes
I’ve used eDreams for about 3 years. Their deals are great, the agents I’ve spoken to lovely, but their app is so bad! It crashes, lags, freezes almost every time I use it. I can’t remove saved passengers and sometimes even trying to check ‘my trips’ causes the app to freeze. Very frustrating to use.

Premium account blackmail
I’ve been an eDreams Prime member for a year and would strongly discourage anyone from signing up. Last year, a booking error on their end split my return flight into two separate one-way tickets instead of one round-trip. When I needed a name change, I was charged the fee twice — £125 total instead of the roughly £63 it should have cost for one ticket — purely because of their mistake. No compensation, no real help resolving it. Also i need to make call germany and paid heavy amount for call as they were not doing help even i was prime member. Because of that, I decided not to renew Prime. I contacted them in May and June, before my renewal date, to cancel — but was told cancellation could only be processed around the renewal date itself (21 July), and to call back nearer the time. My card was still charged. The next day I called and chatted with support asking to cancel and get a refund. Instead of processing it, I was repeatedly pushed toward a £90 voucher or a £45 partial refund while keeping the membership. I declined both and asked to speak to a manager. I was told a manager would call back the following week with a refund. That call never came. My membership has now been cancelled on their end, but I’ve had no refund and no confirmation email. No support, no compensation, broken promises. Avoid.

Downloaded this app to get a wonderful deal with a hotel stay. Which I had to pay an annual subscription for $8 per month. “Fine maybe I can get more deals and they will pay it off?” Nope, all the “Deals” are inflated prices and you can find much cheaper deals anywhere else. App is easy to use.

I lost $500 because of my name change, I bought a ticket for my mom and for some reason the name was not correct, I got in touch with them to make the change, they told me the airline was responsible for it, I spoke to the airline and they told me since I got the ticket through E dreams they couldn’t make the change. This went on for months. So in the end, I couldn’t use the ticket. They refund me $15 out of 558, I called many times they just don’t care

Website booking was tricky, dropped the booking 3 times but, eventually got it right. Be careful, right before you buy, they offer you benefits galore, bit like Temu, ticket price nearly doubled! I think I got begangled!
Nie wieder
Enorme Kosten Frust ohne Ende und ein Abo angehängt das man nicht mehr gekündigt bekommt. Ein Monat in einem mit laut dröhnender Musik von vier Seiten die ganze Nacht durch tagsüber baulärm duschen mit kaum Wasser nach benachrichtigen der Hotelloby etwas besser aber entweder kalt oder sehr heis kein regulieren möglich. Betrunkene Gäste im und um das Hotel herum, kein entspannen möglich. Gutes Internet und Bett. Einen Monat verlorene Ferien 😥ja und bei der Buchung des Fluges 4 std vor Abflug sei die Karte nicht akzeptiert worden obwohl das Hotel bereits bezahlt von der selben Karte. Musste eine Nacht am Flughafen verbringen und den nächsten Tag den frühen flug über eine andere Gesellschaft gebucht nehmen. Aber das unternehmen eDreams reagiert auf keine Nachricht in irgendeiner Form. Leider bin ich keine Ausnahme es ging anderen Leuten genauso😫eigentlich ist die Liste noch länger dr Unannehmlichkeiten.
