Good app
The best flight comparison app on Appstores. They really understand the users need and have made it very easy to search for flights. They listen to the user, previously had a problem with the app and when I informed the company the issue was sorted very quickly, very impressed.

HORRIBLE customer service. I requested a refund a month ago (still haven’t received it) I have contacted support 3 times, all of which say they have passed the responsibility onto another department, but they have no idea when it will happen. Their app has a button to “review refund details” and it brings you to an error page. Overall horrendous experience, still waiting lol

I am very disappointed with this service. The app constantly tries to add extra paid options during the booking process. I was charged for the FullFlex option that I did not order. Customer support is very poor and it is extremely difficult to get help or resolve an issue. I just wanted to buy tickets, but instead I had to deal with unwanted add-ons and no proper support. I would not recommend this app.
Overalls great app!
I loved the app. It's super easy to work and I love that everything I need to make arrangements for I can do using one app. I wish when I was looking at hotels that there was an easy way to go back to the main list of all available. It seems like I had to do the search from scratch once I clicked on a hotel. Other than that it loaded fine and I am happy that this should save me some time than searching through many websites.

Impossible to contact someone. Only AI who keep repeating question . 5 days wait for a invoice . I keep asking for invoice for my boss refund . 5 days for a computer invoice? Very limited menu on website . Very frustrating I keep requesting email recovery code . I never receive any email . Crap app , basic company . Very bad support option .

Conseil :utilisé l’application seulement pour trouver un billet et ensuite aller sur le site de la compagnie aérienne directement pour acheter le billet.en bref utiliser bravofly comme moteur de recherche pour comparer les différentes compagnies aériennes ensuite le billet est souvent moins cher sur le site de la compagnie 😁

Booked 4 flights, got NADA
Truly amazing app. Can’t reach out to any so-called “customer care” or secure a ticket. So I booked 4 times with them yesterday, return tickets Beijing to Seoul, such a waste of time. It could be because of the ongoing situation in China and flights are being canceled at the moment. It’s good that they at least refunded everything within 12 hours. Other than that, I don’t know what to say. I’m less mad now cos I booked from another channel.

My experience with Bravofly was good!
As a traveler anytime you book with a third party company always confirm your flight with the actual Airline, call! Mistakes happen, so do your part and double check always. As soon as you're able to check in, do so also! They have a bad rep not sure why…I had zero problems!
Automatically Adds Fullflex
Even when you select to not use their full flex ticket changes and refund option, they still add it. Always check your receipt and have screenshots of the entire purchase process.
Better than Ryanairs own app
I use this instead of ryanairs own pathetic non working app. I've not bought any tickets through it but i use it for checking flight availability and saves entering captcha codes on their site.
Good App..but..
The application and the prices are reasonable, but if anything went wrong in your tickets you will face all kinds of difficulties in calling or receiving calls from staffs who calls on EU times, and has very limited power to help you. I myself will not book again with them.

🚨Scammers $$ be careful and read before you book ‼️
Don’t fall for cheap prices, they will impose extra charges for fullflex thing without your consent and even if you didn’t choose to get it. They have phone number which is automatic answer machine. You can’t hold live agent. The only option is to chat online and it depends on who you chat with you get different answers. I proceed with my bank to dispute extra charges after that they offered a refund if I closed the dispute and send them closure by email. They put you on loophole and a lot of hassle. Save your money and time and find better service. Note: they work under different names bravofly and lastminute.com Updated: ‼️The developer answer is copy and paste answer you will see it in many comments This app is scam

Really nice little App. Has a good interface and is easy to use. Only thing missing are flexible dates.

Really handy
Very useful for browsing flights and then the actual booking process is simple too. Shows upcoming flights. When I needed customer support to make a change it was also good. Only downside is that the default when confirming is to buy the cancellation insurance it’s a great feature and good value if you need it but the app could make you buy it by mistake.

No currency conversion
This app would be fabulous if it worked with UK Pounds like the main website. If there was either a currency converter or a Bravofly UK App I would use it all the time. Otherwise it goes in my scrap heap voting it useless and time consuming unless you are on a euro zone.
Good app slowly improving
This app is good, maybe not quite as good as sky scanner & not as quick. BAD - says no flights available when there clearly is!!! Arghhh

This is one of the best designed app I've seen lately. Love the combination of colors, responsiveness and clarity. And what is most important for me works super fast even on 4s. Good work!

Issues checking in and customer support was not helpful.
Useful to find flight options and times, but...
... I'd never purchase using it as price is only in Euros. I Think you're missing out on business by not selling in GBP Bravofly!
Not for the impatient or suspicious.
Far too much messing about setting up this app. I prefer apps like Kayak, that works as soon as it's installed and doesn't demand an e-mail address confirmation, etc.

Didn't find cheapest!
Ok app but it didn't find the cheapest flight! I went to ryanair site where the flight was half what this came up with. So crap.
Room for improvement
Quick and easy to use but unless there is an option to view in other currencies and flexibility over which days you can search for it's not really useable for me.
