Never fly Aeroitalia
We missed our flight because they never displayed the correct gate They gave us wrong one at the end We were 5 persons missed it because of non showing the correct gate. The app never updated or told us what gate.. and we were trying to check the screen for what gate we were at and it never appeared on the screen, and the staff told us the wrong gate!! The only thing the app stated was what time we were boarding at, which was at 9:20am for our zone and we got to the gate at 9:17, so we were like we still have time, and the rude staff said nope the pane already left! The plane already left? So the plane left early without even telling us.. it’s like they did it on purpose (illegal btw) We have to Buy again an expensive ticket !!!! Never take this company The staff were so rude and had 0 human decency!

L’applicazione funziona bene, anche la possibilità di ricevere lo sconto per i residenti in Sicilia. I voli sono stati sempre puntuali. Sarebbe bello se nell’applicazione ci sia la possibilità di salvare i dati personali per evitare di inserirli ogni volta che si acquista un biglietto.
Horrible Technology
App doesn’t update for your flight status. They only can charge you more money on the app but can’t even show if it’s delayed. Never mind rebooking if a connecting flight gets missed or if one is canceled. Stone Age tech.
Nice app!, bad design
Check in works now on the app. Easy to use! Only worry is the luggage piece. We were traveling with 15lb bags that were not considered a small cabin bag so it cost an extra €60/person even though the app showed €27/person but it wouldn’t let us add it through there..
App ok, compagnia un po’ meno!
Prenoto volo in un orario che mi permettesse di spostarmi con i mezzi pubblici, e una settimana prima della partenza me lo spostano alle 7 del mattino. Ovviamente ho dovuto scomodare qualcuno per accompagnarmi all’aeroporto.

Salve, la mia più che una recensione è un consiglio per migliorare l’app, il mio consiglio consiste nel inserire in modo automatico i documenti salvati precedentemente in modo da non inserirli ogni prenotazione, come fanno altre compagnie aeree. Grazie.
Do not fly with this airline
Changed my flight time, app and website will not allow me to change my flight time. They do not respond to emails and good luck getting them on the phone.

Scam
This company operates on total scam as far as their check in fees. I bought a ticket on expedia and nowhere it mentioned that I had to check in, on my own, 24 h before the flight or I would have had to pay €50! I found out about this later. I tried to check in 24 hours before and the system would not accept my booking code… result… they stole €50 from me!

Last update
Last update does not update - it gives me a blank page with nothing on it included my saved data on the mobile app. Also when changing the tickets at the payments options I tried 3 different payments method and keep not accepting the payment either card or PayPal or debit card - please fix - also I would suggest a space for communicating with customer service from the app - right now you can’t and need to go on line to search for a link etc - not very user friendly when I’m trying to get assistance and change my ticket from my mobile app

Se potevo vi davo -5. Ma come fate a definirvi compagnia seria??? Da 36 ore che cerco di mettervi in contatto con voi. Non una che una persona alzi la cornetta per rispondere al benedetto telefono. Fate pena.

Application, website, and customer support are useless
I tried to check in for my flight 9 hours before it departed and the app said check in was not available yet. I went online to the website and it didn’t work at all. Once I got to the airport the customer service said that the only way to check in was to pay a fee of 25€ per ticket. All because the app doesn’t work
Would give 0 if possible
Flight cancelled with no notice, never got back to me to requests of compensation - as per EU directives. No online checking, app which is completely useless

It cannot find the booking, while it is possible with the website. The mobile site instead doesn’t even give the option to check-in.
