Completely Illogical
This app and the ticketing methodology is nonsensical. The invoice doesn’t even list the details of what one purchased. The ticket only displays within a window of time prior to departure. There must be some reason for this, but I haven’t figured it out. Sure works be nice to refer to the itinerary - but it doesn’t exist.

Ho che manca un collegamento al riepiegolo i miei viaggi che è accessibile solo tramite notifica. Appena ti arriva la notifica riguardo lo stato del tuo treno e la si clicca si apre il pannello “ il mio viaggio” dove si puo monitorare tutto lo storico del treno e anche le fermate. Una volta chiusa quella pagina non riesco più a ritrovarla nell’interfaccia, sembra proprio mancare un collegamento o proprio una sezione 😅 Secondo me questa funzione è vitale, anche per consultare binario e ritardo treno senza impazzire e senza sperare che ti arrivi una notifica!

Altre app ti dicono se ci sono coincidenze , se ci sono mezzi alternativi al treno in caso di problemi e soppressione. Il servizio va dato completo . Non si lascia la gente a perdersi nel mondo senza una guida . Bisogna muoversi e viaggiare per avere idea di cosa significa avere una app che ti dice tutto questo. Che colleghi tutti gli enti pubblici per supportare il sistema pubblico italiano. Una linea ferroviaria sola, ritardo accumulati senza ritegno. A parte i disagi per inconvenienti sui passeggeri. Poca linearità, poca organizzazione. Stazioni ferroviarie senza un medico i senza stanza con croce rossa

Semplicemente disgustevole. Ho comperato due biglietti. Entrambi sono sul mio app e non c è modo di passarlo all altra persona in caso viaggi su un treno diverso. Vergognatevi !
Utile ma si potrebbe aggiungere qualcosa…
Scrivo questa recensione solo per scopo informativo: secondo me dovreste aggiungere sull’app quanto è lungo il treno(carrozze) in modo da posizionarsi facilmente davanti alle porte. Per le altre cose l’app va sempre bene senza nessun tipo di problema. Volevo anche aggiungere una cosa: per esempio sono in stazione ma adesso stanno facendo lavori e la sala d’attesa e quindi anche la self service sono chiuse, sono obbligato a fare il biglietto dal capotreno o online e mi sembra una cosa un po’ scomoda! Grazie

Esperienza di pagamento pessima
L’app è discretamente ok, ma nel momento di pagare passa la voglia di fare il biglietto, non c’è il supporto ad Apple Pay e l’inserimento automatico delle carte è disattivato. Se uno non ha la carta fisica in mano risulta impossibile comprare un biglietto. AGGIUNGETE APPLE PAY

Se il treno arriva, si ferma, tu passi per il passaggio a livello, che è colpa loro se non sanno nemmeno chiuderlo, ti fanno la multa dicendo che saresti potuto morire, ma per favore. Se il treno era gia fermo, c’era solo 1 binario. Fanno di tutto per dei soldi. I loro ritardi sono un disastro, mi verrebbe da mandarli in tribunale con tutti i giorni di ritardi infiniti che mi hanno causato guai. Avrei già più di 1 trilione in banca
Sessione utente troppo corta
L’app funziona bene, ma ti slogga troppo velocemente. Dalla mia esperienza la sessione dura un paio di settimane. Dovreste rendere la sessione più lunga perché quando si deve usare il phone pass ai tornelli e si è sloggati è un po’ un problema quando si è di fretta. Grazie

It was a great app until the update. Now I cannot purchase tickets with a CC. What’s the point of this app of you cannot buy tickets?

Lacks critical information
App doesn’t not show timetables or route details of replacement bus services. As a result, you need to be able to speak with a Trenord employee to get this information.
If it works don’t fix it
Payment fails usually - very annoying. Your old payment service almost always worked but the new one fails over 50%. What happens if I get controlled and don’t have a ticket because your system doesn’t work?
Trenord is HORRIBLE
Trenord is so Bad, I took an early train from milano to Lugano and because I had class at 10 am and was supposed to get there at 9:03 I’ve been stuck in the train for 3 hours made me miss my first 2 classes in the morning.... Don’t take Trenord

Great for getting tickets and planning journeys but absolutely useless at getting the tickets onto your phone unless you’re Italian. Filling in the online form on the website, which you have to do to get a digital ticket, is useless. Although it gives the option of picking your country it then wants you to pick only an Italian region and then an Italian city where you were born. Pathetic!
Just OK, get it anyway.
It’s helpful & easier to obtain tickets using the app. Using the website is plodding and inconsistent. The app is seriously quirky & glitchy. It will refuse your credit card with no explanation. It’s best to create an account, before using the app to purchase tickets. It takes the company’s server time to recognize your account and send a confirmation email. The app will give / print your train ticket with no information on it. No train number, no departure time, no track number. Having the correct ticket seems to be inconsequential, we were informed by the ticket office that as long as you have a ticket going in your desired general direction, the conductor will validate your ticket on board. The more you use it, you learn to navigate it better.

Password and access problems
In spite of deleting the app and starting over a few times, my password does not work on the app, only when using computer. I replaced my password on my computer to cross reference the problem but repeatedly am blocked from phone app sign in, when I need it most …while travelling!!!!!

The app is very good, only a few down falls, it does not indicate the platform or stops on your route But otherwise we found it very useful

Confusing app
Bought a ticket from Tirano to Milano Centrale for tomorrow and ticket is not showing up in app. Purchase history has nothing but credit card company sent an email of a charge!

Usually most Italian apps like this are very flakey. However with this never any problems. They could improve user history to make things even easier.
Buying tickets with MasterCard raises an error
You have to create an account to buy tickets. After creating an account and trying to buy tickets I got a cryptic error “attention a problem in the payment procedure…” But my other credit card works.

Does what you need it for, bar some cryptic error messages. See un pagamento non va a buon fine, dite per quale motivo!

Purchase option does NOT WORK
I have always used the physical monthly card for my travels, but I was recommended to use the APP instead. Big MISTAKE!! I made to the train just in time before it left and I was trying to purchase a ticket and surprise!! It shows the itinerary, but by the time I got to the purchase ticket option the APP doesn’t work! I ended up paying the regular fare inside the train PLUS a surcharge of €4.20 for not purchasing the ticket in advance! ABSURD!

this app is incredible useful with an easy-to-use interface. it gives railway updates in real time. the only downside is trying to purchase tickets online.
Many functions don’t work
This is a clunky unreliable app. In a number of ways. These are two which I have found to my annoyance: 1. Credit card details seem to be impossible to amend once one credit card is saved to the app. If you want to change the card you pay with you have to enter all the details (number, expiry, name , vide) every time all the credit card details. 2. If you want to message customer services for help, it is not possible to tick/check the box to confirm you understand the data use requirements. Therefore yiu are blocked from Sending the message.

This app could be great. I resent it forcing me to save a card to buy a ticket. I’m now unsaving it. How ridiculous. Add Apple Pay as a method of payment. Update- can’t easily see how to manage payment methods.
Why can’t an American use the app?
Going to be spending a couple of months in Italy and want to use the phone pass but the registration is set up for anyone other than an American. I was able to get through most fields but couldn’t enter the Codice Fiscale and I was prevented from completing the registration.
English translation is broken
In English mode many buttons are still in Italian. Some text is incorrectly translated. Accounts are required to buy tickets, but the app does not allow access to Apple’s secure password generator. After creating a new account on the website, the app incorrectly rejected my credentials for a few minutes. After buying a ticket the Show button for my ticket stopped working before the conductor showed up to check my QR code. Fortunately I had already copied it to Apple Wallet.

Very basic app, some instructions are not readable (either due the light color or the size of font); there is a chance to improve here!
Priorità su promozione invece di servizio cliente
Trova la scelta del pagamento di default su Satispay, nonostante usi sempre sistemi di pagamento diversi, veramente fastidiosa. A parte la discutibile decisione commerciale di Trenord o lo sviluppatore, di sicuro non ho intenzione di provare un servizio tipo Satispay che peggiora il servizio su altre app dove cerca promozione.

Too fiddly
If you don’t sign-up/register you can’t save tickets or even saving in the Apple wallet. UX (user experience) need a lot of rethinking as clearly it hasn’t been taken into consideration.
