DO NOT USE! SCAM!
Do not use this service. It is an utter scam. They do not do any actual logistics themselves, but hire FedEx. Yet have no ability to actually direct FedEx in anyway. My bag was lost because they delivered it to a random ice cream store. They did not contact me, they did not honor my request to hold the bag. They delivered my bag to an unknown ice cream store, and were unable to help in any way whatsoever. I implore you, do not use this service! Avoid at all costs.
Great App
Great app, allows me to track my bags on their journey easily. The only bug I have found so far is the photograph bags portion of the app. It force closes the app every time and there is no way to upload photos taken outside the app.
App Times Out on OTP
Each time I enter my card, it asks for the OTP but times out when I go to check for the SMS. Very frustrating.
Additional payments
I like a lot the service. However, every time I send something from Germany to Italy you ask for extra payment. And it is the same bags with the same sizes. I was never charged extra money when I send from Italy to Germany. I don’t like this paradox. And the issue has not yet been resolved

Cannot even log in. Tried deleting and reinstalling… same result. Why advertise for an app that does not work? Useless.

I have used a few times in the past without issue, but this time around, had no tracking for the return leg from Isle of Man, the app has never worked on my iPhone either
First delivery
This is the first time using this service and it has proved to be excellent and delivered 2 days ahead of estimate. Will definitely use again.
App doesn’t work
App doesn’t even work. They want to make you pay extra for text message updates on your parcel but the app is free. You download the app and it doesn’t work. Just keeps saying “error”. Restart app. Same thing. Delete and re download the app same thing. Great.
Doesn’t open
I like the app but 2 star only as it only works when connected with wifi. No use if you are somewhere where there isn’t wifi
Not very useful
This app works fine but it doesn’t need to exist. The only thing you can do with it is see tracking information for your shipment - which you also can get from the website of the shipping co., such as DHL. For anything else you need to use the Send My Bag website instead.

I have used this service now 4 times. It’s cheaper than postal services, and it’s quicker!! So much faster than anything I ever post. I used it to move stuffs between UK and France and between Spain and France. Takes 4 days which is great and never had any issues. The + is that they come pick it up. Could not recommend anything else but Send my bag. Thank you for your service and the bill peace of mind you bring 🙏
App doesn’t work, too old
The app doesn’t let you login anymore, it worked for a couple of days now stopped. The functionality to send a photo of boxes to receive additional £50 protection per bag also only worked on my iPad, phone wouldn’t open the camera. Now it doesn’t let me log in at all directly on any device, so it’s useless
Fantastic - Wonderful - Brilliant
The service was just perfect. From UK to France, it was fast and I have been kept updated throughout the journey of my parcel. C’était parfait. Je recommande vivement ce service. Ce serait bien d’intégrer pleinement le service dans l’application afin de ne pas être redirigé sur Safari mais sinon le service en lui même est juste nickel. Mille merci.
Expensive
Idiots wanted £237 to send a 20kg duffle bag to the Isle of Man from NW England, that’s twice the cost it was to get me and my motorcycle there and back, and the app don’t work, useless.
Reliable!
I live abroad and I used Send My Bag service from Italy to UK and viceversa several times: the pick up and the delivery were always on time, the tracking service is really helpful. The app didn’t give me any problem, the website is clear and they provide all the information. Recommended!
Christmas and clothless.
Send my bag only get it right 50% of the time, and they don’t guarantee anything, I have sent 2 bags with them at the same time, 1 delivered as promised the other 7 days late with no apology, and not an ounce of customer care. Think carefully if you are sending luggage ahead of a holiday, you may have to send 3 weeks in advance.
Very user friendly and useful app
The app is really useful. I got notifications whenever there is an update on the tracking on where my bags were at. Defo recommend to download the app.

Not the cheapest but definitely the best! Reliable, friendly and helpful. The app itself is easy to use and you can track every single step of the process and the times it has moved! Definitely worth having and an easy way to be assured the security of your package!
Awful
Terrible experience shipping a bag to Portugal. In March I shipped a bag from Oxfordshire to Lisbon. The bag was delayed through customs as someone at SendMyBag gave DHL the wrong fiscal number (they copied the fiscal number of my lawyer from my NIF certificate and not mine!). Mistakes happen however and this wasn't a great issue for me. When the bag arrived however, DHL unexpectedly charged me an additional 80€ for 'customs/duties taxes'. When I enquired about this with SendMyBag they told me that it was due to my paperwork not being in order and ultimately it was on me. I then contacted DHL Portugal whom informed me that the charge comprised of a 5€ storage fee (due to the delay) and a 75€ fixed handling fee added to all imports for processing- and nothing related to paperwork. This was very frustrating as SendMyBag had essentially misled me completely. When I called back with this information the call handler said he was sympathetic towards my situation and a supervisor would call back with a solution- possibly a goodwill gesture. This phone call was never received and when I called a final time I was told they didn't have any information and I should send an email with all of the details/evidence... Massive waste of time, money and shockingly bad service to top it off.
Brilliant!
Used this recently to send a suitcase. Was picked up & delivered safely & on time. App was brilliant to track the case & notification received on day of delivery so we could ensure there was someone home to receive. Highly recommended
Horrific would be 0 if I could.
Made me wait all day for no one to even attempt to collect my bags. This happened TWICE. Didn't even bother to tell me that no one was coming collect my bags. DO NOT USE.

Don’t bother
The app is a waste of time, it doesn’t update as often as the website even though it is advertised as being the best way to track your bag on their website. This isn’t the first time ‘Send my bag’ have mislead me. After having used their service and been let down, I don’t trust this company.
