Great Game But Too Much Happening
Very fun game with lots to do but there is a lot happening on screen and quite a few annoying pop ups. Game needs to be more organized so things are easily accessible without having so many buttons and features on screen.

Ads!!!!
To watch the ads for credits are horrible! The ones with two ads in one you don’t get a credit for at all. You have to reopen the zoo app up to eight times sometimes so it runs one ad for one credit. A lot of times it runs two ads in one and it will not allow you to collect a credit. You literally have to reopen the game multiple times and rerun the ads a million times for one credit. I’m not following how this would encourage anybody to play the game..

Pretty annoyed I finally saved up enough to get a “legendary” habitat and I was awarded with the only one I ALREADY HAVE! My rating just went down a star

Worst game ever
Player of the game absolutely has no control of what is built in their zoo. Instead the game tells you what the building forces you to build buildings and buy exhibit so you don’t wanna put in. Not to mention the beginning of the game the tutorial is long and stupid change that and I may come back.
My customers look like they don’t give two craps.
I new and so far I’ve really enjoyed playing only being on level sixteen. But… have you ever seen in roller coaster tycoon games that the customers showed expressions instead of just walking around. You need to add a reaction to the customers and also give them certain needs like let me think hmmmm oh! You have a bathroom they could have personal hygiene or hunger and other certain needs to make it a little hard to please the customers. Finally, we should turn taking care of the animals into a job! You have a certain building that’s like the custodian or something.
Stuck after constructing aqua world?

Overall I like it even though progression is slow. Not sure if it’s a money grab thing wanting people to give in and spend a lot of actual money to buy things in the game. Completely dislike the aquarium feature and wish I could remove it

Only way to progress is by spending money
Everything becomes more expensive as you go. Took expansion requires a certain popularity level and coin amount, then as soon as you approach it the popularity level required is adjusted higher and coin amount doubles. You can’t actually expand your zoo without constantly spending money.
Amazing zoo but…
I have really enjoyed playing this game until I realized just how many ways they rigged the game to make more money. I’ve been paying to get habitats but now they’re increasing the cost of land for me to have habitats. I’m close to walking away which is really a shame bc I wanted to play a zoo game.
Ads and force play ruins it
Look, when i first downloaded it was great- rewards were relevant and plenty and you could progress quite well- however.. it forces you to participate in challenges that i just dont want to do such as the aqua.. i dont want that- i just want to build a zoo.. the ads are unbelievable it kinda ruins it. Im at the point now where daily play is not on my radar anymore and i think i might just remove the app and start another one. Its a shame tho cos I did start off enjoying this- i dont like playing games that require a credit card to advance in any way shape or firm- but thats just me. And Ive been caught out by random ads popping up in the middle of game play and you inadvertently click it. Also the ‘watch ad’ to get a free pack, often freezes the game

The game is cute, easy to understand and fun BUT you need to pay real money to get anywhere. Which is disappointing honestly. Pay to unlock rewards, pay to participate in events, pay to expand your zoo. Concept is great but dropping $50+ a month to play? You can be buying yourself one console game a month. It’s just not worth it in my opinion.

The way it save a is Terrible
I have it so that it is supported to save everything in the cloud but it doesn’t and I have spent money to lose that money for no freaking reason as the things I did with that money is not saved the way it is supposed to be it has deleted my purchases and doesn’t even give me the money back in the game I honestly just want a refund at this point and to quit but it would be a fun game otherwise

Too hard to get animals
For being a ZOO game, you don’t have enough ways to get animals. It takes too long and isn’t worth the effort. You should make animal packs more accessible, xp/food easier to gain, and make the animals more interactive. It has a ton of potential, but it’s too much work for little reward.

Ok so 3 or more things I found about this game 1- It’s almost overwhelming when you first start, I feel like I have to do everything at once. But after that, it’s okay, and if you have a lot of facilites like I did it’s easy. BUT. There are tons of wait time… and you have to like come back every 1-3+ hours but when you do, you have to collect the money collect the food feed the animal and do the quest and that can be kinda overwhelming, the only way to avoid that is to stay in the game and collect money all the time but that is boring. 2-Graphics are outdated, also the aqua world is mandatory but it’s HUGE and it always gets in the way I have no idea why it’s even included I feel like it’s a waste of time and money 3-If you have old device and low battery capacity this will wreck your battery, I had full power with battery saving mode but in less than an hour it’s 20 percent! Also this game uses coins which is like a currency which u can only obtain and buy, and the more you play probably more harder to get… That’s my review…..

Doesn’t keep you hooked
I really wanted to enjoy Zoo Life because of the concept and visuals look fun, but the point system is really disappointing. Once you max out and purchase all the habitats and facilities, the only way to keep progressing is buy using gold coins - which forces you to spend money - something I’m not willing to do. Without paying, you hit a wall pretty quickly where leveling up feels impossible. Instead of feeling motivated to keep playing, it becomes frustrating. Games like this should keep players engaged not annoyed that progress is locked behind constant spending
I like it more than I don’t
It’s cute and makes me want to own a legit zoo/amusement park. The game doesn’t have any pop up adds and there’s little side events that keep the game from being mundane but the farther in the game you get, the longer it takes to expand/build/really do anything and that just kind of disinterests me because now I have to do something else or play something else while I wait for eg. my habitat to build. That and I have so many mouths to feed and not a lot of food coming in which also gets kind of frustrating. It’s fun but I’m on level 20 now and starting to lose interest due to the time it takes for things to build/upgrade things

Not giving rewards when you buy support not replying back
I really like this game. But I’m having issues with it by them not giving you the rewards when you pay for them. Support isn’t answering back.
Super glitchy
Since the latest update it’s just endlessly glitchy and makes it hard to do anything :( I’d also really love a battery save mode and expansions to cost less shovels, it makes it harder to expand without spending real money. Also another thing is when I watch ads for rewards probably 80% of the time it doesn’t give me a reward and it’s so frustrating, especially when it constantly sends me off to the App Store!

I have enjoyed playing this game until I needed major land increase to organise everything only half way through buying land I need tons of shovels - really spoiled any chance of progress. I give up.
The best game
This game is so fun you can have animals like water animals to dessert animals and once you get to a high level you can have an little aquarium but I wish it was easier to level up and get animals

So it starts out as a great game you spend a week playing it and then shovels cost you actual money to keep building. I have $1 million in cash, but can’t build any more land without buying shovels with real money lol…. Thank you to this game for wasting a week of my life.
