Worst App Ever
This is the worst app I’ve ever used
Slow and server busy.
Very very slow app. Doesn’t work most of the time. “Server busy” is their common dialogue. In case of emergency, you will never be able to do any transactions for sure. They really need to upgrade their app. 2/10 personal rating.
Update email
cannot use it overseas .make it easy use to overseas.I think add email is better

Worst App
One of the worst apps in bangladesh banking system. Most of the time have faced server problems.

Requires password change often
This thing totally irritates me They require me to change password frequently, which is totally unnecessary. Without changing password you cannot log in to account at all. There are some other problems too. Sometimes it does not load account details. Also, very slow interface.

প্লিজ প্রবাসীদের জন্য সহজ করে দেন, যাতে আমারা বিদেশে থেকে ব্যবহার করতে পারি।আমারা যদি বিদেশ থেকে ব্যবহার করতে পারি তাহলে আমারা আমাদের নিজের একাউন্টে টাকা জমা করতে সাহস পাব। নিজেদের একাউন্ট নিজেরা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে পারবো। পরিবারের প্রয়োজনে বিদেশ থেকে টাকা ট্রান্সফার করতে পারবো। দয়া করে সব দেশ থেকে যেন সবাই ব্যবহার করতে পারে সেই ব্যবস্থাটা চালু করার জন্য অনুরোধ রইল। ধন্যবাদ
Very Bad User Experience
- The app won’t autofill a password from a password manager. Even you can’t paste a password. This makes the user either type a long password or naturally choose an easy one. - The app is almost unusable as of March 2026. Most of the operations fail with the “Server busy” error.

দেশের বাহিরে ব্যবহার করা যায় না ওটিপি মেইলে নেওয়া যায় না এবিএস / এফডিয়ার করা যায় না।

Stupid app
After update the new version, password to be given and there is no option for OTP to be given and message showing OPT not been sent. I m having this problem in IPhone 10. This is really stupid.

Apps should be able to use anywhere in the world
This apps only work in Bangladesh 😥some other Bank apps work from anywhere else. And OTP should be sent to customers phone and email too. Please update the apps more quickly,

So So bad system. No NPSB, cannot use personal mobile no in two different account , very old than others banking application

It’s telling me to update the app. But there is no updated version available in the appstore.
Update Required!
There has a new version available hence it shows update is required. When I clicked to update it shows Open in App again! Not much user friendly! More interactive options needs to be e added.
