What people like
- Detects other people stepping on scale
- Tracks health trends easily over time
- Syncs data to Apple Health
What they complain about
- App freezes and crashes often
- No dark mode option available
- Syncing fails or ignores steps
Awesome!
The combination of my GE scale and this app works extremely well. The different health parameters are cleanly laid out and explained. Looking at comparisons and trends is also very easy and informative. I can’t think of any way the app could be improved. Highly recommended!
Says it’s connected to the scale but doesn’t sync any new data.

Needs dark mode
I have noticed Chinese apps tend to not have dark mode as an option. This app I assume to be Chinese, and needs dark mode.
Worked for a couple months…
After about 60 days a weird bug started in the app where the detailed data screen would flash your info too fast to see, and then go blank. Very odd problem. I don’t want to delete and reinstall bc I’ll lose my data, but maybe I will have to 😕
Latest update broke the app !!!
I love the app but the developer needs to triple check updates before releasing them. After the last update, the details screen just flashes the numbers for a quarter of a second, then goes blank. I hope they can fix it soon. Useless at the moment.
No Regrets
I love this scale along with the app. Keeps me motivated to continue doing great
Support is horrible, data display sucks
There are better products on the market than this scale, the data display is horrible
Found Apple Health integration
I initially thought this had no integration with Apple Health. Turns out it is off by default, and therefore not shown as an eligible application under Apple Health. You have to go into the app and turn it on first. Most other apps ask you during on boarding.
Good scale, bad data display
The way that the data is displayed contradicts itself occasionally and it’s really only concerned with your bmi and fat percentage in the most visible parts of the app. Which are not the most important things to track as an athlete but I understand most people probably are trying to use it for general weightloss. Then there an “athletic” mode that totally changes your data with little explanation of when to use that or what it does. I would love to see more ability to compare data and see trends rather than single days of data compared. I also think that the parameters for “green zone” should be recommended but not set in stone. We should be able to make our own goals and/or the app should give more achievable mile stone goals along the way because it can be overwhelming/disappinting
Used to be 5
For some reason, my phone says it’s connected to the scale but it’s not actually connecting. I did the troubleshooting and it says it’s connected. Very frustrating.
Great Tools
I love the Fit tools so many to choose from in keeping my weight loss goals ahead of me.
Terribly inaccurate
It claims that I’ve lost over six pounds of muscle in my arms in four weeks even though my waist line is over half an inch smaller and the sleeves of my shirts are tighter. What a joke… this app and device is a gimmick and not meant for active people.
Good app but missing features
The tracking is great and I appreciate that I can set goals however it does not allow me to edit or erase old goals.
Good app but
The app is great but it really pisses me off that everyday I must go into my Apps and find this FIT just to log my information. Why won’t they stop just download onto my Home Screen and save me a lot of time each morning? This isn’t anything like what I really want to be doing with my time!! Thanks
Love app could be better with the following: (1) dark mode (2) ability to add custom notes…
I love his app and my GE scale… Love app could be better with the following: (1) dark mode (2) ability to add custom notes… 1. Why no dark mode?! 2. Why no built-in feature to add custom notes, comments, or text annotations directly to individual weight/measurement entries? —-Developers—- ⁉️Is there anyway you can please add these two features
Easy Peasy
This scale communicates seamlessly with the app for free and supports multiple profiles. I love it. The ”trends” analysis is the most useful feature.
Terrible App
Top of the app screen: 200lb, Overweight… Then below, Body Fat %: 16.5% Fitness/Athletic… Huh???!? So which is it, am I overweight, or a fit athlete??? Fix the layout of the App !!!
My Experience
It could be user error but it seems that randomly I only get weight & BMI not the full readout . I do the same sequence each time do a little disappointed
Update makes tracking charts too small to read
Been using the app for months. Just recently, the tracking charts became ¼ size or smaller. I’m able to interact with them now, but they’re too small to read and should expand to fill the area.
Font too small
Love the app and scale, but the font is way too small and you can’t change it or zoom in. The whole app has tiny fonts. I have large text set on my phone so it obviously ignores that. Also blue font on bright white makes it even harder to read/see.
🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️
A solid 5 star rating from me. The app has shaved off a lot of guess work for me and syncs my data to my Health App where it’s easily accessible to my favorite fitness apps I use to track not only my workouts and nutrition but my weight, BMI and fat. Now I have the numbers I need to push towards my goals and adjust some things.
Annoying description persists
The persistent description on the measurements are wasting space. Can they go away after 3-5 secs or have a toggle to turn off?
Very cool
Easy to use app with lots of features! Would love to see half-inches be added for height for more precise measurements and calculations
Not accurate other than weight
I find most of the measurements other than weight are not very accurate. For example the fat% measurement is the sole reason I bought the scale but it was about 5% more than I expected so I figured I could focus on the trend over time but today it jumped up to 20% more than the previous measurement - scale is in the same location on hard ground/floor and it’s about a month out of the box so I don’t think the battery is the issue.
The chart tab freezes a lot
I keep having to close the app and re open it to get it to work. It freezes frequently on the chart tab.
Excellent
Very nice presentation of measured and derived data. Good Apple health syncing.
Doesn’t connect
I bought this app on 6/5 and it worked for approximately one month before the batteries died. When I put in new batteries it no longer syncs to my phone. I have tried all troubleshooting steps, contacted customer support three times and feel gaslit by them telling me to retry the exact same steps I already did and even insinuating that I might have calluses on my feet which cause it not to work. The scale works but the syncing doesn’t. The whole point of the scale is the syncing. Guess you get what you pay for. Sticking to my old school omron scale.
Initially confusing but works well
Took me a few goes to work out what I was doing but reference, set up your profile in the app first and then press the weigh button in the app and follow the app instructions. It will then record all the metrics you bought the scale for. Initially I was just expecting to step on the scale and ask of the information would be seamlessly sent to my phone, when in reality all I was seeing was my weight and nothing else. Scales work flawlessly and I’m enjoying the 50 metrics it provides. There’s a section in the app to record body measurements and it can all be paired with Apple health, which my previous Aria 2 scales wouldn’t do.
Unclear information
The application is ok but it could be a lot better - a) it would be really useful to be able to find a report on what some of the more specific measurements are - e.g. why is it bad that I have high protein and high skeletal muscles. B) the support isn’t good - I’ve tried raising with them 3 times that my waist-hip ratio has 2 different scores in different bits of the app. I don’t know if the incorrect one is impacting anything else like visceral fat or metabolic age scores. The responses to this question show that they are not looking at the pictures they asked me to send them.
Not bad but could be better
The application isnt bad but doesnt feel as intuitive and easy to navigate as other similar apps that other scales used. A feature I would like to have is to be able to select so that when a new weight is measured that it shows the comparison to the previous measurement rather than a specific measurement that you need to manually change. I would love to see an option to toggle from using a specific date or defaulting to comparing measurements to only the previous measurement.
you can also monitor the previous years
Perfect option to track from your phone and also previous years. Check how many pounds u were today 2 years ago.
Lost Six Weeks of Data
I really liked this app at first. Then, after at least six weeks of daily weighing, I opened it up to find all my data gone! My entire account profile was gone. It asked me to fill in all the account info as I was a brand new user. Customer Service has been awful. E-mails need someone to help them with their English translations. Ex. They use “tourist” or “visitor” when I think they mean to say Guest User. Looking to buy a whole different brand scale because of this app. 🙁
Great App for Weight Loss
I love this app, however when I look at my charts in the trending tab I can barely see the numbers on the chart. They are the faintest color of grey. It would be great if there was more contrast.
Good products but lousy app
They have excellent products but the app is so bad that I’m not even sure when it was last updated or improved. It desperately needs integration with Apple health, it needs to be able to change the measurements for example from pounds to kilograms. It’s missing all the essential things that I wonder about made made money from the company to make such an app? The only stars that I gave are just to recognise that the products are good but the app just takes away all the extra stars.
One request
No complaints about the app. I would like to have a dark mode. I couldn’t find it in the settings. Is this possible?
Does not connect
Multiple attempts to connect to this scale were unsuccessful. Why bother to have a scale with good features when it doesn’t connect to the app? I’m ditching this GE junk and going back to my old scale which worked every single time!
Doesn’t work
An expensive set of scales. I couldn’t persuade the app to record anything whatsoever.
Tut was sie soll, ABER….
Sie wurde auf Amazon beworben, dass sie mit Apple Health Kompatibel ist. Das scheint aber nicht der Fall zu sein…
Great Tracking
I love how the app will hold weight ins that seem outside your normal range to verify if it was you. I recently had my sister visit and she used my scale (without me knowing). The app automatically put her weigh-in; into a hold and verify area. That was great, because I know the tracking data is accurate.
Really bad data modeling
If you’re someone who has never worked out or followed your physiology before you may find this app motivating. But its data models are really, really off. Weight calculates fairly well. Everything else is sketch. Even though you can enter measurement data, it doesn’t use that high quality custom information to make calculations. Instead it relies on a very bad formula to create new numbers that are way, way inaccurate. When I contacted them about this, thinking it must just be a bug, I got a super patronizing response that basically said I was too fat to understand how data works. If you don’t know anything about physiology or statistical models you may have fun with this. But if you have the capacity to evaluate its performance, it quickly becomes apparent that the emperor has no clothes.
Needs pregnancy setting
This is a great scale and app, but I wish it had a pregnancy setting so it wouldn’t shame me for not weighing in or gaining weight.
Missing some integrations
Would be great if the data could connect to Garmin
Best analysis
This app works with my GE CS10G scale but the analysis part of this app is amazing. This is the first app that will take my body measurements and tell me what my weight should be rather than the simplistic BMI calculation. A great overall health app to add to those that I use.
Advice does not align with United States or WHO clinical guidelines, seems asia based
This app appears to give advice based on weight and body composition guidelines used in Asia, and is not aligned with World Health Organization or United States clinical guidelines.
App crashes no longer working
The app opens to a blank screen or freezes. Garbage app
