Ok for readings only
The Keto Mojo is fine for readings but totally useless for historical data or graphing. Graphs only go out for about a week and I cannot change the duration. Six months or a year would be useful!
Android phone vs iPad
My android phone is retaining all of the readings. My iPad does pick them all up. I have contacted customer service and have been told. I need to uninstall the app from my android phone and reinstall it. That worked, but I don’t wanna have to do that every single time I checked my blood. My husband has an iPhone and he doesn’t have this issue. Please fix this bug.

Frustrating
Unable to sync with correct dates even though my dates are correct, once they sync it gives months ago dates and I can’t correct or edit them. It tells me there’s 4 readings synced but only shows the first one I uploaded. Tried the help features but no success. Returning!
Umständlicher Anmeldeprozess
Erst erstellt man eine Benutzername/Kennwort Kombination auf einer Webseite, dann soll es mit der App synchronisiert werden, funktioniert aber nicht. Passwort rücksetzen …aber die email mit Link kommt nicht. Update 3 Tage später: Ursache für die Probleme war eine unbewusste Account Erstellung in US und Nutzung des Gerätes in EU. Musste nochmal einen Account in EU erstellen. Ansonsten funktioniert die App jetzt sehr gut.
Woefully inaccurate
The glucose monitoring strips are highly inaccurate compared to the gold standard devices that are out there just this morning. My fasting blood glucose was 85 using the Contour next device while the Moto blood glucose strip measured 106, which would put me in the prediabetic range. Makes me wonder about their ketone strips.
Learning curve
Still learning how it works it doesn’t automatically stay in sync with the phone and learning all about how to make that happen
Focus
I really enjoy seeing the two readings. It helps me to put myself in the right focus with the readings I receive towards my diet.
Readings accuracy in doubt
This monitor consistently shows glucose readings in the 90s. An Abbott Precision Xtra shows them in the 70s. Both can’t be true. I also use a Walmart ReliOn device that’s closer to the Abbott one.
First impression review
Easy to use. So far so good. First time user.
Very cumbersome
This is a very cumbersome product to use on all levels. Can’t wait to have a better product on online soon.
Terrible update
Since I updated I get a message that the app doesn’t recognized my meter. EVERY synch must be done at least twice. Don’t update until Mojo corrects this issue. Never had this problem in two years.
A perfect device
It is very helpful and keeps information ready to use and review your blood and ketones levels which is very helpful and useful and easy to understand
Dysfunctional Apple Health Sync
Syncing glucose with Apple Health doesn’t work, reaching to support didn’t help, they just ghosted after couple of emails.
Dos not sync with my Apple health
Works great but doesn’t sync with my Apple Health app like it says it can. Disappointing.
What Does It Mean?
It doesn’t appear that the app is to connecting to the meter in real time. The app shows results of my test a few hours later. Why? Due to all of their information to read being so microscopic, I haven’t been able to find out what “Out of Ketosis” means and how to fix that. I had to search the internet *eye roll*, which didn’t give any real help. “Cut down on your carbs” yet I’m not consuming any carbs. Steak twice a day with water…all day. Go to consuming water only? Maybe cut out the daily 10-minutes of walking and 10-minutes of trampoline. *growling* Since I’m gently losing weight and not feeling hungry between meals/zero snacking…which I count as a miracle…I’m just testing to make my doctor happy. Oh, and the testing strip packets, are super tough to tear open. Must’ve fashioned it after Ft. Knox’s security. Aldo, I suggest you obtain a Sherlock Holmes size magnifying glass for reading everything…because even possible blood sugar issues don’t affect one’s vision…ever…right?

Helps with menopause
I am so grateful for this and the mojo device. I gained 20 pounds after menopause and things to Dr BOZ. I have been able to lose 20 pounds by tracking my ketones.. This is a game changer.
PLEASE MAKE IPAD COMPATIBLE!! Really bad UX
DEVELOPERS…. It takes a simple flip of a switch to make it ipad compatible. Your iphone view looks very kindergarten. Can’t see graphs or history.

Product would be even better if keto mojo delivered to Australia so I could buy the strips at a reasonable price.

Device is not the best
The batteries are drained very fast and need replacing every two or three uses, Identify the stripe by color is difficult for an old user
Won’t sync with Apple Health
After getting my first reading, it doesn’t show in Apple Health. Apple Health doesn’t show it as a data source. Update: developer said turn off CGM sync, but it is off, I took a reading and it didn’t sync to Apple Health. The app isn’t listed under data sources for glucose readings, so unless that gets fixed, it will never work. I am running iOS 16, not 26 in case that matters.
Weniger ist mehr
Die Realität in der App stimmt nicht mit den Bildern im App Store überein. Ich verstehe nicht wieso man jede Menge Buttons, Options und ähnliches in einer App verpackt, die dann auch noch schlecht zu bedienen ist. Die Daten, die dort produziert werden, sind so simpel wie irgendwas und sollten auch so dargestellt werden.
Simply best
My keto-mojo keeps me in track. Help me to visualize and see my glucose and ketones and see how I am doing methodically. But also the app and the newsletter have a TON of helpful information.
Beware of models not pairing!
I have an older model (v4) that I bought a few years ago. I was using a GCM so I stopped using it. However, I want to move back to using my Keto Mojo but can’t get the device to pair with app in spite of doing all the things suggested to fix it. Now I can a device with no way to synch data. I’m using a competitor’s device to record readings. Ridiculous!
Over engineered
The app is a real PITA to use, waaaayyyyy over engineered. Come on guys! 👎👎
Apple health connection issues
Since updating to iOS 26 on my iPhone 11 the app no longer exports data to the apple health app. Will there be an update to resolve this?

Complicated
Very often information between the device and the phone is not working properly

Device shuts down randomly, sometimes requiring a second test, also even if I say I have 1000 test strips the stupid app keeps reminding me "I'm running out" really irritating, also the data doesn't sync with apple health. Keep scrolling!
Syncing to phone
Trying to sync latest results to phone didn’t work. Instructions not clear on how it works.

Fix your time zone issues
Anytime your phone changes time zones - travelling or standard/daylight savings - the meter to app synchronization gets confused. Very annoying.
My Mojo Health keeps me updated on where I need to be for success! I can add other info in the notes

Poor scaling after update
The scaling on my iPhone is off, can’t easily tap back button and often have to close and re open the app to reset it.. also the dashboard doesn’t work, just keeps spinning wheel and says loading but doesn’t do anything else..
