Decepcionante
Good
It’s a good app to help me on concentration and how to fix my focus issues

App is ok if you have ADHD. Didn’t know that’s what it was mainly for.
My review
I would say this is an app that should be talked more about , it’s helping me a lot recover and become a better version of myself . Thanks to my friend who introduced me to it
SCAM
This is a full blown scam it charges me $60 every year - will not let me login in cancel and every time I request to reset my password to try and login and cancel it says reset login is expired the second it sends . I also can’t cancel via Apple subscriptions tab . Don’t download this app .

Effective strategies to manage ADHD
I have been taking some of the lessons, and these strategies are effective in managing ADHD without medications
From one ADHDer to another: Predatory business model toward ppl they are trying to “help”
The app is ok… if you have the bandwidth to remember to use it. It claims to help people with ADHD manage their moods, habits, etc. However, it was not something useful enough to use often so I forgot about it—until auto renewal time. I feel so duped. No reminders about auto renewal—just close to a hundred bucks taken from my account. (The same company offers something called Walking Yoga. Total scam and that one is ANNUAL AUTO RENEWAL.) I immediately reached out for a refund and they said, no refund because “the renewal was processed correctly”. They did cancel future subscription though. Thanks a lot. Do NOT get this app unless you know you won’t get tricked into auto-subscribe. Definitely NOT WORTH THE PRICE for me no matter what since the app wasn’t effective, Effecto.
Good
This app is great !
Be careful
I cannot comment on the product as I never used it. I’m not sure how, but I was subscribed without having the app on my phone. I was charged for a year, and my requests to have charge refunded were denied. I worked with cc company to remove the charge. Then, the next month I was charged for a month. Effecto support did agree to remove that charge and, hopefully, cancel any remaining subscription

Scam
Scam app. Do not use. I canceled during the trial and they are continuing to charge my account. I have no hope to get my money back but have asked for them to stop. The company is in Lithuania. Beware of this app. It’s a scam. Apple needs to shut it down.
Okay
Okay
Routine is key!
This app has helped me keep a routine to help me better focus on myself. I like how I can use a scale to show my mood and make it easy to track my progress. If I could give this app 10 stars I would.
Cancellation
I don’t see any option to cancel my unuseful subscription

Great app
Great app for health tracker.
Beware of the subscription that is hidden and no way to easily cancel
Read the previous reviews, I wish I did. Nowhere it said this was a subscription- double the amount from the initial 1 month. It does not show up in your active apple subscriptions too for whatever reason- the only way to see it - your bank statements and the inly way to cancel - emails to their customer support. $39/month is ridiculous for what it is.

SCAM
Read previous review mine is the same. Did not even choose 7 day free trial & somehow they got their dirty paws into my bank checking acct!!!! I do not have ADHD I was looking at it for fitness & health. They have been reported to my bank & PayPal
A simple yet powerful tool for self-awareness
I’ve been using this app for a few months now, and it has become a key part of my daily routine. Logging my mood is takes less than a minute.

Scam
Completely useless. This advertisement comes across with all of the buzz words. I made the mistake of purchasing without reading the reviews. If you are reading the reviews before purchase, good for you. Now, believe them. These ppl need to be ashamed of themselves for scamming ppl. There is a product, but it is completely useless for a person with ADHD and probably anyone. It is just something thrown together to avoid being accused of not having anything. I wasted my money on this. This is a horrible app. Needs to be a rating of negative 100.
Easy to use
Very easy to use app
incompleta
Scam ZERO stars
DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR PAY FOR IT!!!READ THE 1 star reviews and take your conclusions. There is no heads up for payment renewal and it is then 79.99USD. Per their “policy”, non refundable even if you request it minutes after charging. Scam scam scam
Scam app
Do not install. See the plethora or reviews
Seems nice
I am missing Home Screen Widgets. The App itself ist nice
Doesn’t Work
I was very excited to try this app but I was left disappointed. It’s basically an app that tracks symptoms without giving any insight. Much improvement required.
James Moran
This app is great would love to see more updates from it
Scam
I have been charged for two months with no access. I can’t even cancel because I don’t have an account. This is insane and deceptive.
inutile
