Definitely enjoying all the new updates. This is the only app of this type that I have used for this long and I’m not gotten bored by it. It’s simple. It’s fun. Is effective. It does not overwhelm my brain.
Can’t cancel!
After a trial, I canceled this but was charged anyway and am still being charged. I have reached out to the company via email but have had little to no response. I shouldn’t have to contact my bank to get charges to stop! Once I canceled, I lost any access to my Numo account yet the charges continued!

Still not great
Man idk if this is specific to my phone but I cannot delete tasks, manage my profile, or do much at all because the menu to do it with just flashes for like 0.1ms and disappears. Like bruh there are so many unusable features because of this… My phone is an iphone SE with iOS 17 Alsoo, we should have the option to delete those automatic posts that are made like the welcome ones and the tasks ones… What if I don’t want everyone to see all my tasks?

I do not have a username associated with this account and have been charged over 100 dollars a month for the last few months. Do not install this app. They use microcharges to hurt you financially.

I feel we need to be able to go back a day or two. i always forget to mark my things as done and by the time i realize this, it’s 12am and i can’t go back to yesterday so now i’m messing with today’s things and it’s a mess. i really like it though. it’s convenient in some aspects and the daily story hack is kind of helpful!
not really working
this app is lagging every time i try to add a task or a detail... not worth it at all - pls don't pay any subscription for an app similar to just taking notes on a piece of paper!!!

there’s so much that could be improved. 1. YOU NEED A GUIDE ON HOW TO USE THE APP WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD IT you kinda just get thrown in and have to figure out the app yourself which is hard and most adhd ppl wont wanna do that themselves cus its too much work and delete the app. 2. when i order the things i want to do for the day it randomly get scrambled and i have to order it again which i think is a bug. 3. CHANGE THE BACKLIST this app was literally designed to help you complete your goals and NOT just have a huge list of things to do, yet it’s a feature on the app. having a backlist is literally the number one thing that overwhelms someone with adhd, omg i have all these things on my list when will i do them how will i do them and then u get overwhelmed and not wanna do it and boom procrastination. if there’s gonna be a backlist there HAS to be some kind of feature that helps you figure out when to get it done like just having a todo list that sits in the back is a very bad feature for an adhd app. 4. an app that makes you set a date and time yourself for when you wanna complete each task would be good for people who don’t have adhd. the MAIN THING people with adhd need help with is to figure out when and how to get everything done and that is what this app should do. apparently the app is supposed to help you organize when to do your backlist via AI but i can’t figure out how to do that at all like there’s not even a button for it. 5. let’s say i figure out how to work the app and have it give me a schedule on when to do my backlist, the app doesn’t connect to your calendar so it won’t even give u a plan to get your stuff done that fits in with your schedule. 6. a widget that shows on your home screen the next thing u need to do would be AMAZING

Widget not displaying correctly after update
The right side of the widget has the weird translucent box around the mascot and streak making it look clunky and visually unappealing. Please fix this :(
Confusing
I’m tryna get an app to help me and this just won’t let me do anything without paying and put a bunch of pop ups everywhere. I also didn’t understand anything about it really. It seems like there’s not much to do unless you pay for it. You should just make it an app you have to buy. Also I hate the streak thing. Streaks really annoy me I feel like I have to keep it and get rlly angry at myself when I lose the streak. It just feels like a chore. I’m sorry if I’m being judgy I just wanna say my opinion, it could work for other people
Finally found my community of people!
I’ve been severely ADHD since I was 15 and that was in the 90s when really anything mental was taboo at least in where I lived. You didn’t talk about it, you just took the medicine the doctor gave you and pretended you were fine like everyone else. I learned to mask my ADHD then and kept it masked until the last 10 years as I got older and had more health issues that were disrupting my executive functioning. I wanted to not only be a voice for women with ADHD but also for living with multiple autoimmune disorders. But transparency doesn’t mean people are going to understand you any better. Only the people who love through what you do will understand. And as we get older our ADHD can get worse and with one of my diagnosis’s being in the same executive function area as my ADHD it makes being ADHD even harder now. But I’ve found my community here and I’m thankful for it.
Joke of an app! Use Inflow instead!
I went to try this out and everything seemed really great. Then I realized half of the app doesn’t even work! I try to tap something and for a millisecond it opens what i click and closes immediately! Not even the official stories it has you do work properly I tried doing a questionnaire on it and it wouldn’t even let me scroll down all the way to complete it or even view the rest of the options. I couldn’t even view or change my own profile because as soon as you tap it brings it up and closes immediately! Going to cancel the subscription in the app it pretends to care and want to know why you are leaving its a joke! You can put whatever you want for your reasoning after you press continue to seemingly post your opinion for them to review it simply tells you to cancel the subscription on the app store the same exact thing that happens when you SKIP telling them why you are leaving and that is it there is nothing else you don’t even actually tell them anything because to actually go back from that point you have to GO BACK WITH THE ARROWS CANCELLING ANYTHING YOU JUST DID it’s a joke this app is a joke for jokesters if you want a real ADHD app use Inflow!
Helpful
This app does provide a lot of support to get things done and stay in my routine. The number #1 thing that it’s missing and continues to have me looking for a better app is the fact that you can’t set a reminder an hour or two or a day or two ahead of time. It’s absurd, and so disappointing. So, lll continue to look around for others, and if they fix it, that’ll be wonderful.
Not so cringe free
It’s a great setup, wonderful colours and easy lists. However the beginning setup is soooooooooo slow. You can’t speed it up or Skip it and I stopped using it about 4 times, before finally getting the setup done. Also a week free trial, then $70 every 6 months. I’m gonna forget using this and just keep paying.
Has potential
I love the interface and this app sets itself apart with its community. However, I strongly dislike how I have to pay to join any community. Lets be real - there’s always a free option to join an adhd community somewhere on Reddit, instagram, facebook, or WhatsApp. It would’ve been a great package for this to be an all-in-one app where it would help bring accountability while also having community support. Without the subscription, it functions like any other task app. I strongly believe there are other ways to monetize off this app in a way that won’t hinder the users from experiencing the unique features that set this app apart.

I have paid to have the app, and now it won’t let me restore my purchase or enter into the app. I have contacted them and no one has even bothered to read my message though I sent it 3 days ago. Best one I have found
I have recommended it to a friend after she was diagnosed. You can make a to do (it makes a noise, has confetti, or both even you check something off) daily hacks, helpful story, COMMUNITY! It is like social media without trolls, and overstimulation. Tribe, is a smaller version (kinda like a friend group). Everything is written in “focus font”

The UI needs a bit of a remodel in terms of where stuff is located, and I’d like to be able to edit routine items after i’ve completed them which you can’t at the moment you can only delete. Add an edit button to already completed things and also move themes + icons + confetti selection to settings.
Great app but to experience
Hello, so I tried the free trail for this app and I loved all the tips and set up and the community questions and comments and stuff. But after the free trail I could not find a use without subscribing option and I couldn’t even use the app for any of its functions. The fact that it costs more than a meal plan app is very ridiculous. This is why I gave it 2 stars

it’s really quiet..nobody talks.. it’s also pretty similar to a lot of other apps + has a very expensive paid subscription. To get support for adhd, i’d honestly just recommend reddit it’s more effective and people on there ACTUALLY TALK

Working well for me
I’m often very reluctant to get involved in a sort your life out kind of app as often they begin to irritate me quickly with demands but this one I don’t feel like that. The app keeps record of your streak of how many days you’ve logged in in a row which is good although I’m not sure how I will cope if I lose my streak! But it doesn’t nag you if you don’t manage to do something each day! It is an app still in development so the creators ask questions about how things are working and are very open to suggestions.

So much potential but way too expensive
This app is brilliant, since my trial has ended my life has gone back to wild disorder and I would love to keep using it however at this price it is unfeasible for me. This app lifted anxiety, organised and calmed me in a way no adhd app has before. There are so many small and large decisions in the design of this app that are brilliant, it is in every way other than one achieving its goal. If you can afford £15 a month for a organisation app I do recommend.

The app itself looks okay, but once again it’s just another paid subscription app. I find it funny that every ADHD app has some sort of paid subscription. It’s like they know we will forget that we signed up to a seven day free trial and now we’re paying just another thing that we can’t really afford to pay it would be so nice if someone could make a completely free app to help ADHDers instead of trying to make money off of us
Good idea and decent resources on the app also
like the idea and kinda wish there is a way to keep old group member in a bigger circle if you refresh the support group but the difference is that it is NOT Twitter so idk it’s probably okay as is (do want actual narration and to change the character drawings that were recently added all over, intro also is kinda messy so making bubbles smaller and changing the character drawings recently added and also the backgrounds on the learning stories are cringe- just have solid colour not stripe-circle etc. behind the words, simplify a bit and different character drawings. I like the circles and knowing other people in my group can see it, I don’t like the new icons or profiles and wish could just set own photo or emoji and then the badges icons were on the profile. Also disliked the narrative voice on the procrastination ‘learning story’ please narrate it yourselves. Also didn’t like how fast the emotions sheet popped up (user experience advice) and overall lots of too-bright colours sometimes, but the app is decent.
Expensive & fake reviews
I created a tasks. Can’t specify time, duration, tags, sub tasks, no bullet points, and I may need to share it with others. Perhaps I’m missing something but a subscription fee ten times the price of other ADHD planners and with few options to organise, plan, or prioritise tasks, I just don’t see how it can be worth it. Maybe I get these features (free in other apps) if I upgrade Numo, but not knowing this - along with the cost - puts me off getting the free trial. Also fake reviews such as two identical reviews - word for word - from different people.
ADHD not for me
App is a glorified reminders app with tiny adjustments to things like colours font and lil unique symbols (not in any way stimulating, its kinda feels neurotypical). “Squad” function seems intriguing. Overhyped Hyperbole Ads for sure!

Just got it 2days ago. It's an ESSENTIAL NEED and an ADHD must have.
Irritating and counterproductive
Despite the annoying cartoon nonsense, I tried using this app. I’m working on my Macbook mid-morning when my iPhone lights up. “Hey! Got a few minutes for a procrastination story!?” No! NO!! I have not. I’m doing my work!!! You’re supposed to HELP me focus. Not distract me yourself!!!! You … you … yes. I’m going to say it. Unlike any ADHDer, Numo App: YOU HAD ONE JOB!!!!!!!!! As for that cartoon nonsense … “Cringe-free”? More like cringe-ful. This app purports to be for all ages but looks more aimed at 14yos than 40yos. Maybe I’m not the target market. I don’t want a “non-serious” username like, say, HyperfocusHound or ADDicted2Luv. ADHD can be a superpower as well as a curse but I’ve had quite enough of it being a hideous curse. Staying focused at work so I don’t get fired isn’t funny or cute. It’s life or death. The grinning strawberry doesn’t make me feel better. Instead, it lowers my opinion of the developers so rapidly there’s a sonic boom.

Worked great at first
Adorable memes and quirky graphics pulled me in Unfortunately the Emotional Map doesn’t work as the keyboard hides the ‘submit button’ and also none of the ‘white noise’ ‘brown noise’ options actually play any sound, so 4 out of the 6 tools don’t work. You’re also not able to order your task list in priority order, which is odd as one of the tools literally helps you work out which to do first and then adds it to the list, just … not to the top? For £15 a month this was expensive for something that only half functions. I bough Dani Donovan’s ANTI-Planner and that is 110% with the money AND takes me away from my screens, something I have trouble doing.
Fake reviews and buggy App
This app could be incredibly useful if it worked well, in fact, if it worked I would be happy to pay the £15+ sub fee. However, it is not worth it. There has been no response from devs when I’ve contacted them and the main review is a copy paste, and a lazy one at that!! I wish I could rate it higher because it has so much potential and I love it when it works, but there is no real support, and I can’t find any science behind it.

Fake Reviews & High Subscription Fees
On the surface this is a great idea and could be an amazing app. The premise of it is simple, easy to set up and fun, however, I agree with a lot of the genuine reviews on here that the execution is pretty basic and lacking a lot of functionality. The UI is nice and clean but the UX is poor and as a person with ADHD I find it mildly frustrating to use at times which is the opposite of what you want. eg. You can't reorder your todo list or set priorities so everything is out of order, meaning you have to search your to do list for what you have to do or before you type it out in the morning you've got to plan your day out completely then type in order = Not so great for people with ADHD. The tools are a nice touch but after you complete things like the emotion map, they disappear off into the ether to be immediately forgotten about...and the tone of voice used in the app can be pretty condescending at times. This app has a long loooooong way to go but given they charge over £15/month, it's not worth the pain and the developer response essentially saying 'ADHD coaching is $200 so we're doing you a favour' is pretty shocking. There are far more developed apps designed for ADHD that also aren't perfect but cost around £25/year and clearly put a lot more focus into the user experience. Test your app better.
App is mediocre but has big potential
The concept of the app seems very appealing but it just hasn’t been executed very well. The list function is okay but you can’t reorder tasks to prioritise what you need to get done first (incase you burn out midway through getting things done). It also glitches sometimes when you try to add the task to your task page. It’s like a glorified version of the Apple List app but with less flexibility. The ‘hacks’ are kind of patronising, example: “If it takes less than 5 minutes to do the task, just do it immediately”???? I do however like the ‘Squad’ page where people can interact with your tasks. Only problem is that you don’t get a notification or a page that collates your reactions to keep you motivated. It just comes up on the squad page if you catch it at the right time alongside with everyone else’s random tasks. The ‘Learn’ page is nice but I never really get around to using it. I have to end one course to be able to start a new one which means I don’t get to read the new topic I’ve become interested in and I don’t look at the current topic because it temporarily does not interest me. I cannot commit to going through a whole story and doing all of their inbuilt tasks in one go. If it had a similar layout to Instagram I think it would actually work really well. A ‘Learn’ page being similar to the Explore page to pick up quick tips and tricks, a notification centre showing you all the people congratulating you on finishing tasks (for a lil dopamine hit) and your home page showing everyone else doing their tasks. I do understand that this app is in its early stages of development and I have high hopes for the future but I will probably go back to writing lists in my notepad.
