Even the bank says this app doesn’t. Work
FNBO sent me a link to this app, but I found that signing into the app was not possible. It did not recognize my user ID or password. I spent time to change my password, and the app still did not recognize it. I called FNBO and they told me that the app does not work, and to use their website. Major waste of time.
My request
I’d like my payment to take place as soon as I schedule for it to be done please
Website is the worst
Every time I try to log in it won’t accept my password It won’t show you what you are typing or let you change it to see what you are typing so I get constant messages that the passwords don’t match i get messages messages that I have used a password before when I know it is new It took over ten minutes to receive a code to my phone to. Validate the change, so the time ran out to change the password It is not worth it to use this card Especially when I can go to Sam’s club or BJs or Costco to get the same price. I am going to cancel this card

Worthless App & Overpriced at Station which negates the 15cent discount!
Tried of constantly not recognizing my sign in username and password which means account locked for a period of time. Noticed BP stations are easily 15cents higher which means the Rewards discount is worthless. Changing my loyalty to a gas station trying to give me the best price!
Aggravated
Not thrilled that here lately every time I login to my app it wants me to put in my income before it will let me proceed. What’s that about? I can understand once a quarter or every so often to stay up to date but it’s making me do it every time

I always have to log on to the site with a computer the app NEVER works for me. Can’t even login
Auto pay
For some reason the app/bank will not let you set up an autopay option for “full balance.” Otherwise, app is very convenient.
Rewards
I signed up in order to get the .15 cents off a gallon but never got it and when I used 600 points to get 15 cents off a gallon it didn’t work but the 600 points was taken out
Easy and a secure app to use.
I find that the BP rewards Visa app is very easy to use. I feel that it is also a secure app.
Inaccurate statement
App statement does not include last payment that was made over 3 weeks ago, and even though I have a balance it says 0 payment due. Paperless statements offer no notifications of balance or payment due, so I was charged a late payment fee and interest. I declined paperless statements last month and have still not received a paper statement.
To complicated
App is supposed to make things easier but it definitely doesn’t do that for me
Best Gas Card
I love this gas card because you get rewards every time you purchase something either gas or in stores thank you so much. Highly recommended.
App not showing on phone
I tried installing the mobile app. It opened on the Apple Store screen so I could sign in ad pay but did not install as an app on my screen. Tried a few times.
Very Easy to use
It took me a while to download the app not sure why I was waiting it’s the easiest app to use
Gas station pumps don’t discount
I have tried this card multiple times in the first 60 days and the pumps have not once given me the full discount as advertised. If not resolved, I will be canceling this card.
Love this card
This gas card makes it so easy just to pay for your gas at any pump makes not happen to worry about if I have enough cash on me at the time just swipe and go make a payment is just as easy with the app A+++
Auto pay
Late fee and now 15 years of on time payments destroyed due to you not explaining auto pay doesn’t work for first months payment.

Great to have easy access for payment in case of an emergency. I also love the reduced fuel costs when paying with the BP card. Great job! 👍
Most unfriendly website
I have tried to set up this account for several hours. Does not work. I wanted to send a message but that seems pretty unlikely as no place to do it I did schedule a payment for yesterday but to the old account number ending in 9490. Will try to pay off and just NOT use this card

Not Good
Advertised getting .30 off per gallon for first x number of days but it supposedly comes as a statement credit but I only saw like two. I haven’t called yet but think I will stick to Earnify and Prime as they offer instant savings. I just paid it off and will not use it again.
