Wooohooo
This apps really fun you get your withdraws super quick too !
Not clear bonus policy
This has been one of the most disappointing online casino experiences I’ve had. I deposited money expecting clear bonus terms, only to find that my balance was effectively locked behind an extremely high wagering requirement. The information wasn’t clear enough, and I felt misled when I discovered how much I had to wager before I could withdraw my funds. Customer support didn’t resolve my concerns, and the whole experience left me frustrated and disappointed. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this casino read every bonus term carefully before depositing any money.
weird coincidental glitches
my daily reward spin stopped working the day after i won a few games with my bonus winnings. i think they blocked me from the bonus even though i completed the wagering terms and i put all the winnings back in and lost in the end. i cant get through to any real person through the chat. all their “agents” they connect you with are just bots as well. the games also tend to refresh or boot you out when you get near a big spin or bonus.
Good

Scam
Won 55 bucks and didn’t get my money after emailing and talking to support no answers. Don’t use this app unless u want to be scammed.

Can’t play keeps crashing
Why even release an app if it doesn’t work? Just downloaded it got verified and now it says oops looks like you’ve hit a digital dead end every time I click on a game or try to do anything I can’t even deposit. Fix your app. Customer support doesn’t work. Can’t contact anybody can’t deposit. Can’t even click on a game. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Two Faced Customer Service Team
If I could give negative stars, I would. After spending over $10,000 of my hard earned money at Party Casino, I was treated like a complete nobody. I was on their so called "VIP" list, but the moment I had a genuine issue with my account, they dropped me faster than a hot potato. No warning, no explanation just a cold email saying I was removed from the program. Apparently, loyalty means nothing to them unless you are losing money faster than they can count it. As for their "customer service"? It’s a ghost town. I have sent over a dozen emails and waited on hold for hours, only to be met with silence or canned, copy paste responses that don't even address my questions. They do not care about resolving issues and they just hope you give up and go away. They are quick to take your deposits but completely vanish when you need help. Save your time, your money, and your sanity. There are plenty of other casinos that actually value their players. Party Casino is an absolute scam disguised as a premium platform. Do not fall for it.
