Still waiting for my money.
I did a $25 withdraw on July 12 2026, my bank was under maintenance so the money was sent back to wheel of fortune casino, I have emails and screenshot proof I’m owed this money and that it was being added to my WOF account days ago and still I wait. I’ve emailed many many times and keep being told it’s gong to added to my account yet as of today July 14 2026 it has not been. Very disappointed with how the customer service is. And there is no toll free phone number to call for help with this issue.

Games are good but
Games are good but feel a bit limited, maybe introduce more games to pick from?
Location service issues
I’ve been playing for a few days and I was playing a few hours ago and now the app won’t allow me to log in, it’s saying I’m not in the right location to play but I’m located in Ontario and have been playing from the same location. I can’t email support the email won’t come up, I have money in the account with no access to log in
Promotions
Promotions are not that good compared to other sites.
Lotsa fun
Lots of fun, my wife and I think the free daily puzzle is better/more entertaining than any crossword and we win something everyday.
Horrible return to player
Out of 100 free spins given to me at the start i made a whole 5 dollars and then i played ky own money not even the bounses money and i got a whole 10 dollars back out of 100, stay away from this casino stick with tye big names like bet 365, fan duel etc...
What’s going on with this app ?
Takes forever loading please fix this issue otherwise this casino is amazing love the games and promos 10/10!
Location issues
Location error every time I try a slot…took my deposit no problem though.
Location problems
Often it will say I’m not located in Ontario and to contact customer support.
Another good one mgm
I loved the other BetMGM casino app, so I was happy to come across this one. So far so good…: I’m def liking this one! My wins haven’t been as good yet but I’m still new and we will c!
Fairness 👎
Games doesn’t have fairness. Will reach the trigger point but never triggered the bonus even if you hit the combination for 200 time.
Actually not bad
Pretty much just a lil extension of bet mgm its a pretty decent app so far, i won $200 off the 100 free soins bonus which is the first time i ever won that big off a bonus oorah
RTP is -98%
I Never won
Scam.
Feb 3: This casino took my money in seconds but immediately locked me out of play. Update Feb 4th: support told me yesterday they would escalate my concern to get me a refund. Today when I try to log in my account suddenly “doesn’t exist”.
Fun
Great variety of games, awesome promotions, just a few glitches that have to be worked out always has a problem with location
Casino
Absolutely love wheel of fortune
Don’t trust this app they don’t pay it out when you win.
Don’t trust this site. I played the free daily puzzle. I answered all 10 letters correctly and actually completed the full phrase. When the time ran out the game told me I only put in three letters and offered me the prize for three letters. I contacted customer service. They said they would get back to me within 24 hours and they didn’t get back to me. The Chatbot told me that I had to prove I won the round with a screenshot. Who takes a screenshot every time they win a game. Total nonsense, don’t trust this app. Waste of time & money.
I really like Wof they have great promotions!
I really enjoyed getting 100 free spins twice. I won money and then took it to roulette to play with free money! Awesome thanks WOF Casino! ♥️
Help
O downloaded The app. Added Money and Now it Shows restricted area and won’t let Me so anything. I’d like my Money back please
Great casino app
Awesome Casino app, Instant payments. I will highly recommend it. They should provide affiliate links to users so they can promote it.
Account holds
Beware before depositing your money into This app. I signed up and deposited $300 and they wouldn’t allow me to play, as soon as I escalated the issue they suspended my account and now are not allowing me to access my account and withdraw my funds and not giving me a reason as to why. They keep advising they escalated this issue and tell me have to wait 3 days as my account is under review. They should not have accepted any deposits from me if my account was under review! I had already received a email saying my account was verified and I was good to go. There are way better apps that will fix there issues the same day, don’t use this app if you have any concerns about your money being safe !
Great variety
The casino has an excellent variety of live casino and slot games to play. Any transactions have been easy and quickly processed. The promotions are daily, and generous.
One of the worst
Awful site, bonuses never get credited as advertised and dealing with customer service is so painful, useless, and a huge waste of time. Payouts seem impossible, 100’s of spins in and absolutely nothing. Stick with FanDuel! After 200 spins on big bass, not one bonus or even not one single collect. Won $2
